I have been active duty for 15 years and done 8 deployments in the South China Sea. I have never come across a customer service that was literally out to screw you over any chance they get especially active duty personal.
I was extremely jet lag from my flight and when I got the car. I realize I made a mistake and accidently double insure my rental vehicle. I called the fox rent-a-car telephone number and I explain what I messed up. The operators were willing to help by directing me in the right direction and told me that I needed to go back and redo my contract with them.
I drove back to Atlantic airport which was an hour away and the customer service in person was awful. Following the direction from the Fox Rent-A-Car, I talked to the Manager, and he refuse to do anything because I already signed the contract. Every time, I try to talk to him he would walk out of the building and avoid me. I wish that I could provide the manager's name because he was super unprofessional, but he refuses to tell me his name, and the employees were trained not to give out that information. Overall, I'm a very dissatisfied customer and I will never use Fox services again and wasted 6 hours of my day.
If you don't believe me how awful their customer service treats their customers. Please review the google rating on the "Atlantic airport Fox rent a Car". You will see they have 41 out 63 one-star reviews on how horrible their customer service is.
Desired outcome: All I wanted from the beginning was the remove Loss Damage Waiver and Road Side Assistance from my contract and refund my $371.76. My RA number is ATL-17934. Additionally, leadership made need to change.
I have email as requested and haven’t got a respond from anyone
