I was cheated by the scammer.
I am totally new to freelancer.com.
and i accepted the typing job without checking the employer background.
I already deposit 30 dollar to their Perfect Money account and finished work on time.
but I did not get paid.

Here is their cheated format.
You will deposit the security which is one time payment to start working with us which will be refundable back to you on successfully completion of first lot. If the Typist did not achieve 50% of accuracy or did not submit first lot, he/she will be given one more chance.we are running publishing house based in Russia.You will receive the receipt with registration number of ours Publishing House.Refundable security is just for the assurance that you take the work seriously and submit the work always on time whenever the work has been allotted to you as work will be on regular basis, if you want to take break anytime in between, you can take or you can leave in between, there will be no restriction from ours side.This condition has been put up from the client side as Our client is a reputed client based in U.S.A.Phone or chat support will be provided after joining.

I also got scammed with freelancer account yananastasia9327@gmail.com they made me pay 30$but didn't respond after payment. Freelancer should take a strict action against it we are getting scammed from their website and they are not taking any action atleast help us get our 30$.

I was unfortunately scammed, too!
I paid $30 and did the job on time, I was too stupid to trust these guys. I was texting with Im new to Freelancer.com and was scammed to do this data entry job. I saw another complaint on the website and abciously the sceme keeps on working and nobody is doing anything to stop these people!
They contacted me on email, saying I need to pay $30 to receive the pdf pages that have to be typed in notes. I was stupid to send the deposit on PayPal. They texted me on from the email: allarodion832@gmail.com
But they operate too with :

which is now of course closed, but they operate with different accounts and emails.
i paid also from four days, i told him i can pay 25$only, i paid via paypal he send me messages about work and when i finished this work he don't reply me! Am really sad because it take much efforts from me and take my money, scammer indian person [censored] india

Freelancer.com seems like you do not check validity of announcements. Those scammers register with fake IDs and post this announcements. You already have the text for the announcement, and this text is available in your website. You can just find this text and ban the person who makes it each time it is posted.
It looks like this site is not reliable at all, as there are many people losing money due to site's incompetency to protect its users.
You should not pay any amount if you are applying for a job. If an employer asks you for a certain amount, that is 100% SCAM!

Hello Naresh. Such offers are usually the work of a scammer. Employers at Freelancer.com should never ask you to pay in order to get a job. If you met them at our website, please provide us with their username.

I got this job, too, but luckily I went to google a little bit about this, It sounded strange to give the card number, CVV, ... Thank you for solving my doubts.
