Frontier Airlines Racism, kicked off flight

I have never personally experienced blatant racism as I did yesterday on the 5' o'clock Frontier Airlines flight from New Orleans to PHL. A white women and her daughter decided to use racial slurs and then tell the only male flight attendant that he was going to have a terrible flight because of the "black ones" coming on the flight. He then proceeds to tell them, "he'll handle us." This led to him threatening to remove us from the flight because we were being "aggressive and confrontational." Whole time the white women is yelling at us and starting the confrontation and he claims "he doesn't hear them." He then proceeds to lie to the captain and other flight staff saying that he felt "unsafe" with us on the flight because we were "aggressive." This then led to about 10 police officers being called on the plane to remove us. He finally was able to kick our black family of 8, three of which was a baby and small children off the plane and stranded in New Orleans while the white women cried as if she was the victim and was allowed to stay on the flight because "he didn't feel like they were a threat." #frontierairlines #RacismStillExists

Frontier Airlines Awful customer service

My fiance and I just arrived at the airport. I stepped aside to ask Mary at the check-in counter a question. " Excuse me mam"? Her reply is "WHAT"? I ask my question and she rudely replies " Go back and wait in line like every else"! I say " I'm sorry what was your name "? She replies " Why"? I reply because I need to know who to report to the supervisor. She would not provide me with her last name. But I must say me and my fiance are both military veterans. We have both flown on alot of flights in our collective 14 year career and have never met someone so rude and hateful. I don't recommend flying out of Cincinnati airport if Mary is on shift that day. I would love a response in any way from Frontier but my first experience with them I do not have high hopes.

Desired outcome: Retraining of the employee and assurance that my next flight if ever will be more pleasant.

Frontier Airlines Denied rights as citizens of another country. Discrimination against latinos

Discrimination by frontier. Lost our vacation/quincenera. 6/5/21 phl to cun. Trip was for 15th birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime. Argentina and us passports. The frontier counter agents thought argentina was part of mexico. They insisted that we needed a visa or greencard to go to mexico, mistaken. They turned us away and called the police! Also refused to give us ids. We lost everything due to discrimination. Our rights were grossly violated and we've suffered a terrible financial loss.

Frontier Airlines Baggage delay

CONFIRMATION CODE: NBMEVG SILVERMAN (ALAN & SALLY)

Arrived on flight 1743 early afternoon Saturday 05/08...and there was no luggage. A man from RSW baggage dept was there and asked how many did not get their luggage. I would guess it was at lest 25. He told us to follow him up to the ticket counter to fill out a form showing where were staying. I was under the impression that this also served as a claim for delayed luggage well within the 4 hour deadline. Called RSW baggage dept many times Saturday and then Sunday but only got voice mail and left many messages ...but no one returned call so had not idea when bags were to come.

Finally received bags about 10:30PM Sunday night...so lost about 2 days of a 7 day vacation waiting for luggage. Did not want to go anywhere and have luggage delivered and sit in outside my door when I was not there. I did purchase $74.65 of essential items. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect reimbursement for the baggage fee and essentials.

Frontier Airlines My complaint is about: poor customer service

At approximately 6:11 pm P/T, I attempted to make a reservation and received this employee who could not get any of the information I gave her correct. She constantly stated, "I'm trying to do my job." However, she was ineffective and ill prepared even when I slowly gave her the departure and arrival sites names. Over and over she directed me to some Island when I clearly stated Raleigh, NC. Finally I asked to speak to supervisor, which she never acknowledged the request. I don't know her name but the records can verify.
The departure was from Las Vegas to Raleigh, NC on 8/06/21.

I called again and was lucky enough to get John who handled the reservation.

Frontier Airlines Requested credit for a flight that frontier changed... Disaster

My husband and I booked two flights to get to Cancun on 5/8. We were to fly Phx to Denver and then Denver to Cancun with a 1.5 hr layover in Denver. We were a little worried about making the second connection in case the flight left late, etc. but thought it would be alright.

After getting an email from Frontier, I realized that they changed the departure time out of Phoenix by one hour only giving us 30 minutes in Denver to make sure that our bags got on the second flight and get ourselves on the flight. Without having any idea of what gate or concourse we would be landing in, we knew it was not feasible so I called Frontier and requested a refund for both flights.

