We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator on July 8th 2023. It was delivered on july 17th. It stopped getting cold 3 weeks later. My husband called on the 14th of Aug to tell them and they said they were going to call someone out to look/fix it on the 18th of August. We got a call on the 17th confirming my appointment for the 18th. I got a call on the morning of the 18th canceling my appointment. Changed it to Saturday the 19th. Got a call Saturday the 19th confirming my appointment. They would be out between 10:00 and 12:00. They never showed up! My husband called Frigidaire again on the 21st letting them know there was a no show. They rescheduled an appointment again for the 23rd. Again there was a no show! My husband has been on the phone with Frigidaire every single day. Getting absolutely nowhere! We are now 3 weeks into having a non-working refrigerator! We have no food and we lost hundreds of dollars worth of food when the refrigerator died! We have a 3-year warranty. We are getting nowhere with this company and if we don't get anywhere within the next day or two we will be taking them to small claims court! If you can help in any way I would be grateful!
