We purchased a new home in March 2023. The range was included in the cost. We arrived in our new home in May of 2023. We used the oven an several occasions. Then in June the oven quit working. I called Frigidaire on 6-26-23 as it under warranty. They gave me a Wo# and said Mr. Appliance would be out on 6-28-23. The morning of 6-28-23 I called Mr. Appliance to get a time frame as to when they would be out. They said they had no appointment for me and could not work on Frigidaire appliances as it would void the warranty. So I again called Frigidaire who scheduled another appointment with Household Central. I talked to them directly to make sure I had an appointment. This appointment was for 7-6-23. The service tech came out said it needs a new part which they ordered and he returned on 7-24-23 installing the new part. We go back and forth from our home in Sylvania to our home in Michigan on a lake. So we had not used the oven right away. It did work 2 times. The third time we tried to use it - it did not work again. I called Frigidaire on 9-6-23 and was told Household Center would be out friday 9-8-23. Household Center called me right away that day and said she needed a bill of sale in order from them to come out now. It is a requirement from Frigidaire now. I emailed it the same day. Today Friday 9-8-23 Household Central calls to schedule an appointment for them to come out. I said I have an appointment for today. They did not have me on their schedule and cannot come out until 9-13-23. Something is very wrong with this story and I do not know what to do. I scheduled for the 13th but and very unhappy with the whole situation. Who can help me with this problem.
