Hi I was a freelancer worker suddenly i got a project of 4500$ and i sleep at night tomorrow morning i awake then my account was closed i contact help support they say you violates our terms and conditions. This is not the way you just say you violates our terms your account is closed there are many effort involved to earning money. I'll go to court...

Freelancer.com third class service of freelancer.com

Freelancer limited my account without any inform me...

I have 5 start ratings with all good reviews. But after successfully completed a project with payment & review, she complained against me... then freelancers tier 2 dept was not checking the conversations properly but block my account...

Many times I told to the freelancer, that the client use slang language in conversation. But freelancer was not warning her but blocked my account. Freelaner's tier 2 dept. is third class... they reply after 24 to 30 hours... from Monday my account is blocked... I acn't access it.

i told to the freelancer, if have you any doubt then arrange a meeting with client & one person will be from freelancer then he will decided .

But they don't do that... they told me that if I will settle teh matter with teh client in Private meesage box in freelancer then tehy will lift my account... But for limited account, I can't access the PMB.

So, I told teh freelancer to fix the issue. but they nothing to do that.

So, today I contact to the client in mail but now she blackmail me... She told if I gave her 100$ in paypal, then she will withdraw the money...

And still now, freelancer watching this & not solve the issue...

I am totally fade up...

A third class service of freelancer...

I remember that i posted a project cleary said I need US programmer only to bid. I ended up having people from India and Pakistan bidding claming from US, but couldn't verified they from US

Freelancer.com freelancer reversing money received

I delivered work to a client, he paid me for it and the project was closed, feedback provided and everything then freelancer reversed the payment without my cosent! That is so disgusting and out of order! At the very least they should refund the project fees! They make so much money from so many different things, i am sure they can cut the losses of a bad project.
I am absolutely disgusted!

Freelancer.com stole my money and consumer exploitation

Attentions Internet Freelancer workers.

Please do not deal or work on www.Freelancer.com. Freelancer.com is Scam company on internet. they first take your clients funds which you get paid from clients for doing work.after work done they saying your first withdrawal will takes more then 15 days Due to Freelancer.com security reasons after 1month freelancer.com limits your accounts when your payment withdrawal date comes near. then they ask you versification process.they demand your photo id. such as passport & driving LIC. then real photo holding photo id. then they need new an other photo id. then they verified your accounts & but the thing is this they not give you your money which you earn from clients they ask you to ask your clients to go through with verification. how funny is this.No one ask any questions on Freelancer.com when some deposits funds. for depositing funds freelancer.com act like innocents. but when they take your money then they ask stupid questions & waste your time too. the same thing happened to me. I give them all. they verified my accounts i have $250 in my freelancer.com which i earn after hard working jobs done for clients. Freelancer.com still holding my funds & they asking me now to ask your clients to verfied your accounts. Freelancer.com. you done this jobs its not worker issue. ;i got many bad news on freelancer.com. Freelancer.com protection of criminals

I don't even know where to begin! I've been with Freelancer for almost two years and have come across two scamsters in a matter of four weeks. All I can say is that there is no protection for a freelancer, only the employer! If only they employ the same technique of verification for the employer. After you've done the work you can never get that time back! Not only is it food off your table but also unnecessary time spent away from your family. If I'd known I was going to work for free I would rather have joined a charity and made a difference. Milestones mean NOTHING! I do not recommend this site to anyone! I have let all my contacts know of my experience. What will you do Freelancer.com without your Freelancers?

