I have called several times to complain and advise your company that this item has a defect that the equipment has. The glass pane on the front door of the stove exploded for no reason whatsoever. The oven had not been used, was not in use, and this happened when everyone was in bed asleep. The explosion was loud enough to wake me up and i thought someone was shooting up my neighborhood. Repeated calls to Frigidaire customer service representatives resulted in two things 1) to aggravate me because I was communicating in English and I don't know what language they were speaking in but I could not understand what they were saying or if they even understood what I was telling them. Their response to me was that it was not their fault that the stove was broken, I must have left the oven on. The oven was not used at all on the day of the incident, and i have photos of the damages done to the stove from the explosion. I am unhappy with your product and definitely unhappy with the customer service I have received. Going forward I will let anyone that will listen know of the quality and response that has been received to date. This oven is not even two years old and had this happened while my grandson was awake he could have been injured.
