Facebook SELLS SICK PUPPIES

I posted a picture of my family and a new puppy that we bought for Christmas. I may have even recommended the breeder BG Boxers, after taking the puppy to the vet we learned that the dog has some issues with his heart that could lead to greater issues when he is older. The breeder BG Boxers has stated that she will not refund our $1100 that we paid for the puppy, she states that we must wait until the next litter to select a puppy (which won't be until the summer and even then no guarantee). Who in their right mind would A. Wait that long for another puppy when this was suppose to be a Christmas Gift for my children B. Why would I want another puppy from BG Boxers when clearly Gail Rainwateris not trustworthy. A contract is a contract true enough, but doing the right thing when you are in the business is more important than a piece of paper. I am a firm believer in Karma and what goes around comes around. I have already contacted my attorney and the local news station regarding BG Boxers. Next up is BBB, Tarheel Boxer club, and the AKC. She won't do this to anybody else. #onamissonfordoingtherightthingHere is her response to my requesting a refund. "you did freely sign a contract which clearly states no cash refunds." "when you signed the contract you did not voice any concerns nor ask for any modifications to the contract, The Terms are clearly stated"her contract says that if the puppy is found to be unhealthy she will provide another puppy. The problem is she doesn't have any other puppies that are comparable, she says I have to wait to the next litter.she should not hold your money for 1 year until the next litter is available.. she is not a bank! the right thing to do is to give you money back, perhaps holding a deposit at most!When I told Justin (who if you remember has Sickle Cell) that we had to take the dog back on Christmas eve because he was sick he said "mama I'm sick and you didn't give me back". I have never in my life felt more heart broken. Justin asks me everyday, mama when are we getting another dog? My response is "soon I hope". I don't have the heart to tell him that I can't afford another dog because BG Boxer and Gail Rainwater has my money and the sick puppy. #heartbreaking

It sounds to me like he had a heart murmur as a puppy which is actually COMMON for the boxer breed to have until they reach one year old. The murmur is de to their heart not being fully developed as a puppy, not all the valves are closed. A vet that is AKC certified or recognized is a better choice for a pure bred to see, as they know the health issues of the breeds the best. Once he reached a year old I'm sure the murmur would have been gone and you would have had a perfectly healthy dog. Know the breed before you buy. This sounds like it was just a case where education would have prevented a lot of grief for everyone. Could be wrong, but I know this breed well and know about their health issues. Our boy had a heart murmur when he was a puppy, but is 100% healthy and strong now at 2 years old. The vet recommended an ultrasound at one year, we waited and took him to a different vet that knew more about the breed. It kept us from getting him fixed and everything. We learned very quickly that this is a normal and common thing. But it was also good it happened because we didn't know at the time to wait until he was a year old to have him fixed so that his hips would properly develop or else he would have hip dysplasia later in life. His supposed "murmur" helped prevent another issue from coming up. We love our boy like he's our kid, and were also upset when we found out about the heart issue. But again, education goes a very long way.

Facebook do not purchase facebook group poster before reading this.

Below is a transcript of my facebook conversation with Aron Prins, devoloper of Facebook Group Poster. I was very pleased with the functionality of the software at the start. He had slow response time, but the software worked so I was happy. Then I messaged him because the posts I was making daily were filling up my friends' facebook feed. Keep in mind that with an autoposter posting over 200 times a day, this is a big problem.

In the message below you will see his response to me. What you can't see is the time it took him to respond. Each post I would make I would see the facebook notification that he saw the message... but he would take forever to respond. This is not a big deal, but it was the first indicator that he was not interested in helping me.

His facebook auto poster is a one time fee, so since I've already paid him, he had no motivation to help me any further. Every response he made was short and rude, and he offered me no help in the end with the issue.

If you are looking for a facebook group poster, this is NOT one I can recommend, because in the event something (anything) goes wrong Aron will not help you. The most interesting thing is that on his website you see his kind, helpful, cheerful responses, because those are public. But the way he handled me via private fb message was very different. Unacceptable Service.

no, i am getting this message for every single group. on the same 3 posts i've always used in the same group.after i removed and reloaded the app it no longer works.the error code i gave you has nothing to do with groups it says something about not posting on behalf of the viewer... that is different from a group block.

