Comments left on Facebook and other social media sites, show quotes left by other animal professionals and one 30-year veteran veterinarian saying that after viewing countless dying and dead animals over their long career, Tiger was not dead at the time she held him up for all of Facebook to see.
Lindesy quickly lost her job after telling all of social media this would never happen because she was "so awesome". She greatly ruined the reputation of the clinic she worked at. This clinic, The Washington Animal Clinic in Brenham, Texas, most likely still may employ friends of Kristens that cheered her on Facebook after Tiger's photo first appeared.
The sheriff charged her with a felony. The D.A. in Austin County, Travis Koehn couldn't have cared less about this case. Despite protesters and thousands of calls and emails to his office, he improperly presented this case to the grand jury and did not give them the evidence that he could have. This also enraged hundreds of thousands of animal lovers world wide and now news media suggests Mr. Koehn is being investigated for this now.
Dozens of petitions are online for all to sign asking the veterinarian board to permanently revoke Kristen's license.
Kristen is happily back on Facebook smiling for her friends. This is a non-person. This is a complete disaster of a woman and a waste of space on this planet. This is a cruel, deceitful sub-human dreg of society.

Warning to potential clients
Although I did not deal with Breanne professionally, I felt that I had to warn others about her so that people who might be consider hiring her may want to know about her lack of professionalism in dealing with people. I did not list the realty company in the title At Coastal Realty she worked for two reasons, as I didn't want their names to be tarnished in a google search, but also she seems to change companies, (should this be a sign NOT to hire her) it may be better to check her LAST company, Kris Weaver Real Estate team. Reviews of realtors on sites such as Zillow will be biased against posting negative reviews as it is the realtor who they make money from NOT people who deal with the realtor.
Breanne Johnson and her wife, Katie, seemed VERY interested in renting a room from us. They were going to call us back with Katie's SS# (as her credit was better than Breanne's) so we could run the credit check. They didn't and as we didn't have hers, we called Breanne and she gave us Katie's #. The owner lost it and called Breanne to get it again and she was somewhat curt and said they were putting their child to bed. The owner asked that Katie call him back with the number so he could run it the next day. He waited all day, she never called and when he called and talked to Breanne, she THEN said they weren't interested. We had no problem that they changed their mind, (they might have been upset for the large deposit we asked when we found out they had a cat, a fact that Breanne who is an agent, and knows about full disclosure did NOT reveal before they came over) what was upsetting is that they didn't tell us sooner as we held the room for FOUR (two on the weekend when most people hunt for places to live) days for them whereby we could've rented out the place earlier (it is the same principle that if she booked an appt. with a client and the client didn't show up, she lost the income she might've gotten from a client who would've shown up.) After she told us that they were't interested, I emailed and also texted both, asking if they could contact a friend of theirs who Breanne mentioned was looking for a place, neither responded, even to say, "their friend wasn't interested" or "we'll pass this along, and he'll let you know."
They may have treated us so shabbily thinking that they would never see us again, but this behavior of not telling us immediately that they changed their minds and not returning our inquiries shows both their lack of consideration for others and poor communication skills. There are lots of agents and organizers (Katie runs her own organizing business) and if it were me, I'd choose one that DOESN'T have negative reviews.