Freelancer.com I lost money there

my user on freelancer is omaqandeel
first sorry for my bad English, but i hope that you understand me
before 3 months i started work on freelancer.com, so i did about 90 projects till now with 5* ratings and good feedback's, now on 4/2/2015 i made withdrew of 1120$ and it was my balance about 1500$. so on Tuesday my request still on pending i asked the support team they told me it will be next 24 hours and i waited 24 hours and they told me your withdrew will processed on 10/2/2015, so i told therm i have a sick daughter in hospital i need to pay them because they will fire her if im not paying, they refuse to withdrew my money and prevent me of chatting on site, now im waiting to 10/2/2015 to be withdrawn, while today i will do a new one, i see that "Your account has been limited
for account security reasons until we can verify your identity. You can continue to work and receive payments, but you won't be able to transfer or withdraw funds. To verify your identity, visit the Verification Center."
so the now preventing me to withdrew my money, and asking me to upload my document, i did uploading the documents, and they still now don't want to approve my account and help me to get my money to help my daughter, so during i reviewing the site, i noticed that i have lost 500$ as refund for my employers, and i asked my employers to approve payemnts and they send me that they approve my payments and my employers send that to site, and the site till now refuse to pay me or refund me, these projects are completed with 100% with 5* ratings, the site suggesting them to pay me outside. after i delved the work to my employers it is huge stolen of my money here, i need help from any lawyer here,
please my daughter will die because of this site

i have three months while working and no problem was happened, the problem was started before 30 days when you made reverse of payment for my completed projects, these completed projects were completed with no issues and full payments was in place, also good feedback with 5*, so i contacted the site support, and they told me to contact employers, my employers contacted the site and they approve my payments, the site freelancer refuse to reverse the payment, to my account, and the support asked me to send my employers to pay me me outside freelancer, so what happened is the site was reversing money from new project payments to the old employers and this is huge problems, my employers saying that the money on freelancer website, and you are saying that there is no money for those employers " im talking bout 5 employers" with losing about 600$ -1000$ that i lost for nothing, after hard-work and ...

also on dispute system i lost more than 500$-1000$ for nothing, i have the approve that my employers were chatting with me on skype, and the site administrator saw that on their chat history, and they suspend my account and the employers no. and they refund theit money and me no, i just losing project fees...

i think the fast decisions for suspended accounts to me last month for no reason causes these troubles,
so be sure that i will share all my stories and my projects details as screenshots i kept them on my machine here on this site http://www.complaintsboard.com in the next a few days to make sure that all the new freelancers be aware from this site, next time,

i dont want to hurt anyone, but this site made me slave to work for free, work for money and the next day i have no money,

i think the policies on this site not strict enough and they are a lot of support members from your site who don't know anything about dealing with good people like me

all my payments were in the site, and i a paid all project fees, also i worked hard for that, but this site help me to build my career and in 10 seconds destroyed me

Freelancer.com they take away more money than you make!

