Hello, I purchased the Frigidaire refrigerator along with the whole sets of kitchen appliance in tasco brampton half year ago. the model number is FPB C2277RF, the SN is 4A65006866. you can easily check when i called for the service since my refrigerator did not work properly, and till now, over 1 month, it still doesn't work. can you guys image that in summer, whole family lived without refrigerator. if you were us, what do you rate frigidaire's service?0 or minus?
when i called the customer service yesterday, i promise it will be my last call. i asked except continuously sent the service guy every 2wks to my house and always left the useless refrigerator, do you guys have option B or C?can you just simply change the whole refrigerator or just return the money back to me and take that garbage away? she told me i have to give the chance to the technician guys, let them fix it for me.Thanks god, am i a god? how come i live without refrigerator over a month and i have to give the chance to these guys again and again?
If frigidaire still care about the customer, call me back and give me a workable solution.
dishwasher
Hello,
My name is Jeanna Tenuta. I am emailing because I have a severe concern/issue. Yesterday (8/7/17) my husband discovered that ceiling tiles in our basement were soaking wet and had fallen out due to a leak. At the time we were unsure where it was coming from. We had a plumber come on an emergency call. In his discovery he found out that out Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher from Best Buy was the problem. I called best buy immediatley to utilize our extended warranty, I found out then it had expired 1 month prior. The customer service rep offered no help.
After no help I had no choice but to continue in with the plumber once he got into the dishwasher he discovered a hole in the bottom of the dishwasher. The heating coil/ring was only clamp had fallen and melted through the dishwasher. This issue caused damage to my floor, my ceiling, and had to make me purchase a new dishwasher that was only installed in May 2016.
I am disappointed with the quality of the dishwasher. It has cost me time, stress, and over $1000 to rectify this situation.
If more information is needed on this please feel free to contact me, [protected] or email any time.
Best Regards,
Jeanna Tenuta

I purchased this refrigerator from Sears last year, along with the matching dishwasher, oven and over the range microwave. Imagine my disgust when I opened my refrigerator this morning to find about a 7 inch crack on the inside skin, along the seam of the fridges left hand side panel.
Definitely faulty. I purchased this from Sears last year. Please review as I am highly not in a position to fork out another thousand for a fridge. I have receipts for all purchased and a picture of the crack I am happy to email to you.
Please respond back as soon as possible.
air conditioner replacement
Hello,
First of all it is important to mention that my entire family is a 20 minute drive away from Fort Wayne, Indiana, where Frigidaire was founded. My grandfather used Frigidaire, father, mother, uncles, aunts, cousins, everyone, all of us use Frigidaire. We have given this company dozens of thousands of dollars at this point.
Nearly 3 months ago I began the replacement process for my air conditioner. The product was not shipped initially, then it was damaged upon arrival, and then proceeded to take another month to arrive. I called over and over throughout this whole time, with no notifications or voluntary calls from Frigidaire informing me of what was going on. Whenever there was a problem I found out by calling and making them figure it out.
Now, it's also important to mention I've had surgery and cannot lift anything. I paid the hardware store dealing with the return to install the air conditioner. They showed me the box, said here's the 10, 000 BTU and I said great. All 10, 000 BTU air conditioners on the site had the clean air function button and so I did not think twice about it.
After the air conditioner was installed, I now notice there is no clean air button. I did not think this was even an option and after nearly 3 months of waiting for the air conditioner I was eager to get it in and working as I've been recovering from major surgery in intense heat because of Frigidaire's delay. I would have never had it installed if I had noticed the clean air button missing from the get go.
Now upon calling Frigidaire to get the right product shipped to me, I am being told that since the product is delivered and installed there is no way I am able to receive the correct product that I originally had.
This is unbearably frustrating, I cannot believe how horrifying this customer service experience has been. I will be relaying all of this to me family members, friends, coworkers, and anyone else I can find to tell them not to purchase anything Electrolux or Frigidaire again. I come from a family built on brand loyalty, the kind of families big companies like yours rely on. I have a big say in the family, and I can't believe this has caused me enough frustration to literally want to obliterate this company!
I am still in shock that I have been treated this way, and am absolutely expecting a response to this message from someone who can fix it.
