Pharmacy refill
Hello,
Today is July 23, 2022. I went to the pharmacy for my blood pressure medication refill today. The medication is lisinopril 20mg x 1 daily. I got my normal automated text to refill this prescription one week ago. Somewhere around Monday the 18th at the latest. So I went in for the refill today and the pharmacist said I had no refill that they had to contact the doctor. I told her my last refill was June 15, 2022 last month. I told her the bottle reads I have .33 refills of 90 which is a one month supply. She told me I somehow triggered a refill request. I asked how that is possible if I still had a refill. I then told her that their pharmacy is broken. Basically the pharmacist gave me a 3 day loan, when I still have another month of prescription left. How fair is that? I have been out for the last two days. As in I’m out, and now when I called, she said she was sending that refill request in right now. The pharmacist earlier said it was already sent in. But when i put her on the spot, she said she can’t send it out until Monday. Good thing my doctor doesn’t work Monday so now I have to go without my blood pressure meds even longer. If I didn’t know, if something were to happen because I didn’t have my meds, the pharmacy at the roseburg oregon store would be held liable in every Single way. I have never had this issue with a .33 refill of 90 which is a month worth, ever turn into me not having any and triggering a refill request. This has never ever happened. The pharmacy has been neglectful and I would hope you would investigate this complaint so changes can be made. God forbid an old person die because they couldn’t have their blood pressure medicine because of a spoof such as has happened to me. I’m disgusted. If you would more information here it is. Some toothbrush heads for my boyfriend and they were the wrong type so I went to return them I didn't have my receipt and the lady turned me away telling me only $15 can be done and she didn't even scan my item and I know by looking at y'all's website that you can do $75 and if that goes for if I'm a first-time return and she was very rude to me

Why do you not take Goodrx coupons on most drugs now? Why would you not take a coupon that you have already negotiated for?
You used to fill a prescription for a coupon price of around $10. It’s now on the site at your ridiculous retail price of almost $2000.00.
And why would you take a coupon from a competitor of Goodrx and not from Goodrx itself?
Again, you negotiated with a PBM for a price on a particular drug NDC and now you won’t honor it.
Stolen money gift card amazon purchase
6/22 I was charged $200 by Fred Meyer. I was in the store on 6/21 and they pushed through the charge without my card the next day. I tried buying 1 x $100 Nintendo gift card and 1 x $100 Amazon gift card on 6.21. I was immediately charged $200 for this purchase, but the Amazon card did not activate. The front-end manager Jessica spent 30 minutes trying to issue a refund or void the transaction. The entire system was locked up and she was on with the help desk and powerless. I was told the only option for me is to wait no matter how long. After 30 minutes and now missing my appointment, I left the store. The amazon gift card remained with Jessica, and she offered no help except telling me to keep waiting. I would check those cameras and see who ended up with that card since they pushed through the charge the next day and I imagine activated it. Bottom line – Fred Meyer has my money and the gift card. I got a bag of [censored], a missed appointment and ton of wasted time.

I bought and paid in FULL for the sofa, When I went around the back to pick up As we were loading it the employee said due to COVID I would notbe able to return it. I stopped the loading, and the sofa was returned to the warehouse until I could measure my room to make sure it was going to fit. I just purchased a new home, after mine was destroyed in the earthquake. A week went by and I called the store I talked to a woman in furniture and told her the sofa was NOT going to fit. She said "ok, I will have it moved back to the floor to sell we will refund you!" And I thought that was it. Well it have NEVER been refunded. I have called the store, I have called OJIE the store manager and HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS, he is NOT AVAILABLE anytime I have tried to, he does not RESPOND to any messages to return my calls at all. ANd I AM OUT OF 1800$. I can not afford to give that money to a store that has sold the same sofa TWICE! thats theft.

