I purchased one NET10 phone for $30.00 which included 300 free airtime minutes. Subsequent/additional minutes sell at 300 minutes for $30.00. Because I receive many unsolicited phone calls, I returned to Family Dollar to purchase a second phone with a new number. The price had changed and the terms which include the words "300 minute bonus" were unclear. When I inquired, the salesclerk assured me that the 300 free minutes would automatically be added to my phone as soon as I activated it. WRONG! NET10 only gave me 10 minutes. When I tried to return the phone to Family Dollar less than 24 hours later, the manager (Locust Street store in Terre Haute Indiana) said sue us, it will cost much more for a lawyer than what you lost. I e-mailed Dollar General headquarters but received no response. They, under the circumstances just described, are no better than thieves.

It is 9:20 p.m. and the Family Dollar store in River Oaks, Texas 76114 is closed. The times on the door say they are open until 10pm. There 2 workers talking and seen myself and another customer outside but ignored us. Please fix this.

Store on norton street is not opening at the times its suppose to open. Has customers and there children waiting out in the cold for 30 to 40 minutes the store is suppose to open at 8 not 8:30 or 9 am. This has happened on numerous occasions. What are the store hours?

I have lived in Whitesboro Texas for 20 years and I have never seen this store look so bad.If Family Dollar does not care about the look of there stores than we should just shop at Dollar General. Such a shame this store used to look so clean and well keep.

I think I was greeted, I walked around a few min, I never saw anyone, but I heard much fowl language. I brought my purchase to the front, I thought the worker was speaking to me when I noticed she had her blue tooth on. I asked a question no answer, the cash register didn't show the amount to pay. She rudely told me the amount. NEVER AGAIN

When opening the package inside the Barbie basket was what looked like mold. I'm not sure what it is but it looks unsanitary.what else can I say ive posted two pictures of it?

I have tried numerous times to reach someone capable of handling complaints. I had an incident in Rosewood store on 10/12/17. Apparently, the district manager whom I spoke to has an issue with comprehension. I am again trying to contact someone about this matter. My name is Damon Frazier, #[protected]. Can t find receipt,
But shop here all the time and Spend almost 70$ every time I come in
Have pajama bottom with tags still on unused and just need right size, and they refuse to correct the situation stating Binding facts of no reciept policy

I smoke this kind of cigarettes regularly. I got this pack a little bit ago at the family dollar and they taste nasty. Like they are stale.

My son went into your store last night and the cashier where nasty with my because he asked them to hold to a bible i think it was unprofessional of them. My son never start trouble there. I was told she wouldn't hire me because of personal reasons and if I was hired that she would quit and she's very rude when I come in the store. She gives dirty looks and rolls her eyes

Every time I go and if I ask her where something is she is very Rude and hateful

Store is dirty shelves are never full to many outs.

Stock on carts always in the way in the isles

I want her to stop being rude every time I come in to shop and I ask where something is.

Bout 4 yrs or so i did something wrong i stole i know it was wrong for me to do and i was banned for there for life not a days goes by i dont think bout what i did an I'm so sorry im begging you can you lift the ban so i can shop at family dollars again I am sincere apologize for what I did please give me one more chance I am truly sorry

When you hear a manager talk bad about their costumer and employee very unprofessional. Love family dollar but will not shop at this one because of the unprofessional conduct of the employee and costumer.

I brought the speaker from Sharon hill pa store and it fell apart when I ask her about me exchange it cause I loss my recipe and then she said oh it's the company fought you makes them I shop there all the time and all I want is a exchange for the item that I paid for I would like somebody to get in touch with me to resolve the issue

Managers at this location are consistently blocking the aisles, Appearing to move items around. One would think they are stocking products, However necessities are often neglected and left unavailable for many weeks.

On September 15 went into Family Dollar location at 4950Hwy 19 Zachary, La made the purchase for the item the went back to the store on yesterday just to do a exchange had the receipt never heard such thing about giving someone a refund or letting them exchange because it electronic

I visit family dollar on nation ford rd. around noon today 8/4/2017, and it appeared to me that the store manager Cedric Davis was drunk on duty slurring word while talking gave he away quickly. I would like this issue to be resolved because this is very unprofessional.

I bought a small bag of Friskies cat food from Family Dollar is Laingsburg, Mi. I realized my cat was losing weight quickly in the past two weeks. I poured the remaining food in the bag today in his bowl and all food @ the bottom was glued together by mold. He has a vet appt. Monday to see if the mold was the reasoning for his sickness.

It's 9:19 pm and the store associates are ONCE AGAIN saying they are closed. The sign clearly says 10 pm is the closing time. The employees (two females) need to be reprimanded. These same two girls are always closing before time. This store is by my house and causes an inconvience when I have to drive to WAL-MART which is across town.

The presentation in the store is absolutely disgusting. And a mess and organized. The workers don't clean up the isles. Theirs clothes all over the place, and toys all over the place and the store is dirty. And the shelves are a diaster. Customer service isn't good either. Workers don't seem to be happy.

Family Dollar on 228 Nagle Avenue. the store lacks the substance of not being a respectable store where there is rude customer service(Joanna), store lacks food and other products. no air condition where products( Chocolate candies melt. basically, this store should not be called family dollar due to a lack of respect.

What happened to people helping you find what you need an greeting you they have no customer service experience very bad I should not have to stand in line 30 min an then they don't apologize for the line wait the manager doesn't even open up another line it shouldn't just be one register Open at 8pm at not I will never shoppers here any more.

I went to purchase some items with my coupons and the cashier stopped me and told me that I could not use my coupons because she would get fired.

Why in the world would the manager tell its worker to put discounted EXPIRED FOOD for sell i almost ate the ITEM that expired march of 2018 thats disgusting. I dont pay for expired food, exspecially way back in march.. some one needs to straightend out that manager if she did say that, , oh yes also her nasty additude, im sick of the additude,

Caroline & the "security guard" manhandled my 13 year old son. Over a false claim I had 1 of the workers come to my car to search it to prove my son has absolutely no reason to steal anything. It was to much disrespectful from the employee. & the guard putting his hands on my son calling him a shoplifter.

I Brought a cord form the family dollar store and it lasted 2 days. I went back to the store to return it. Malaga NJ store. The young manager said I can not return any electronics after its open. I said how would you know its any good unless you open it. She said thats the store family dollar policy.