I would like to start by saying that freelancer.com and similar platforms have given me several projects and some very good long term relationships. I do not charge the lowest rates and still manage to win the few that are willing to pay a premium (compared to other bids atleast) for quality.
I have painstaking maintained an amazing profile with over a hundred testimonials and a perfect review score on all the parameters that they consider. This is what brings me new projects, new clients
Now that said, I come to my last few months with them and why I am suggesting killing a steady stream of revenue. Its not just due to the fraud but also a much stronger reason explained below.
I have realized that online fraud is probably ever growing and it is here to stay. Hundreds of projects asking to make a payment via Skrill (Moneybookers), in exchange for up to double the amount on freelancer, are being posted everyday. This means that a bunch of people have found that freelancer still accepts those stolen credit card numbers that they have in their hands and find ways to exploit people with the same.
I have reported this to freelancer before and got a standard canned response that there is nothing they would do about it. I just felt sad for those who were going to fall for this one but didn't realize I would be the one to be scammed very soon.
Over the last month I have had over 4 project payments reversed. One of them for a project that was completed some 2 months ago. There is not as much as a single email or notification regarding the same. (They do make it a point to send emails if your were not awarded a project and advice you to take one of their paid tests to improve your chances).
When I enquired, they refused to provide any details and asked me to handle it myself. Ofcourse, they choose to forget that their terms do not allow me from ever knowing who the other person is. There is no other modes of payment allowed and you have to take payments only through their platform and they specifically mentioned that they can at anytime and without giving any reason (like in my case) just take out the money. Money earned from genuine projects and hard work!
Now I report this again to freelancer calling on them for tighter security measures. For the charges they make us pay ( $50/month + 10-20% on an average), you would atleast expect them to have a better security system in place! All you get is a standard 'as a courtesy, we will refund your project fees'. Basically they will keep the money they just reversed and not tell you a damn thing about it.
When I planned to move out of it is when I realized a bigger problem. I had grown as a freelancer and earned a reputation that warranted paying the fees that I did. I had built a level of trust that does not come with portfolios of hundreds of projects or testimonials from people on your website. Because, well, there is no authenticity.
But by growing within freelancer, I had neglected forming my offline network. I did have a good client base I had got from there but not enough to sustain without new ones as the work was never regular. I had missed a very important step : creating a brand for myself outside of a third-party platform. Ensuring a good client base outside and ensuring that you use these platforms to only supplement you.
In the worst case, I make a lot of noise and freelancer digs deep enough to find some crazy rule that I had broken which justifies them deleting my account. In this scenario, I am left not only short of all the money I had in my account but also a profile that I had spent years to build.
This is the reason, you too should get out right now! Before its too late and you realize that you have grown so dependent on something that can never really be trusted and which you could loose at any time.
After posting this on social media, Senior Staff from freelancer contacted me and offered a resolution along with a compensation. For future projects, they ask me to contact the support team to ensure that the employers can be verified manually. They have also agreed to improve the transparency and give better insights about the employers.
Shockingly, immediately after that, they told me that I could not withdraw any money and needed to provide proof for projects completed 3 months ago! I gave them most of it including Files, docs, conversations and even live websites for which the payments had been reversed.
Almost a month after the last conversation and no communication from Mr. Michael Severino who had contacted me before and the support team just asks me to 'wait' while they sit on all my project earnings. Guess I learnt the hard way about exposing fraud and issues in companies like this! Only do it when they have nothing they can take away from you!

Freelancer.com freelancer.com stolen me more than $ 2000

Hello!

I come to denounce the job site freelancer.com, for over two months ago I received a complain from a client, freelancer limit my account and I suggested to reach some agreement with my employer, it was all a misunderstanding. After several days of discussion, me and my client got a favorable deal ... but my account continue limited. I've been in touch with the freelancer staff on several occasions, and always receive as answer that my case has been elevated to another department (which I do not know) and they have not received confirmation thereof. My message is repeated every 3 days and always get the same answer. My client confirm me that wrote to freelancer staff saying we no longer had any problem between us, the result is that my account is still suspended and currently I have 2000 USD... freelancer doesnot let me move.
The best part is that freelancer let me put bid in others projects and also receive payment, but as my account is limited, I can not do any widthdraw. Recent I got another project, performed all project requeriment, but as the final part, the customer wishes to publish an iOS application on appstore that takes implicit copyright channels, appstore denied this application and my angry customer decides to create a complaint against me claiming false criteria. As a result freelancer contact me and ask me explanation, I would have commanded overwhelming, irrefutable evidence, I have sent my full development and freelance keeps insisting that I should contact my client and reach some agreement. Definitely, after so much abuse, I am convinced that my suspension rason are the more than 2000 USD that are on my account, are not the employer complaints. They have simply determined that I will remain limited indefinitely and my money remain at thieir bank. I'm actually quite disappointed with the actions of freelancer.com simply are abusers and fraudsters work of programmers.
Basically I work as a freelancer, I have pregnant wife and working this way is my only sustenance for me and my family.
Freelancer.com is based on stupid excuses to steal money from developers. The options you have:
1. Never charge for freelancer.com.
2. Never have more than $ 100 in your account, withdraw money quickly.
3. Do not register any credit card, paypal, skrill ... freelancer.com can withdraw money from your account without asking.

Freelancer.com is the biggest fraud of existing sites, work there is the real disgrace.

Hi there. I want to say that i perfectly understand what you are saying and i believe you because i'm having trouble with this fraudulent company (if you can even call it a company).

