Freelancer.com review: They don't accept verification, I'm afraid to lose my account and the money I sent

I created an ad "Completely rewrite the site from php to REACT.JS" to which a wonderful expert in his field responded. He has been working and still working on the project for 23 days now. I recently sent him half of the money for the first part of the work he had to do. After a couple of days it turned out that he can not withdraw his honestly earned funds, because my account is not verified (and the Freelancer account is verified).

I hastily applied for verification, put my real name in my profile and set my real photo to my profile avatar.

Submitted the verification documents, took selfies with the document and verification code, but it was not accepted.

Also, I am a student, I have no personal housing and I am a citizen of another country (Kazakhstan). I do not pay taxes (because I am a student) and do not pay utilities (my parents, who own the apartment, do).

I sent a statement from my card in English, where you can see my Kazakhstan card details from which the payment was made to freelancer.com, but this statement was not accepted, because it does not indicate my residence address. In Kazakhstan it is impossible to get a residence address in the form of a document ANYWHERE. This opportunity was canceled long ago, as it is not in demand in our country. I have attached screenshots from the official site of my country, where my residence address is indicated, on the other confirm simply impossible. Please take into account the laws and possibilities for each country, not for certain categories of countries.

I am afraid that my account will simply block, freelancer who honestly earned funds - and will not be able to withdraw their money, and besides I have a deposit of another $ 200, which are not yet released for freelancer. The application for verification is considered VERY long! I'm going to get depressed if the events are sad... Please look into this and help me, very please!