May 13, Friday, 2022, my husband and I shopped at the Ballard store mostly for produce. We live waterfront Seattle and exclusively shop at that store for decades. My complaints are very plain and simple. 1) From the beginning of 2022, the grocery and produce prices have gradually become unaffordable. That, I do realise is not exclusively FM fault. But I did cut back my shopping list and searched for more coupon deals or discounted items.
2) Again, since the beginning of 2022, FM associates have become less caring, less attentive and finally as in yesterday's incident, less polite; As I looked for jalapeno peppers, I found the container empty, with only a handful of wrinkled and blemished ones left. Needless to say, the price was up from the usual low, to $1.49 per pound. I enquired to one employee if they would be replenishing, to which one replied, 'yes, but a while later.' That person didn't want to chat with me any longer, as he was engaged in a personal conversation with another staff member. He pointed to another employee, all the way at the front, whom I asked 'When?' He answered 'I'll check' as he fast sped away from me. I walked along and offered a quick solution; 'How about you bag those few old ones for a '$1-a bag, and I'd buy it because I only am going to use them for salsa?' He looked at me and said 'No they are pretty gone'. I again said, I'd buy the bag anyway. This time he gave me a look as if he is dealing with a 'bag lady' and said NO, 'I'll throw them to garbage'. AND he actually tossed them into a trash bucket in front of me.
Let me tell you how that felt; I am 79 years old, college educated woman. And the demeaning way he treated me has upset and offended me greatly.
Desired outcome: I don't need an apology to restore my damaged self-worth. Figure out why your customer service has fallen this low. And fix it. I am certain that there is an internal cause why your personnel is turning grumpy to the shoppers.
Birds dying
Outside it the garden center birds are dead everywhere. I got pooped in from a nest above me. So gross. I feel bad for the birds they look stuck up there. I feel as a vendor and now ex customer I was talked to in a very un-professional way by dept managers and upper management.
I quit my job which I did like except for the fact that some of your employees mainly upper management were not respectful when I was in your locations.

I am a new employee at one of your Salem Oregon locations. I have had an extremely negative experience and would like to share it with someone who will listen and treat me with respect. I was mislead on the job I would be performing. I was not trained, then disciplined for not knowing the job. I have been ignored by HR, suspended for not calling in, when I tried numerous times to do so, and treated like I am replaceable and my opinion and feelings are important. I don't want anyone I know ever being treated the way I have, and hope that my speaking up will make it easier for someone else who takes my place. I am amazed that such a big company can be so unprofessional in the treatment of their employees... I hope my voice will be heard.

Jan 21 order
Fred Meyer charged my EBT account for an order that was cancelled, then didn't refund me. They told me it would take a month, so I waited. Then they told me that the charge had been reversed (it wasn't). Then they told me charge never happened. I emailed screen shots of my account, showing the charge and the subsequent history, to prove I was right. Then they said it wasn't a Fred Meyer charge. Sp I got a screenshot of my EBT history from the gov't, showing date, time, merchant, and amount. Then I got an email saying they were sorry, and I should call. The CSR told me the charge wsan't in my account. I told her to check emails, she refused and told me to contact my bank. (EBT is not run by a bank.) I called and talked to several people, who teminated the call when I told them to check the email proof. Live chat hung up on me immediately when I started with "I am furious." They don't seem to understand that I am the injured party. You might hear people say I have been hostile today, but, as Flavor Flav says, "I got a right to be hostile."

We know inflation is an issue right now but when Fred Meyer fuel stations , esp,the one on SE Burnside in Gresham , Oregon...they are charging $.40 more a gal than Safeway or other stations , PRICE GOUGING comes to mind and people need to be aware and boycott this store .

I had prescription to pick up at the pharmacy 2 were over the counter medication's and I was not. I was using single care app, and the pharmacy said I could not use the app, coupons for the over the counter medications and she even argued with the person on the phone with the single care. It was very rude and unprofessional for her to deny me using the coupons when fred Meyers has a contract with single care to allow the use of coupons on prescription medication. The doctor called in the prescriptions. Why does she get to decide who can use the coupons on what medications? This is the second time I had a problem with Fred Meyer pharmacy's telling me I can'nt use the application for discounts on medication. I was told that I could not use the good RX because I had Medicare for insurance and it says that you can use it with Medicare. I am done with Fred Meyers pharmacy's and will tell everyone the unfair treatment that they provide for low income or fixed income individuals.
Closing the doors before closing time
I understand that it's only 5min from closing but I was only using the phone kiosk. This sucks the guy shutting the door and denying me entry regardless of what I said, then 2 minutes later allowed a female entry after she just needed something from right over there she said. I was at the Pharmacy today and Kennewick had an issue with a clerk going to lunch/break without finishing a problem with a coupon on my new Xarelta prescription. She told me yo sit down and wAit while she pulled from the window to another computer. She worked on it snd then the next thing I see she’s back with a coffee. After 45 minutes I got back in line and someone else went to look for my pills which had been tossed back on top of the bins. She had figured out the issue and the coupon worked, but she did not finish the whole job because she left me stranded in the lounge area. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Desired outcome: Nothing now, beyond reminding clerks to finish the job which includes telling the customer is good to go.