This is how i got scammed:
My account was hacked because i downloaded a virus from their site (which shouldn't have been there by the way).
Then i requested my account was blocked so no money would be stolen from my account.
Now they told me i have to verify my account, so i had to send some documents to prove my identity which i did send (italian and uruguayan passports with my address and name, date of birth, picture of me holding a verification code they gave me, etc).

The thing is they say it's not me.. Even if i'd sent all the documents requested on this link several times:

Now i'm able to keep working on projects but i'm not able to get my money!
This is outrageous, I've sent all the things they requested many times and i always get the same ###ing answer where they ask me to provide some documents that i've already sent for over 10 times!

So my advice is, don't think the support team is going to try to help you on any matter because they won't.
They will just reply with the same crap over and over again. That's what they are there for of course.

I'm wondering, Is it possible to sue them? They clearly deserve it.

I have more than 200 euro on my account which now they have stolen.

Freelancer.com financial fraud

Freelancer has always had a problem with anyone I have talked to in regards to validating your account, bullying others and overcharging.

Here's a new low though, they TOOK over $500 for a project that was done over 4 months ago and never notified me! This is a very new low and we are now working on federal actions as we have heard this happening to 20 other freelancers.

Freelancer.com is 100% unethical and doing ILLEGAL actions. Why else would they do it in a sneaky way?

Again, we have had to use countless measures and assistance from my lawyer to deal with other issues but this issue right here is an all time low! If there was a problem with the employee's account and they tricked Freelancer.com in regards to money, freelancers should not have to carry the financial burden and loose the money 4 MONTHS LATER!

Freelancer.com payment taken by freelancer of our works by limiting our accounts

We are working on freelancer pvt ltd. After completing work for our clients, when we reedem our money, they say to verify account. We have given our passport, bank account book, our photo with passport, voter Id, even they are making excuses and telling to give more proofs of my ientity. They didnot ask for my identity when I completed work and delivered the work, but when I reedem my money, they cancel the withdraw and asking one after second verification method.
they initially ask me for my passport, I showed them with my bank details. Than voter Id. This is very fraud, freelancer pvt ltd needs to be ban so, that work and payment can be done genuinelly and most innocent can concencrate on work rather than fake places like freelancer pvt ltd.

Freelancer.com limiting account without warning

Your Freelancer.com account has been limited for account security reasons until we can verify your identity. You can continue to work and receive payments, but you won't be able to transfer or withdraw funds. To verify your identity, please provide the following documentation:

Without a warning about account limiting they limited my account, and don't let me cancelling my account and withdrawing my money. if you are unhappy working with me so refund my money back to my paypal account where you received my money from.

I am rebellionist from freelancer,

and asking so stupid verification methods:
"Provide a photo of you holding the verification code displayed below in one hand and your ID clearly visible in your other hand"

Even if you sent your photo holding your id they won't accept it until they can read your id number and clearly see your face. They expect you to send a HD photo. They returned my photo a few times until I sent them a HD photo.

Freelancer.com payment reverse after doing job online, or stolen

Helloo everyone this is mark, senior creative director, i have seen many complains regarding freelancer.com and after seeking for justice and funds which has been scammed or reversed by freelancer.com, i am here to register my complain too,

I am facing lots of problem regarding payment reverse or took back from my account, i have filled many tickets but every time, i got response like same above "please try to contact employer" where the employer profile or account has been delete, now where the hell we make contact, or why we should contact to employer, its was your responsibility's to check payment source, before posting the project, every time i faced problem after the project completing or after many days of project completion, every time i got no satisfactory answer from their support service and they say there was issue with user account and payment & we can no longer process this as your employer's account was closed due to violation on our site,

Freelancer always come up with these statement after the project completion, recently its happened again and again to us and our team, we are feeling like providing free service to employer, because what we earn from employer which tooks back from our us or i must say stolen from accounts and when we compain to freelancer support, they say your employer id is close and payment give back to his account, becuase they have violated term and condition, the question is that why they came later after completing the project / jobs, what about the work we did, they are not even providing some compensate to their freelancer we have been providing quality designs since from year and have great reviews and rating,, but now we feel we are providing free services to employer, doing business online on freelancer is not safe anymore on freelancer.com