When asked for specific details she got defensive and insulted. Elizabeth is not affiliated with any Professional Music Entities On or Offline and she is operating Scams Illegally over the Internet. She is not an A&R, She does not have any degree in what she Falsely represents on her Facebook, Facebook Like Page, nor Her linkedIn account. She has been reported to social media sites online for her Fraudulent Activities. She is Elizabeth Tremblay on Soundcloud, LinkedIn, and Twitter also I would watch out for her because she will trick you into wiring her money then never sending your song to any radio stations that she so call claims she has direct contact with. ROBERT HORNE - CON ARTIST & THIEF ALERT
This New-Zealand born 24 year old is posing as a successful business person in an attempt to deceive people so that he can steal money, clothing, food, alcohol, and even free accommodation. His name is Robert Horne (his passport says Robert Sidney).
He has stolen large sums of cash, walked out of restaurants without paying, broken into boats in Docklands area, and has acted fraudulently toward a number of well-connected Melbourne citizens.
He typically makes out he knows the group of people he is with for years yet only met them generally the week prior, has told numerous people he owns a large number of bars/restaurants/clubs in NZ, has made out he operates a Venture Capital fund (and even fraudulently claims this on his LinkedIn profile), and makes out he is worth $30m-80m in an attempt to gain people’s interest and respect.
He claims to be based in Brisbane and is visiting Melbourne temporarily however he has nowhere to stay (he makes up all kinds of excuses as to why he needs to stay with you). He has stayed with people in Port Melbourne and Docklands who have subsequently found out he is a complete fraud, and has since not gone back to collect his belongings. He claims to have a partner/girlfriend called Vicky Moini(?) based in Melbourne who is either an accomplice or needs to be made aware of his behaviour and kept away from this person.
Victoria Police are currently investigating and several underworld figures are on the lookout for him given he stole money from an associate of their. Should anyone have any further information please post it here or contact Victorian Police. One way or another he needs to be sent out of this country.
This person is a fake. If you see him please notify police and post it on this Facebook post so we can get him stamped out and sent back to where he came from. Melbourne doesn’t need people like this in its beautiful city.

I have just had the same odd experience as complaint above - emails from a Robert Horne to make an art purchase with check to be mailed by his personal assistant, and art to be picked by his movers (!) - this being extraordinary I tried to reverse search his email...because there was no response to further communication when I asked for details as to his location. I can only assume this is the same fraudster.
Oddly, i have just had the same inquiry...a purchase of art - With a check to be sent via personal assistant and the art to be picked up by movers(!) He got caught stealing in Melbourne, and police took him to the station. However no idea if he has shown up to court on the date they requested him to show up or if he is on the run.
He ran the same scam in Brisbane / Gold Coast 1.5-2 years ago.
The police were aware of him and were wanting to question him in relation to a number of fraudulent activities (understand it was in excess of $500k). I can't believe he's not been caught yet.

• July 31, 2014; we bought hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Mississauga (Ontario, Canada) the brand is ( Golden Teak Acacia Hardwood 3/4'”), Order # [protected], with 30-year warranty, we based our decision to purchase the hardwood on certain samples at retail store showroom, which we examined before committing ourselves to the purchase.
• After acclimated the product at our house for more than 5 months and used a moisture barrier, which they are selling to keep our warranty valid. We also followed all manufacturer regulations and recommendations.
Unfortunately, during installation and reached of 85% of the process, we noticed there were some defecates mostly at the ends of the boards, which is more than the expected 5% range that our invoice mentioned when we bout the flooring.
• Jan 2015; We informed LL about the flooring issue and filled disclosure forms, the store manager came out to the site to view the floor and he requested to get everything on hold, acknowledged there was a defect (in this patch) of product, and the arrangements were made to ship samples and box of unopened material to the head office in Virginia, USA for inspection.
• LL’s acts of fraudulent concealment, using improper warranty tactics and commissioning sham inspection from INSPECT SOLUTIONS to our flooring in response to complaints in order to "mislead consumers into believing that the defect could be traced to shoddy installation, " and to exonerate Lumber Liquidators from any responsibility.
• LL markets and warrants that the Product is durable and further markets and warrants that the Product has a thirty (30) year warranty. LL provided a reasonable expectation to consumers and the industry that the Product would have a usable lifetime of at least thirty (30) years. The Product’s various modes of failure potentially cause damage to other building components and render the Product susceptible to premature failure.
• LL did not honor its warranty and denial our claim. It's amazing to us that a company is so adamant about taking no responsibility for such a poor product (75% defect) which is marketed to be "durable" with 30 years warranty, but it seems there is no quality control had been done at all for this product before wrapping and delivery.
• We had to hire 3rd party independent inspector licensed by National Wood and Flooring Association ( NWFA), he mentioned the mill actually attempted to fuse cracks with glue and then fill them with putty, the manufacturer did this intentionally.His conclusion is (Manufacturing Defects).
• LL has been notified of its breach of written warranties and has failed to adequately cure those breaches. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s breaches of its written warranties, engaged in unlawful business practices in that Defendant represented, through its advertising, warranties and other express representations that the Product had characteristics it did not actually have. We are requiring LL to compensation for financial losses associated with the purchase of the flooring. These losses include:
• Installation costs
• Removal costs
• Loss of use
• Diminished property value
• Remediation costs