They are charging me extra for some games that i did not authorized i only authorized 3 ggames out of 25 they are charging me 578.58 i only authorized 3 games at 19.99 each

Facebook WARNING! SCAM ARTIST! FRAUD! STAY AWAY!

I recently did business with Devin E. Hilton and it was a horrible experience. He is extremely rude and he provides unethical business practices. I tried to work with him but he refused to work with me to resolve matters. He was very aggressive and threatened us many times.

I am keeping anonymous about the situation because I'm trying to protect my family and myself from him potentially causing harm to us. Unfortunately, while I am limited on what details I can provide on here, I strongly urge anyone who intends to do business or employers to avoid doing business with him.

I of course provided proof would take care of any debt I legitmately have inccurred. Keep in mind the words you are using I don't think they mean what you think they mean.

Fraud - wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

Steal - take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it.

Not sure why someone would register an account with my name and post this. I hope that the administrators of this site see this and the fact that this person isn't posting any information about whatever transaction they perceive that I have commited fraud on or how I scammed them and removes this posting. The personal information posted here is also old and outdated, I would hope that anyone that I have recently conducted business with would at least provide current information so that people could have the current information available via my social networking sites.

Facebook unautorized payment

My name is Dehavenly Clark, I tried to make a purchase to promote a post I had made with my Netspend Card today. When I tried to make the purchase It would not accept the payment. There was money on my card, so I tried it again and It said the same thing " purchase could not be processed". I went ahead and used my debit card to make the purchase. So I went to check my netspend card to see the amount I had on my card which was a balance of $26. Then I went to the transaction history which showed that both times I tried to make the payment, that it had been charged to my account. So I would like to get a refund on those two charges and know why I had been charged when it wouldn't let me promote the post.

I have also unauthorized charges on my debit card from any Facebook affiliate. Contact me at [protected] to resolve this unauthorized withdrawing from my account. This is a scam and is an illegal practice. I will no longer being a active customer of other Facebook games for which a debit purchase is used. Facebook stands to lose a sizable amount of funds due to this !

A Facebook friend of mine named Ash Lee, is being terrorized by a gaggle of rain-impaired trolls, haters, liars and useless jerks on the Facebook page entitled "Prayers for Hannah Anderson."

Ash Lee has asked these dopey jackals to stop and leave her alone but they continue to harass and cyber-bully her online.
I would like the Complaint Board to take note of this terrible disease of trolling that exists and makes people' s online experiences an exercise in frustration. Just like SPAM in your email inbox is unwanted and unnecessary; so are the creepers who maliciously hate.

Facebook unauthorized transactions are being debited from my account by facebook

I click on a promotion ad to promote my business page that was only supposed to be for $5.00 on 11/1/2013. The next day I noticed $14.92 was debited from my account by Facebook. Then on 11/4/13 another S 40.00 was debited from my account, 11/04/13 another 40.00 and on 11/06/13 $60.00. Enough is enough! I want my money returned to me immediately. I already connected my bank and they turned my card off. So I would like for someone to contact me directly at [protected] between the hours of 10 am -5 pm for a full refund. Thanks and I look forward to speaking with someone soon to resolve this matter.

Facebook unauthorized charges on my debit card

I have three charges on my Chase bank account still pending from 10/6/2013. The charges show $4.85 three times =($14.55) from my debit card ending in 8742. I called the number showing on my bank account, and the voice message directed me to a c.facebook.com/credit website. I didn't find any way to direct my complaint to Facebook.. Facebook casino gaming

On 9/24/13 I was on facebook site checking on friends etc . I saw sites to the right of the main facebook page . These were for gaming casino etc . I clicked on said site and found myself playing a slot type machine for free .When the points started to get low I clicked on how to get more points . It stated the best deal was for $ 240.00 or there about . I used my credit card to purchase the coins/points . I returned to the game continued to play until I wanted to cash out . That was when I realised there was no way to cash out in real money . The machine plays on points but they add up to nothing if at the end of the day you cant obtain whatever it it you have won . Nowhere did I see disclaimers of this sort . this site looks just like any other site on the internet where you can play for real money . If I knew there was no real money to be earned or won on these machines, I would never have bought $240.00 worth of coins to play a machine you can never win.