Reversal or money took back from our account issues i faced many times before but i compromise on it but its happened again and again, after seen all your comments, which is posted from 2012, i believe and i am sure, this things or reversal money or you can say stolen money will keep happen to freelancer and they have no policies for employer funds, which they reserves as "milestone", we will love to leave the freelancer.com because they are not realizing and ignoring the importance of freelancer,

If any from freelancer want to see evidence, i will provide from a to z details with screen shots, i will wait for month to get my funds back, i will quite providing service on freelancer.com

Freelancer.com destroyed my life. I completed 8 project for one of my client and get $900 payment. Client was fully satisfied from my work and give me 5 star feedback and released whole amount. I transfer all files to client server. But after one month i check my account and there is negative balance. I check transation history and it was showing all amount reversed to employee. I contact 4 time freelancer support team, Create 2 ticket and also email freelancer CEO Matt brian (matt@freelancer.com). But freelancer support and ticket system give me same reply and matt not reply me. They said to me your client filed a chargeback against their payment source. So we will cut money from your account. I contact client and he said to me he filed chargeback and he got his money back. He cheat me . And it means you are wasting your time only on freelancer.com Because their are lot of client like this and one of my friend face this issue 4 time in one month and lost $3000 amount. And freelancer team said they don't have full control on this matter. So why we are working there if they don't have full control on all things. Please close your website if you don't providing good service to your user. Freelancer earning money only . we are giving huge amount of commision also give every month subscription fees and they not secure our money. Then why we are giving him all amount. We work hard 20 days on a project and then get money and after one month they reversed back to client. It means they are in favor of client. If we go fo support then they only said that's rule and our term and condition. If any business that make money only then it's not a successful business.If you don't care your user.i really upset from this thing and i am in trouble. Freelancer.com account closed without reason

I have been a member of freelancer.com since 2010 with approx 298, 5 star reviews and a valuable assest to freelancer. Due to some misunderstanding (and issues created by a client), my account was closed without any explanation asked from me. I still have no clue as to what client told freelancer team and why I was not contacted before taking such extreme measures. Attached are all proofs

Freelancer.com refused to deliver project in full, after getting paid 80%

Hi,

I am actually in tears and almost breaking down as I have literally lost my job, because of the above freelancer, who has got paid 80% of his quoted figure to develop a car hire system in two weeks, it is now been two months and he has made promises every week and not delivered the system in full.

I have proof of all the conversations we have had both on skype and on freelancer for the last 8 weeks. it has been one promise after the other day. We are looking for you to do the following;

1) Get a refund for all payments made so far.

2) Get a 20% compensation of the original quote or fee for the delay, our time, loss of reputation, stress etc.

3) For you to expel the freelancer from using your services, as he is dubious, fraudulent and frankly very dishonest and has certainly giving the whole freelancer system a bad name.

My boss Valentine Wats has used freelancer for different projects but has never had these kind of problems and we appreciate the need for a service such as yours but Deecoders action has certainly cast doubt on the authenticity and honesty of some of your freelancers such as himself.

Please check the conversation we have had with Dee coders over the last two months and you can see that he has promised to deliver on more than 10 occasions but failed each time with different excuses.

He has obviously done this before, so when put out the bid for this project why did he come up as recommended since he is obviously dubious and a fraudster.

I look forward to hearing from you urgently.