Charlene Lewis is not her real name. This is a nutcase that goes around bashing her competition; if you can call her competition to any breeder. She is a small breeder that has had no luck with her handful of greys. She complains about every breeder within 100 miles of her own aviary under different names. She did sell a bunch of her breeder birds to a breeder in Ohio and they all had psittacosis which is basically Chlamydia. This is why her own birds are not breeding. Rather than treat them with dicloxacillin, she, "Charlene Lewis", would rather have her own birds feel as if they have the flu and bashes other breeders. I don't understand why someone would do what "Charlene" is doing, but I guess finding a good hobby is a hard thing to do.

I was referred here by friends and co-workers, Upon arrival at the shop, I was greeted, Front sales lady was nice. I looked around, pretty old place, back shop had trash everywhere, but didn't think too much of it. I ordered a dozen of glazed and a cup of coffee. As I was approaching the coffee area. I saw 2 large roaches on the counter! I was so speechless. I literally left and threw my donuts in the trash. I can't believe people that are buying donuts here didn't know about what's crawling in the shop! By the way, the restroom was dirty and disgusting! I found cigarettes buds and ashes everywhere!

I have a complaint about this service. I started to fill out the order and discontinued because I knew once I read that I would be committed to a monthly order fee and I didn't want to do that. I received a phone call from a Heather Hermandez stating that you would send the product for the shipping fee of $2.95 and once I had tried the product I had up to 14 days to contact you to cancel the automated order that would go out after 30 days. I received my "free trial" on
12-06-14. I tried it and my face has been itching to the point I can't stand it. I called today to cancel and make arrangements to send product back and was told it has been over 14 days since I ordered and that I agreed to purchase and because you tried to take money from my account for a free trial and it did not go through (which was not authorized) that I not only can't return the product, but can't cancel until an amount is deducted from my bank account before I can cancel an order which was suppose to be just a free trial. I haven't even had a the trial in my possession for 14 days only 10 and I am allergic to it! And you want me to pay for it? The girl was very rude I don't do well with rude either. I was not going to follow through with order, I never finished the form, YOU guys CALLED ME to get me to try it. I signed nothing giving you authorization to submit for payment of anything other than the $2.95 for the original shipping for the free trial. I would like to have this matter taken care of immediately, you do not have my authorization to try and take money from my account and there will be a block on it for you. I would like to here from the head of customer services to contact me and assure me this matter is taken care of.

I was a facebook user for 3+ years. Added friends that knew me with no problems. Added suitable content with no problems. Always gave credit to other works posted that were not mine. Never friended someone i did not know. Always joined groups by request only. Suddenly without warning, my account was disabled by them, no email, no explanation. Good thing i did not place all my eggs in this basket, as that would have really sucked. Good things there are other social media sites that protect your privacy better than them (These folks want your personal info to re - enable your account.) i did not need to release my personal info when i signed up with you 3 years ago, so please tell me why are you asking for it now ! Can't appeal as i don't know what rules i broke. Looking forward to a reply from facebook which i probably won't get.

I bought a pair of peep toe heels from Via Uno Pavilion branch, Westville, Durban on 06/11. I bought the shoes for a gala dinner I was attending but when I tried the shoes on at home I noticed that one of the shoes opening by the toes was very much smaller than the other! Very upset at this stage as I did not have time to drive all the way back to Pavilion shopping centre so bought another pair locally instead which I had to make do with them instead! I returned to the shop yesterday (16/11) to get my money back for these poorly matching shoes, only to be told it's not possible as they were on sale and exchanges have to be done within 7 days! How is it my fault that these shoes are made wrong? Nobody can wear them like that! The shop assistant phoned the owner while I was there and the owner refused to speak to me! What rubbish! I paid R440.00 for shoes I cannot wear and can't get my money back for!