All the best,
Austin
frigidaire gallery refrigerator - model # lgub2642-lf2
We contacted Frigidaire at the [protected] number regarding issues associated with item listed above. Company response, so far has been absolutely unsatisfactory and I have asked for a company decision-maker to call me. After much ado, I was told I would be contacted within 1-2 business days by Bracy. I was reluctantly told that his title his "Executive Manager". I believe that Frigidaire is aware that this particular model has a track record of issues associated with poor design and chooses to not do the right thing, but rather make the customer feel that they are doing us a favor of offering 20% off parts. First of all, the motherboard for the ice-maker and the water valve are at issue. These items have been replaced twice in the last two years at a cost of over $500.00 apiece for a total of Over $1, 000 in repairs. The last repair was done in June, 2016 by a qualified company, Chambers in Bloomington, IL. In early July, 2017, the icemaker quit working again, and the July 27 $80.00 service call, resulted in the same outcome. The motherboard for the icemaker and the water valve are broken again and the cost for repair will be over $500.00. If we repair, the total cost of repair of the appliance will be around $1, 500.00. This is totally unsatisfactory and as customers, we expect this issue to be put in front of a company official who is willing to do the right thing. It is obvious that dumping further hard-earned resources into repairing this poorly designed appliance is not good economics and it seems that Frigidaire should be willing to stand behind their products, rather than spout "party-line" policy...particularly when it is widely known in your company that this model and serial number have serious design issues. My husband and I would like to be contacted by a company official and/or be given the name and contact information of your CEO and/or board members. We plan to take this issue as far up the line as possible in order to get the ear of a reasonable individual and solve this problem to our satisfaction. As I pointed out needlessly to two other people (Kinisha and Takera), they could care less that the best form of advertising is word of mouth. I look forward to hearing from you.

refrigerator
We bought our Frigidaire refrigerator in August of 2015 along with the gallery of appliances from Loews. From the first week the refrigerator has made a whining, growling noise. Several technicians from different companies have not been able to fix the problem. I spoke with Paul from Mr Appliance located IN ISELIN, NEW JERSEY. Paul stated that it was the compressor and that Mr Appliance does not have a technician qualified to fix the compressor because it is a sealed unit. Paul made this diagnosis without even seeing the unit or sending a technician to my home. Pure nonsense. I have had two cancellations from a company called A S A P located on Staten Island the person I spoke with was GIGI. Top Digital sent a technician out who determined that it was the ice maker. He stated that he made an adjustment and that the problem was solved. NOT SO. We still have the problem. My warranty was about to run out so I extended it to next year. I am determined to get this problem fixed and will continue to call Frigidaire until this issue is resolved.
ice maker not making ice and almost out of warranty.
When I moved in September 2016 to this home, I purchased all my major appliances from Lowes. I have had nothing but problems from my Frigidaire refrigerator model FFHB2740PEBA, Serial #4A62618319. I am sure you can look up the records to see how many times a repair man has been here. I replaced a real old Frigidaire that had seen its days but had a boat load of ice all the time!
So, I am now waiting for the repair person to come on Tuesday. But, I also found out that the repair man that had been coming out is no longer a warranty repair station for you! So I have to start over with some new guy?
I am so fustrated with your company. I always had high regards for the Frigidaire and Electrolux company. Not now. Please help me replace this POS!
frigidaire gallery
We have owned our fridge for 5 months and the freezer and icemaker both went out. Everything was replaced on the freezer except the condensor. There were holes drilled into the back and the freon (not sure if that's the correct name for it) line is on the outside of the unit now and frosts up like a deep freezer and then melts off onto our floor so our baseboards will rot now. the 1st person my husband spoke with (on a recorded line) said that the technical dept could be overridden and a replacement could be sent out. After the technician left and our ice maker suddenly stopped working he called and the 2nd person said that a replacement couldn't be reviewed and then put him on hold and then disconnected the line! The third person my husband spkoe with immediatly sent in for a replacement review without any prompting from my husband. Now apparently a technician is being dispatched for "cool and controls" which I don't understand. So now we have a 5 month old fridge that has holes drilled into it, lines that should be inside the machine on the outside and a broken ice maker. A company as large as this should be able to send a replacement fridge out considering how long we haven't had it and that the product has now been altered through questionable "repairs". We have our receipt of our purchase through Lowe's and it has been registered. [protected]@yahoo.com
air conditioner

immediate action requested: electric range with induction cooktop failure
Dear Mr. Samuelson, CEO,
I write to report a premature failure of a Frigidaire product and to ask that Frigidaire either pay for replacement parts and service or replace it with a new one. The product is an electric range with induction cooktop (model #: FPIF3093LFB).
We purchased this range in April of 2013 from Airport Appliance in Redwood City with a three year warranty. After delays in our construction project, the range was installed a year later and put into use in May, 2014 when we occupied our building. On Saturday, June, 8th the unit made a loud boom while operating and the cook top failed. On Tuesday a repairman informed us that they will charge $[protected] for service and parts (main control board, control assembly, and touchpad).