Thanks alot for sharing your experience by freelancer.com, we have Also Complain and had facing very bad experience day by day, we have been doing business since long time on freelancer and have great reviews, but after facing many problems relating with the payment get from client and stole back, once the client release the funds, after the work approval everything you done, your payment will be back to the orignal source, i 100% Agree with you that they are charging some % on Every projects, but cannot provide the proper platform, and money safety, they just concern with their commission all the time, We are also looking for justice all around and for our money, we did work hard on projects done by Quality Designers, and Every time you complain they came up with same answer all the time, the Question is why they not verified the employer before the project, they simply said later that your employer had problem with their profile and funds, than where you were sleep at the time of project posting by employer or in between the work, Every time they Stole Money After the work completed and delivering all the files, its like Someone stealing Design and Work from Designer on freelancer.com, Please Provide Solution for the Legal action can take againts freelancer.com We are also requesting for money for work done since, i will knock every door for legal action, and beware online designer,

Freelancer.com no support, impossible to reach them as well

I worked as a freelancer on the website www.freelancer.com. I wasn’t satisfied with it, ‘coz they didn’t provide any support, so if you had any problems, you need to solve them on your own. Also they didn’t pay on time or didn’t pay at all. You can’t contact them and get any replies from them as well Scam and better avoid this website or you will lose time and money. Share this info and post comments about your things with this horrible company.

I have been working with Freelancer.com for last 10 years. I am shocked and feeling devastated after I got my account suspended day before yesterday. I got the reason that 3 clients in the period of last 1.5 years have been unhappy. And that we were absconding. But its not the case ever. We have delivered atleast 10 + projects in last 1.5 years with very good reveiws from clients. And in fact out of these 3 clients 2 were given out of way helps at 20 + occasions and modules. 1 of the client case we can agree, that we were not able to match the frequency. And now even out of those 2 whom we supported more than 20 times post delivery, we are helping the 1 since yesterday with free modules and deliveries. And we are not charging too, because freelancer.com wants us to give free service to them.

We are writing and sending multiple messages to support and we are now not getting any response. We have NEVER SCAMMED money from any client and we are being treated like so badly, just because of those 3 issue, where our fault was about 0.00001 % or less. And infact our fault was we kept giving clients the space to keep asking us more and more and we gave them that.

Our whole team is so much feeling devastated that, we dont have words for this.

This is live partiality in front of our eyes. Our complaints are never considered right, even we are working for 10 years and never scammed or mis behaved with anyone.

In fact, we reported violations by clients and made couple of clients from outside to come to the site and give project there. We billed outside clients on Freelancer.com. Our Honesty and feel good towards Freelancer.com is hit & broke so badly by suspending account and on mere allegations and NO PROOFS of any wrong doing!

We always have looked for a safe environment. And had been feeling the same on Freelancer.com in last 10 years. But it seems the new management dont care for anything. And in fact never responds after giving the verdict!

An client ( AliDhaif) whose works were done in last year 8/12/13/ And then we gave them Free Of cost Support for 3 months. And then they said all Ok.

Now they are back after months and asking for some works done. And we said, there shall be charges for that. They saying, they want it to be done in the same project contract.

How is it possible ?

But we did replied the person and we did do, two more Fixes to make it Co-ordial relation, as you wanted and to make it amicable.

But if you want us to give free services always to clients post deliveries for lifetime and for FREE, please include this in your policy too.

And make it acceptable by everyone.

Because, if we keep on providing free services always, then I am not sure, how a project will be completed and freelancers will make money ?

We have done many projects in this time period and have recieved very good reviews and couple of bad too.

But we never have ran away with money.

We totally respect the poilcy.

And we always are abided by it.

The client gave the project. We did the project. We did extra steps and then he wanted further works. Which was not possible after Delivery and Free support period. We discussed and told additional charges for the same. And they said, they wont pay. I said fine. Then I contacted support on the issues. And I was being advised to solve amicably. I again accepted it and then further agreed to work on it.

Later we did the FREE works. And he got the site on his server.

I understand this led for wrong relation and he gave bad review, And we too gave the same with our end of story. And you will agree, Reviews are not visible before both of us leave it. So I posted by end of story.

The clients Ali Dhaif, is a very nice person. We worked with him And all is well till last 2 weeks. The site was delivered 9 months back. And we kept of providing further support too.

Now he wanted some additional works. We said money for that. He said no.

But IF YOU WILL INSTRUCT WE WILL DO THE FREE WORKS FOR HIM to make YOU ONLY Happy!

BUT our relation was very good with the client.

