FlyDubai delayed flight for more than 18 hrs

My family are still stranded at the airport from 1.30pm yesterday and the staffs still don't have any information on why the flight fz5569 to Kathmandu got delayed and for how long. Some staffs are telling it's due to bad weather and some due to technical issues. They have no clue what's happening. And the poor facilities in the airport didn't allow them to have an easy wait despite being in the business class lounge. The lounge ran out of food and they had no comfortable chairs to rest. And the passengers are travelling with 3 small children below 5yrs. It's a horrible pathetic airline where no one has any clue on what's happening. It's a shame in the name of an airline. They should name the airline DON'T Fly dubai.

My flight was fz 388 from sialkot to dubai on 29 th of december 2016 . When i arrive on airport there was no flight of fly dubai and thr was not a single staff of airline to attend. Airport security told that it has been cancelled and will go tomorrow . I didnt recieve any email or sms or call from the airlines management .. no helpline is responding not in...

FlyDubai worst service

On 28/12/2016 my flight got cancelled at doha airport and we are waiting for the fly dubai team to provide the solution or make us comfortable... after 2 hour not even a single representatives of fly dubai attended us... Doha airport authority attended us, heard our problems and called the fly dubai people to make us some refreshment... and the guy came after 2 and half hour late and informing us that we are trying to comfort our cabin crew as they are really tired and after 5 hour sound sleep of crew ... they will take us to dubai... our flight is at 8.30 u delayed the fight and put us on the flight at 12 after 4 hours delay ... then through us out of the flight after half an hour and now it gonna be 2.30 ... I think we are also people and consider us... seriously all the people are frustrated and the representative said he ll attend us in 20 mins but still we are waiting... God help us... but this is my first and last trip on fly dubai... I am sorry to say this.. we hate ur service... please attend the people on time...

FlyDubai flight delay

We know about flight delays and we have experienced seldomly but the flight delay experience in flydubai 28/12at 20:10 was miserable. It's because even though there's a flight delay they didn't inform us.After many hours waiting that's 6hrs the least waiting in the airport they didn't inform us.even we ask them they are least bothered about us and tell silly excuses such as the crew is having dinner, the crew is having their nap etc;

FlyDubai it problem

Dear Fly Dubai,
kindly note that last Thursday 22th December 2016, i have booked a ticket to fly From (DXB-DOH) on the same day (22th) at 8.10 Pm with reference number (4HP50M).
This ticket supposed to fly from Dubai international airport to hamad international airport " As usual", as there was no airport options when i made the booking, it was just DXB--DOH.
Then when i arrived at Dubai international airport i found that my flight will be operating from Almaktoum airport although i didn't choose it as there was no options in the time of booking so i missed my flight, i didnt attend a very important family occasion and i didn't be able to redeem my money back.
when i was at the front desk-Dubai international airport the employee there told me that may be there was an IT problem as i made the booking through your website after i logged in using my personal OPEN membership.
Now even if you checked the website through OPEN membership you will find that there is no airport options (DXB or Al Maktoum ) so the website is choosing by itself.
yes it was mentioned in the final ticket that departure will be from AL Maktoum airport but i didn't notice that as i'm a frequent costumer on your airlines so i never had such a problem before.
so kindly i need your help so i can redeem my money specially i missed a very important family occasion because of IT problem.

FlyDubai passengers not allowed to board in

Dear Sirs,

We issued ticket for the below 3 employees on 02 December 2016 @ 8:15 AM (Booking reference PUWJDC) through Mytrip.com

Ram Murat Pasi
Ishwar Ray
Jhak Bahadur Damai

However, flydubai Kathmandu airport staff refused to issue boarding for them stating that this ticket is for Hajj/Umra passengers! Which is very strange for us as this requirement were not visible nor notified when we booked the ticket.

We contacted mytrip.com but were told to contact the airline.

We would really appreciate it if you could look at this issue and we request you to reschedule the flight or refund the ticket fare. It is not our mistake as flydubai never mentioned while booking the ticket that it is for Hajj/Umra passengers and passengers are holding valid residence visa!

FlyDubai visa expiry

It's very shame, that a crisis after a crisis is being witness by you fly dubai
1) my husband flight had a delayed scedulue and he didn't recieve any notification through mail or sms
2) yeras day I went to dubai from jeddah and had all process completed and arriaved to Dubai with an expiry visia that's why I was deported back today and it's because of the boarding careless checking ( though he checked the visia paper)
Agian shame on you fly Dubai and I need monterey fixation for this issue

FlyDubai service crew

Dear Fly Dubai,

This is to complain your cabin crew named Diarta on flight FZ 716, 20 December 2016 Yerevan-Dubai flight I am on seat number 14A, others beside me knows this and have heard what your cabin crew has said.
We are group of seven and I personally asked her to help me put the bags in the compartment as I and my friend already standing in our assigned seats to avoid blocking the other passengers. She was just having conversation with other crew, she took my bag saying sarcastically that it is not her job to put the bag on the compartment, please note that this are only the plastic bags we brought in duty free Armenia.
I answered her, it is your job to assist us. But then she replied again saying: yes, but not to put your bag.
I travel often and There are times that I do ask crew to help me put some of my things in the compartment, I never hear those words from them and in-fact, some of your crews are helping the passengers to put their bags.
It's so irritating to hear such nasty comments from a cabin crew especially if she is just standing and talking to other crew.
I am complaining hoping this will be stopped and will not happen to any nationalities, please make sure that your crews are approachable at all times to all passengers. I hope this is not issue of discrimination.

