Put a 5 year warranty on my Fridgedaire LFHB27551TF, fridge stopped cooling called for service on 08/14/23 first visit 08/18/23. Tech said fan was bad and ordered fan. Returned on 08/21 replaced fan in the morning said it should be cooling by the time I got home from work. Got home at 5 pm fridge not cooling, called Electrolux and scheduled another appointment for 08/25/23. Got a message around 12 noon that my appointment was cancelled. Called Electrolux and they said the service provider needed warranty confirmation? Reschedule for 08/28/[protected], no one showed up, called the provider and they said they got an open request with no date, I had to reschedule for tomorrow in the afternoon. Mind you I’m going on 3 weeks with a useless fridge and have made numerous calls to the extended warranty company with no results. Can’t talk to a supervisor and all I have gotten is stress. I can get a new fridge faster than these people can even try to help me. I deserve my money back and or the price I paid for the Fridge. It is only 3 years old and it is not cooling at all.
Desired outcome: Return the cost of my fridge and have the warranty company refund my contract price.