If you have a checking system, you will see, atleast 100 times I have told clients not to violate rules.

I never ask funds out of way. Every time on delivery or before delivery.

ALSO I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABSCONDING. IF I WAS BEING, then so many projects we are doing and making clients happy.

I am sorry for any problem And I will look forward for you to a help to get this issue solved

I have couple of things to add here:

1. For the project 5143293, the client Sasha, asked us to couple of more things not from the actual scope. To ensure what we did extra, we can send you the emails and screenshots. And we always try to ensure to get good reviews from clients.

For this only, we did extra works without asking any extra money. And in the FEAR to not get bad reviews.

But clients take advantages of this. And in this scenario we didnt get a rightful payment. Can you please advise, what should we do ?

2. For project: 4337963

As I mentioned in my last response, client has been extremely good. And we also liked working with him.

Our only concern is, he came after 9 months asking for some works. And that too in the same payment, in which delivery of the site was done.

Can you please advise, what should we do then? Give Free works whenever client comes back ?

We know repurtation of the marketplace is the top prioroity. And we are working for last 10 years here and have always tried to make our end clear.

But in this type of scenarios what will be your suggestion ?

We are then stuck from both the end ?

Also, WE ASK Support many a times, that if client is not paying money, what should we do ? Support Says, ( at many occasions ): We will advise not to do/delivery any works, if the payment is not secured.

Now, we are in middle of things:

1. We have to provide services to ensure we do great works to make them satisfied.

2. We always keep doing YES SIR for everything.

3. Taking advantage of this YES SIR attitude, they ensure to take atleast 5-10 extra modules. For which there is no guidance & undertanding from Freelancer.com, what to do ? And at the end if client wants, he can charge back money after delivery or make dispute. And our account gets suspended

4. This is the first time my account is suspended. Because I never have done any violations so far. Also, Please check I have always tried to help the community by reporting spams or contact information posting. Now I dont know what to do else!

I am very confused and disturbed.

I have learned my lesson.

I will always keep giving whatever they want. Even they won't pay, we will work for them.

Please see we have never scammed money from anyone.

This is our first time to know about this thing.

We will always make sure to keep clients happy. We always tried it.

But as you know all fingers are not same, so 2-3 problems happened in last 1.5 years. But we are not scammers.

We delivered many projects in this period.

Please see the ratio of happy clients is very high.

I promise I will make this ratio go higher. And I promise never a complain will come about communication.

My whole team and their family depend on this account.

It was our festival time in Kolkata, India. Like it's Christmas for us. But one one team is celebrating. Because of this account suspension.

Our 10 years relation is with this account. You cant see in emails the emotion and pain we are going through since yesterday.

Always we have treated Freelancer. Com as our own.

Always we told clients not to violate rules. Even we billed outside money and project here as we felt we will be safe here.

Please forgive for the problem this time. Its happened this time and it will never happen again.

We are really very much sorry for all this.

We are very much in contact with the travel project client. And have offered all for free service.

We don't have any other job. Freelancer. Com is our everything.

Please give us this last Chance. We will always keep working on communication with clients more closely than earlier.

Freelancer.com stolen money

After bidding on several jobs, i scored my very first job from freelancer.com for over $6, 000.
Upon accepting the job, I was charged 10%, more than $600 unexpectedly from my paypal account. I understood why, although I had NEVER expressly agreed to pay fees upfront, or had ever read anything about this on the website.
Although I thought the job description was clear, my employer spoke very poor english, and apparently had a much different job in mind. We decide to cancel the job.

FREELANCER WILL. NOT. GIVE. ME. MY. MONEY. BACK.

