Horrible Experience with them. They hit me and my wife with the Oke-Dope at closing. They quoted us one set up numbers when going to closing because I thought that I could trust them. Because we opted not to have an attorney, the then totally switched the numbers right before going to closing and we had to bring over $30,000 to the table stating that it was a typing error by there Admin. Please be very careful with this company. Not much integrity!

I wouldn't recommend using this company! They didn't finish the closing documents until the morning of the closing. I asked for them before the closing and they didn't send anything. It's really frustrating to go to a closing without knowing the contract details. It's better to choose a closing company that has integrity!

I'm extremely dissapointed with First Integrity Title Company. I gave them the same wire information that *** used and it's been a whole week since the transfer was supposed to happen, but I still haven't received any explanation. It's like they have no experience with this!

Run run fast from this company. I've been through 11 housing closings and this is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. They make a ridiculous amount of clerical errors. I went with them on my realtor's recommendation and boy was that a mistake! I'd highly recommend taking business elsewhere.

We closed on the sell of our home on 2/23. Wendy and Ed were amazin. They lived up to their word and everything they promisd. I can only speak for my experience. First integrity made this a easy process. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking took sell their home. I actually have. Thanks Wendy and Ed and the whole First Integrity Title company!

Just had a closing with First Integrity Title Company. They were unorganized and didn't do their due diligence. We were asked for information several times that had been sent. We would send it again, only to receive an email from another person in the company that they already had the information. They waited 2 days before the closing date to request information that should have been requested once the contract was signed. This delayed the closing by a week. At closing, the information on the documents were wrong so we had to cross-out, enter the correct information, and initial the changes. There were several errors throughout the document. I'm a *** Estate Accountant so I've been involved with many title companies. There are some good title companies out there, this is not one. Do your due diligence before selecting your title company. They can cost you time which can add up to less money at closing.

Disapointing experience. As an out of state buyer, I expected a title company to appreciate the differences between my purchase and the ones they do for in state clients. I got the "that's the way we always do it" treatment, rather than an explanation of what was to transpire. Their emails are confusing, filled with colored boilerplate business rules and disclaimers, to the point that the actual message is difficult to find. I was passed between two agents, neither of which ever took the lead on my purchase, resulting in some information being overlooked. On day of closing, we were still having to correct paperwork with errors, some of which ended up as pen and ink corrections! This was shoddy and preventable had there been advance contact. I was mostly dissatisfied that an excise tax on my property had been levied during the previous year but was not reflected on my closing sheet. After closing, I received the tax *** for the previous year *** pays in arrears), and noted the extra tax, so I called First Integrity to inquire. Their response was that they did not know about the tax because (their words), "we couldn't know about it. It's not our job." I sense that this company is using a broken assembly line process to manage closings, and novel or independent thinking is discouraged. I now have to pay this tax, levied on my property for 355 of the 365 days in the year that I didn't own it because this company did not perform any measure of diligence to learn about upcoming and novel taxes levied in the communities they serve. In the military, I used to tell my people "if the difference between the minimum standard and your maximum output is negligible, then there is no room for improvement." This is exactly how I view First Integrity Title--no motivation to improve their processes, since once a contract is signed, they are not liable for errors, like the one they made on my closing. Not recommended.
