Frigidaire review: Frigidaire gallery refrigerator model #fghd2368td

Purchased in October of 2021. It’s just two years old and has never worked correctly. In fact, this is a replacement because the first one delivered had lots of problems. They replaced it, but the problems still exist. We had a serviceman replace 5 or 6 different parts, slightly better because the fan is working now, but still the same problems.

It is very loud and has an occasional very loud bang or pop sound that comes at anytime of the night or day. I don’t mean the ice maker sounds, these are sounds no refrigerator should be making.

Working by phone with customer service is horrible and extremely time consuming.

This refrigerator compartment constantly freezes food in different areas of the compartment, including the vegetable drawers. I’ve raised the temperature, waited over 24 hours and still there are problems. I’ve tried and tried. I have 5 temperature gauges inside in different areas of the compartment.

I don’t know what else to do. I am stuck with a very expensive lemon of a refrigerator.