Facebook charges made to credit card not authorized

On 9/22/13 I tried to purchase 25 farmville credits for $5. Oo using mt debit card, after putting in info, the screen blipped and put me back to the game w/o an acceptance memo and showing 0 farmville credits. I tried again, thinking the computer blipped and the same thing happened, no accept no credits. I tried a third time with the same results. Today, when I checked my banking account, it showed 3 separate charges totalling $15.00, I did not want this I only wanted 1 $5.00 charge for 25 farmville credits. If I wanted more credits I would have selected a higher amount as you get more credits. This a fraud and I want the $10.00 refunded to my account. My email is [protected]@aol.com.

Facebook unauthorized charges needs to refunded

I as I can see many others on here credit card has been debited for unauthorized charges. I ran a couple one time ads with Facebook and advertised my like page for a few days then stopped all ads. For two months I have been charged about $30.00, which this month cause me a $30.00 overdraft fee which my bank states Facebook is responsible for refunding. So in all almost $90.00. The #800 direct me to a website that is no help and has no where to contact company for refund. I am so frustrated and am ready to report this to the BBB. From what I see there is hundreds more unhappy people having a similar issue. Please contact me and tell me how I get my money back. If no help I will report as fraud.

Facebook a conman posing as a sportscar repairman stole my deposit.

I left my 2001 911 Porsche with Sal Arslan at Salos Motorsports Inc. 2298 Jericho Tpke, Garden City Park, New York 11040 for engine repair and, at that time, tendered a $1, 500 cash deposit to him for the repairs. He resides at 15-35 209 St. Bayside, NY 11360.

Several months passed as I waited for him to return my car. He dropped the car off at my residence on months later at a time that I was not at home.

It was clear that no repairs had been done at all and that he had done nothing except to take my money.

I have made numerous attempts to contact him including leaving voice mails and texting him several times a day on his mobile phone but he does not respond to my requests for a refund of my $1, 500 cash deposit.

Facebook fraudulent charges on my credit card

facebook prompted me yesterday 9/8 to give them my credit card number after I logged into facebook from a new smart phone. I did so to get back on facebook, NOT to purchase anything, yet today my bank is telling me that facebook charged me on 9/9 for $5.39, $50.83, $31.31. and $28.37 on my credit card ! I DID NOT authorize this ! please help me

Facebook BUBBLES online shop scam

I ordered an item last May 2, 2013 and last June 2013 I ordered another 2 items but until now Bubbles did not deliver any items. She already blocked me and was not answering any of my inquiries. Facebook fraudulent charges

I have been charged $451.19 on my credit card and have only approved $26.99. My credit card company called me and informed me of the charges. Since I did buy some credits they said you would have to reverse the charges. I have a file but can not save in any of the formaats you accept. How do I send you a word or excel format? Facebook credit card charge

i attempted to purchase credits for a game on facebook it asked me for a csc but it wasnt marked on the card. i entered the number i thought was right and when i typed in my cc information it says my card was declined. when i attempted a second time it gave me the same message i contacted card carrier services do they can tell me where the security code number was they told me my account had insufficient funds which i knew there was at least ten dollars in the account. when i contacted my bank they informed me my card had been charged on both failed attempts to enter my card information and that due to two charges of four dollars each i now have 2 dollars but i have received no credits in my game. i hope this will be rectified

Used to love Facebook, until the changes that started with their removing the bottom navigation bar. Timeline killed it a bit more, and now you have to pay to make sure all your Page's likers see your posts. Working on switching to G+.

this game is ridiculous not at 1st since they draw you in now the level i am on i need to keep playing the scenes over and over again because i dont have enough points tp go to next level. you have this set up where you deplete all your cash and coins, thats probably so you can spend real money to play on. shouldnt have to buy things to play and most people dont have the money to spend. also they say to go to next level you need to decorate your island, well guess what my island is so full there is no more room to put anything else plus since i cant move on i cant earn the 20 extra points i need to open a new area. so if you want people to play this game you should find a more practical way to move on.

I upgraded the greenhouse. When the sign came on to play now for $24 I paid it. Then it says I have to wait 3 days or spend $30 more. Cheated again. This is not the first time. I've paid a lot of REAL money to play this game. Things like this make me just want to give it up.