While we realize that we have no legal claim on your company, we purchased this range after a lifetime of prior satisfaction with Frigidaire products and we think this particular range may be a "lemon." Before abandoning our loyalty to Frigidaire we want to offer you opportunity to stand behind your product and bear the costs of repairing or replacing it.
Our home is a very unusual one. It is owned by Magic, an internationally recognized public service organization. Magic sponsors a science-based service-learning community which occupies the home and operates Magic's service programs. In connection with these we serve over 2000 guest meals per year to people from around the nation and the world.
The building has been featured in newspaper articles, conferences, and numerous green building tours. It's scheduled to be showcased in upcoming tours for a California and a national conference in October and November. Dr. Wolfgang Feist, founder of the International PassivHaus Institute and advisor to the EU on building energy efficiency standards traveled to California to host a dinner for architects, contractors, and interior designers with which we inaugurated the building.
We hope you can understand the urgency of our request. We are now using a stove in a neighboring home to prepare meals for our community and its many guests. We will be very grateful for a response at your very earliest convenience. We've given glowing reviews of the range to our many visitors and guests over the past three years, and we look forward to being able to continue to express our satisfaction to those who visit in years to come. Thank you very much for considering our request. We look forward to hearing from you.
With appreciation,
Hilary
gallery dishwasher
In July of 2013, I purchased a Gallery dishwasher. By May of 2017 it no longer would work. It didn't last 4 years. Other products that I've purchased from other companies in my lifetime, not Frigidaire, have lasted much, much longer without one single problem. Never again will I ever buy another Frigidaire product.
If you are willing to come and repair the unit for free, fine. But I will be needing to purchase a new dishwasher.
Thank you

over the stove microwave
Purchased a microwave last August. It keeps throwing the circuit breaker. Paid 100 to electrician to tell us it is the microwave. Repair man has been out 3 times. Frigidaire warranty department has given us the run around. Bear General Repair in Phoenix Arizona also incompetent. Now Frigidaire warranty department tells us that is is our fault because we have been opening the door wrong - which is total BS. The microwave has been sitting on our countertop - the repair guy left and didn't even put it back. It doesn't work - as been three weeks and still nothing. Now the 1 year warranty is up August 16. We have made COUNTLESS calls to the repair company and the warranty department. Unfortunately we didn't do our homework and didn't knkow about the less than poor reputation that Frigidaire/Electrolux has and recently purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator. I have a feeling that was a HUGE mistake as well.
fridgedaire dishwasher model #ffid2421qs2a
I purchased this dishwasher in November of 2015. In May of 2016 we had an intermittent noise. Fridgedaire sent out a technician and was unable to find the problem since the noise was intermittent.
We still had the noise but it was intermittent. Over the last two months the noise has gotten louder and is now constant with every use.
We have always purchased Fridgedaire appliances because of reliability and customer service. But this time we were let down. I called Fridgedaire on 7-6-2017 and spoke with Tiffany Plummer and she said there is nothing Fridgedaire can do except sell me a warranty. I haven't even had this dishwasher for 2 years.
I will never purchase another Fridgedaire appliance ever again. I reported a problem with this item under warranty and it was never fixed. The technician told me not to worry if it ever acts up again because he came out under warranty and it will be addressed when it re-occurs. Terrible service and terrible product.
fffs5115pa & ffsg115pa silver
Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased the above models in February from Appliance Drive, Mount Vernon NY 10550. The washer and dryer were delivered separately as the dryer took weeks to source. When the units are side by side they are a different color of silver. Appliance Driven ordered new front panels and tried switching the panels out to get a color match but this was unsuccessful. At my request Appliance Driven corresponded with their Frigidaire representative asking for a rebate as I paid full price for machines that do not match and sit in my kitchen for all to see. After weeks and weeks of apparent negotiation, I was credited $150 to my credit card. I appreciate the effort of Appliance Driven with the panels and asking for a rebate but they are not the manufacturer and certainly didn't request different colored machines! I am also confident that Frigidaire did not want me to have two different silver colors side by side and to pay full price for them. The most desirable resolution for me would be that Frigidaire supply me with the same models I paid for that are the same color and that they take back this mismatched pair. I am hopeful and confident that Frigidaire wants to make this right for me and look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you & regards

frigidaire dishwasher: 2 years old
My fiancé and I purchased all frigidaire products when we moved into our house 2 years ago. Our dishwasher was purchased brand new. A few days ago, we noticed the lights for the buttons were on, but not working. We would press any button and it would not change the setting, start a cycle, etc. So I called an appliance repairman to come and assess the dishwasher. He told us that it appears to be an electronic control module issue, but there was no way for him to know 100%, he would just need to fix them and hope the new parts corrected the problem. I asked how this could happen on such a new dishwasher, and he said that it can be a defective panel, moisture issue, etc. But nothing he listed was anything that WE could have done to it to damage it. I called frigidaire to express my frustration, as this is a NEW dishwasher and should still have many good years ahead of it. They stated there is nothing they can do to assist us as we do not have extended warranty. I understand that we do not have extended warranty but the problem is that we bought a very expensive model because we wanted the best, we couldn't imagine it would have a failure (fault of the MANUFACTURER!) within two years of its life!? And we do not use it much, maybe 2 times a week. I am so frustrated and upset, because to fix it, it will cost us almost as much as the dishwasher costed brand new! Frigidaire was not sympathetic, was unable to connect me to a manager/supervisor or complaint line, and was not willing to work with me. I tried explaining every appliance I own is frigidaire and that if they aren't willing to assist with this issue then I refuse to purchase another frigidaire in my lifetime. It is just really poor customer service, and shows they really don't care about their customer retention. I am not asking for them to fix it entirely, but to help us as this is a huge cost and shouldn't have happened, whether we bought extended warranty or not. I even suggested them giving a rebate to lessen the cost of us purchasing a new model, which they shut down. I just felt very unheard and unappreciated as a customer. I also did not appreciate that they have no complaint/concern line to call or anyone to talk to about these issues.
