Freelancer.com review: My account suddenly closed without notification and with $240 in it!

I was requesting for a withdrawal the sum of $240 and it was going to be processed at 12-13 oct 2023, but today 13oct suddenly my account got closed without any email or notification whatsoever.

I emailed [protected]@freelancer.com and the reply was:

"Upon checking, your withdrawal has been cancelled as your account was closed due to violating the Freelancer website in accordance with the Freelancer User Agreement found here at: https://www.freelancer.com.au/about/terms.

Please take note that you accepted our Terms and Conditions when you signed up as a user on the Freelancer website. It has come to our attention that you have participated in activities that may harm the business operation or reputation of Freelancer resulting your account to be closed."

what is this? what activities that I have participated in? please help me, this is a hard earned money that I earned honestly, 240 usd is worth 3 month of living expenses for me, please please.. if you dont want me on your site, then fine, but please released the money to me... dont rob me like that... please. this is my livelihood, my only way to earn money, I got nothing else, please dont take the money away from me...