I have sent them a support ticket every day for the past 6 days and they have done nothing but
1. freeze my account due to "identity validation purposes"
2. when I filed a dispute with paypal they asked me to cancel the dispute so that they could refund funds
3. refunded me the money and then CHARGED BACK THE AMOUNT BEFORE I COULD WITHDRAW IT
4. gave me canned and generic responses in every interaction with them.
5. made details for finding help clear as mud
6. gave no phone number to contact anybody at the company

This is the best looking scam on the internet. This is deceptive practice, and I hope that somebody sues the ### out of these guys and bankrupts them all to hell.

i losy my 325 dollar because of fake webmaster, i asked help from them, i saw my account hacked later and then it used to show, phone verification, i try but it bring me to diffrent page, which you need to upload id etc...i also did it, then i saw kind of strange proccess, you need to hold a number in your hand that they give and you need to take photo and send them. THIS IS SO FUNNY, FROM 3 YEARS, WHEN THEY WERE CHARGING ME, NO ONE ASKED ME MY ID AND I AM SURE FOR MANY PEOPLE SAME, THIS IS NOT FAIR, WHEN COME TO CASE, THEY PUSH YOU STRANGE THINGS EVEN I WAS FAIR ON MY PROJECT, THE WEBMASTER GOT MY MONEY AND GAVE ME MESS AND HE TOLD ME WORK DONE :) MY MISTAKE WAS, REQUEST HELP FROM FREELANCER.COM PLUS THE WEBMATSER WAS REALY A TRICKER, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID NOT DO SAME POROCCESS FOR HIM...
THE RESULT IS: A FEW PEOPLE GET TOGETHER THERE ON FREELANCER.COM AND MAKE COMMENDS EACHOTHER, THEY EVEN DONT DIG THE CASE OR ISSUE...ITS IN THEIR HAND TO SHAKE YOU AWAY...

Freelancer.com account closed after milestone payment

Yesterday I awarded a project to freelancer on www.freelancer.com. His requirement was to set a 50% milestone and release before he starts. Based on his reputation I decided it is safe to proceed, so I released the milestone payment. Today when I try to login I see that my account is closed?! And the only explanation I receive from freelancer.com is that it is closed for security reasons?! I have an ONGOING project for which I already paid half the money. So now it appears that I paid the money but I can't get my project. BEWARE! FREELANCER=SCAM!

Based on his reputation I decided it is safe to proceed, so I released the milestone payment. Today when I try to login I see that my account is closed?! So now it appears that I paid the money but I can't get my project. Freelancer.com = SCAM! Stay away from that site!

Freelancer.com when it come money, you call us, you add us to skype but when any issue, you dont have any phone ? why ? how you judge people, by looking the text or messages ? because of all, i lost my money on your website...İnstead of you will put id verification to the person who ticked me, you push me to do this...it is not fair, all of many years, you charge money from me, you have never asked my id...But when i tricked by a webmaster, you pushing me to do very strange things...THIS IS NOT FAIR, YOU DONT SEE WHO IS RIGHT OR WRONG...I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WIHT YOUR SITE...I AM SO REGRET...I REMEMBER HOW YOU USED TO SUPPORT WHEN YOU HAD LESS MEMBER, IT WAS VERY POWERFULL AND NICE, BUT NOW, BECAUSE YOU HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS, YOU DONT CARE, YOU SHAKE PEOPLE WHERE EVER YOU WANTED...I NOT ONLY LOST MY MONEY, YOU ALSO KNOW SOME ONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT...I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH REAL IT WAS BUT I HAD THE SCREEN PIRCTURE, I SEND YOU...ONE OTHER THING IS, WHERE IS SECURITY ON YOUR SITE ? Freelancer.com be aware of freelancer they stole money

Dear all Freelancers,

Please be ware about www.freelancer.com website I am the another one cheated by www.freelancer.com ... August 1st I have done one project successfully and milestone created successfully and client paid and left feedback, and I requested to release the payment (the project cost $1900) ... after 3 days I check login and check the freelancer account the money still not received status no withdrawal options and it was cancelled and I sent email to freelancer ### support team - there is no use and I finally received email that the employer not verified so your payment revised and they closed the project and make it nothing ! WHAT A FRAUD THEY ARE ? and I did all my work according to freelancer advice and emails ( attached all the screen shots ) - What is the solution for this ? I am ready to come anywhere - I need my Money and I need justice and again no one face this kind of situation.