Today we are flying from faisalabad airport with you guys, we paid last friday for extra 10 kg luggage and now at the airport they refuse our printed email ticket confirmation and told us to reduce the 30 kg bag to 20kg bag. FlyDubai stolen down jacket

My name is Ryan Campbell and I was travelling on Flight FZ-5578 on 4th December from Kathmandu.

When I checked my baggage in at the check in counter in Kathmandu, my luggage had a pad lock on it. When I arrived in Dubai, my luggage bad was broken into and was left slightly opened so I knew something was wrong. When I arrived home, my Down Jacket (North Face) bought in Dubai, was stolen. This was a very expensive piece of clothing. 995dhs. The jacket was placed at the top of the bag. I didn't check my bag until the 5th December in the morning as I was very tied when I got home.

My reference number is XZGUTL.

I would like a re-fund for this jacket. I fly with you Company often to Nepal and I can't express how disappointed I was to find that my bag was broken into. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt for the jacket, as it was bought last year.

I hope there is something you can do to rectify this problem.

I will be looking forward to hearing from you regarding this situation

FlyDubai flights cancellation

Our 2 tickets flights from Dubai to Bucharest on November 28, Flight No. FZ/A300HO (Booking ref. 5XFUT9 ) got cancelled and "moved" one day later. on November 29

For this flight we where informed very late and because of this situation we where being "forced" to stay one extra night in Dubai.

We talked to the office FlyDubai in Dubai airport and on airline telephone
and we said that we accept delayed flight, but at least to provided us the payment of one night accommodation in Dubai.
They didn't wanted, also they didn't give us the option for other company's flights on the 28 Nov, because on that day I should be on a business meeting on my country, Romania.
As we have only refuses and no other options, we where put in a position to accept one day later the flight and to pay from our money one extra night accommodation in Dubai.

I add that I had an important business meeting on 28 Nov afternoon in my country and this situation was ruined my business relation and damages caused for the future

For this situation we request a refund of our night extra accommodation and damages for my business relation!

FlyDubai they stole the ticket amount

Guys never fly with the fly dubai they are the cheaters ... they stole all the money and they put hidden terms and conditions... I face a problem myself they stole both tickets and the flight was actually not on the specified terminal and my ticket has lost completely... same like that on return my wife and children try to avail return ticket they said they can't travel because the credit card payment holder is not traveling and on the other hand they deduct complete amount from my credit card...
Can anyone assist how can i put a case against them...

FlyDubai bad service & horrible customer service

My name is Kinda Zrik .
I supposed to fly with your airline today 08/11/2016
DXb to Salalah and come back on the 10th of this month
I have booked hotel and flight for 5 member of my family on your airline .I was so surprised but not allowing my younger brother to fly as his visa is sales only and at the same time my parents who were waiting for this holiday .
Your website doesn't shows any information about my parents that they cant fly with you and the same for my brother .
After arriving to the terminal no one was able to help or at lest to give an solution .
Therefore after waiting for 3 hours at the airport I only got this email address to complain to so wired service .
I want my money back which I paid as I didn't fly with you and I will fly with you again .

FlyDubai flight cancellation

My flight from Dubai to Doha on October 29, Flight No. FZ019 (Booking ref. 1K8CH4) got cancelled - I was advised that my family and I will be booked on the following flight .. this did not happen, I ended up buying new tickets on the 7.30 am flight FZ-001 on Oct. 30 (Booking ref. 2XSWT6, cost was more than 4000 DHrs).

FlyDubai service

Flight FZ714 24 oct 16 from tblisi airport. This is the first time I encountered that kind of rude and unprofessional cabin crew! She suppose to know proper manner how to deliver the msg to the passengers! Janitha I think her name . The other cabin crew who's wearing a glasses she's a woman when I asked her about her name she said "I don't know" I thought she's not a cabin crew but in the end she's also in the plane! I flew different airlines encountered different services but this is the shocking and worst cabin crews I ever see. Very unprofessional and no manner cabin crews!

FlyDubai voucher

I am trying to receive my money back since the end of September, however, the “support’ department has stopped responding to my emails and the call centers keep saying that they are sending follow ups notifications to the right department!

FlyDubai lost of baggage

Hello I am Abdul Ahad. Well I have lost my baggage while travelling dated 20-09-2016 from karachi to Istanbul where as my next flight for izmir but unfortunatley my beggage was not there on belt at Sabiha Gokhen Air Port Istanbul. FlyDubai in flight service

There is a point when a cabin crew needs to draw the line between ethical and non ethical.
On flight fz 050, from muscat to dubai, while there were not more than 3 passengers in business class, i asked the cabin crew, european guy, for a blanket. He answered very rudely "we do not have blankets on this flight".

While i shivered until we reached, and fighting a very bad flu, i saw when coming off the plane that the cupboard was full of blankets. When i asked him about that, he said it is for business class only.
This for me is the definition of a sadistic staff who really should go over the principles of hospitality again. Let alone i wonder if he should be in this industry to begin with not at an abattoir or butchery.
This kind of behaviour is very cheap and must be handled by flydubai seriously, even as an economy airline, staff should have some form of compassion to them.
My desired resolution is for the crew member to call and apologise.
