I trust in your store any never feel that your management will let me down I have bought a Moschino bag as a gift to my wife in 30th of May 2024 at that time my wife was at Egypt, I contacted the store in Derry city informing them that within few weeks the bag showed Manufacture defects the saleswomen informed me you can bring it once your wife come back to derry when I contacted them last week of October 2024 they treated me with unprofessionalism telling we would not accept to return or exchange the bag and this due to bad using of this bag. I have enclosed the transection of bag price as it was in 20% discount. Contact Fraser's support team and submit the proof of purchasing and the pictures of the defect. Recap the interaction with the Derry store and say how you have been advised to wait for the return. Respectfully ask for repair, replacement or refund and add that the defect was not caused by misuse.
