Ordered from Fragrance Direct back in December 2020. Got my order confirmed and paid for it. They cited problems with DPD delivery service and BREXIT as the reason for the cancellation. I was really disappointed and promised myself never to order from them again.
However, after 3 long months, on April 13th, I decided to give them another chance and placed an order again. I got the confirmation and paid for it. But, to my dismay, after 3 weeks, I received another cancellation notice from Fragrance Direct. And guess what? They cited the same problem with DPD delivery service and BREXIT as the reason for the cancellation.
If you're from outside the UK, I suggest you do yourself a favor and not waste your time ordering from Fragrance Direct. It's really frustrating to wait for weeks and then get your order cancelled. I hope they improve their delivery service soon.

I visited the store to collect my item and I realised it was the wrong one so I spoke to the manager she wasn’t really polite I’ve asked for alternative she was not having it all I wanted was the same one but COCO MADEMOISELLE Eau De 50ml .. o was really disappointed and I suffer from depression it caused me more stress I decided to walk out and sat down a chair nearby to take my medication . I've been using the Pink Happiness Fragrance for a couple of years now.
But like this weekend it has not been the first time where I bought a can of Pink Happiness and when I want to use it the can is full but there is no gas in it or the liquid comes out when you use it. This has happened to me a couple of times and it is starting to become a problem. I use some other Revlon fragrances as well but I like the Pink happiness most and it is only with the Pink happiness I am getting this problem
not receiving parcels
I ordered a parcel of u and I got a email to say it had been dispatched, then on the Saturday I got a email from royal mail to say they tried to deliver parcel and they put a card through the door, now first of all we were in Saturday, and a card wasn't put through the door, my mum and I r both disabled and we're grieving the lost of my dad, I rang up on the Sunday to be told that alot of people have been ringing up about saying there parcels have been delievered when they haven't, so she told me to give till the Monday and it hadn't arrived then, then ring back on the Tues which I did, and I appreciate they sent me another parcel, but I'm not happy as this is the second time this has happened to me, the last one went to my brothers address, which we never use as he works for the home office so hes never home, even he gets his parcels delievered to our address, I've used it company alot, up until the last to incindance I'm sorry to say I won't being shopping with you anymore, I understand they Arnt a huge amount of payments but it's not the point, if its Christmas I could understand but it ain't, even the postman knocked yesterday to find out about the parcel cause the manager asked him to, I've got enough on my plate without added stress.

I bought a product from this company www.fragrancedirect.co.uk and it never arrived. It was a Christmas present and was sent to Europe but was lost during the shipment. When I contacted Fragrancedirect support they said that it was not their fault and told that I need to contact the shipping company. They were unfriendly and refused to help me. They also said no when I asked for a refund. I checked the reviews before I ordered and there was 50/50, but now I think that positive ones were fake. I personally had a terrible experience with them.