I understand how warranty works, and I understand that we could have purchased it and potentially avoided this problem (although, they probably would find a way to wiggle out of that one anyways) but is it so far fetched to assume that a costly, large appliance should last you more than two years?!? It is an expensive piece of equipment and you would think frigidaire would have some honour and pride in their production! It is, unfortunately, a poor quality appliance. And they do not care whatsoever. It is a mechanical failure of the appliance, and a service failure in regards to frigidaire.
refrigerator
I purchased a Frigidaire appliance package about 5 years ago. I am so sorry I did not buy another brand. I have had nothing but grief. The inside of the dishwasher needed to have the bottom racks replaced, at my expense. Now, my refrigerator needs the crisper bins replaced. The drawers are cracked AND underneath the refrigerator it leaks AND has ruined my laminate flooring AND sometimes it makes ice and sometimes it doesn't. The microwave needed to be repaired shortly after we purchased it. Something to do with the instrument panel. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. As for the stove, I have my fingers crossed, because it works fine. My neighbor is having her kitchen remodeled and asked me what thought about Frigidaire products. My advice to her was DON'T buy ANY Frigidaire products.
update re maintenance agreement and door handle
Just wanted to let you know that the terrible service I received from your company regarding my broken refrigerator door handle (Covered by your inaptly named and useless maintenance agreement) — which occurred around ten years ago is still a story I share with people.
I share this story as often as possible - and advise them not to purchase anything from either company.
(My parents had many frigidaire and electrolux products in the 1950's and 190's when they were both more reputable and produced better products.)
I will be sharing my story going forward - it is especially interesting to tell if at professional meetings of 40-220 people.

Our complaint is multi fold :
1) We ordered 2 Frigidaire Professional Fridges (FPRU19F8RF) and a Trim Kit (TRIMKITEZ2) to pair them. No one pointed out to us that two fridges cannot be paired with a kit. Currently, we cannot use the trim kit and the fridges look silly side by side.
2) It seems short-sighted and limiting that the neither the Frigidaire Professional Fridge nor Freezer can be ordered with the option for left or with right hinges.
3) To achieve the a butterfly pairing of our 2 fridges and trim kit, we suggested to switch out the left side fridge door with a left hinge freezer door (FPUH19D7LF) . We were told this was impossible because the screw mounts on the boxes were incompatible. However, we have the fridges and can see that there are mounting holes on BOTH sides of the fridge box, top and bottom. It is not clear to us why the freezer door would not work to solve our problem.
4) Lastly, one fridge came with a crooked "Frigidaire" label. This is the door that we would love to replace with a freezer door!
dishwasher
On July 1st, 2013, I purchased a dishwasher. On December 2014, my dishwasher started to leak. Also, On June 2017, my dishwasher had a second leak. I feel my dishwasher is defective. I have only own my dishwasher for less then 4 years. I should not be having these major problems. I purchased my dishwasher very new. I have called the company the first time in December 2014 and the second time June 2017.
electrolux dishwasher
Dishwasher purchased in August of 2016. Been out of service over 7 weeks now. Third mother board, spray arm still misaligned, and now they say I need a new circulation pump. Another 7 to 10 days with no dishwasher. Every time I call Electrolux they say that they will not replace they will only repair no matter how much money they put into it. They refuse to offer me a free extended warranty.
This is so frustrating, who di I go to for help. They refuse to allow me to talk to a manager.