After a very long and frustrating conversation with a representative, I was told that only a credit for future travel would be allowed and not a credit back to our card. I told them that was extremely unfair as they made the change that was causing us to cancel and they said basically 'too bad, it's our policy not to give money back'.

I received an email regarding the credit for future travel and found that we were only credited for the Phoenix to Denver flight and nothing for the Denver to Cancun flight. I'm beyond frustrated as this is so totally wrong on their part.

Our confirmation # is PHBM8R

We were issued a $249.74 credit for flights that cost us $678.

Desired outcome: Full credit of $678

Frontier Airlines Unable to obtain refunds

Booked 8 different flights in 2021. All except one has been cancelled by the airline. Then re-booked, but those in turn were also all cancelled. Opting to not get refunds instead of re-booking, but they will not allow, since I opted to re-book. Even went to my local airport to try and resolve in person, but they were unable to help. Phones #'s they provided were not valid either.

Frontier Airlines Flight bait and switch

I was booking a flight online round trip through the discount den. I had made my seat selections, purchased the bundle of perks, entered all my credit card information and when I clicked purchase and accept I received an error message that price was sold out and I had to start over. The price then jumped $125.
Clearly a bait and switch.

I called and spoke to a representative, asked to speak to a supervisor and the line was disconnected.

I called back and they said their fares change all the time and they could not help me.

Frontier Airlines Refund policy

My Son and I booked a flight on Frontier for his hockey tournament. A few days prior to leaving my son and his teammates were exposed to Covid. and placed in a mandatory day quarantine, the also tested 5 days later. Our team withdrew from the tournament we canceled our flights. Frontier would not issue even a 50% credit. Other airlines issued full vouchers to use on a future date. As a small business owner, frontiers policy is laughable. They could of issued a credit for a future date and we would have continued to be Frontier customers. Good to know how much Frontier values its customers! Below is the response I received from Frontier. Other members on our team booked with American, United, and Spirit. All received full vouchers for future travel dates. In fact, for this trip we booked each way on a different airline and received a full credit from the other airline. NEVER FLY FRONTIER!

I am sorry to hear that you and your party were unable to travel as planned.

Upon review, I must inform you that we are not able to honor your request for a refund. The Economy fare purchased is non-refundable.

The itinerary has been cancelled as requested and a $119 cancellation fee for each passenger has been deducted. The remaining credit in the amount of $53.20 was stored under the existing reservation for future use. Fare difference will apply at time of rebooking. The remaining credit on the reservation is valid for 90 days from date of cancellation. Travel must be rebooked by that date, but may be scheduled beyond that date to any destination serviced by Frontier Airlines.

To redeem your credit:

-Go to www.FlyFrontier.com
-Create a new reservation
-On the payment screen
-Click on the box that says "HAVE A FRONTIER CREDIT?

Frontier Airlines Cancelled flight refund due to covid

Flight was cancelled due to covid in March 2020, they issued me a voucher worth $483.00 which had to be used within 90 Days. Due to CoVid we had no travel plans. I emailed customer service asking for a refund which they refused. They reissued my voucher via email but did not explain the new voucher needed to be used within 48 hours. After a month and finally finding travel to fit our schedule, I go to book a flight and was told my voucher is not valid now it needed to be used within 48 hours.

Frontier Airlines Canceled my flight and wont refund my money

I had a non-stop booked from Atlanta to Salt Lake City. They canceled Atlanta to SLC non-stops and put me on a 15 hr connecting flight arriving 11 hours after my original time. First they lied by calling it a schedule change and then to add insult to injury they said since the replacement flight did not go into the next day (it arrived at 11:59 PM!) that it was a same-day schedule change. They then offered me a 90 day credit if I canceled. This company will not give you your money back for any reason. Once you pay you are stuck if there is any issue. Their flights appear cheaper but when you add all the extra charges and the hassles, it is so not worth it!

Frontier Airlines Refund for cancelled flights

I have emailed my receipts for another airline to get to Denver as promised for my canceled Cincinnati to Denver connection and am still getting the run around for the refunds. Donald and Victoria morwland 7/4/2020 flight cancelled. Please contact me for this matter to be resolved. Was told to reapply for the refund and denied to speak with a US representative who spoke better English! Original reservation: rbgchg.

Frontier Airlines No flight — no refund

Five friends and I booked round trip flights from Cincinnati to Las Vegas for our annual March Madness trip. The trip was cancelled due to COVID19 since Vegas was shut down. We had 90 days to rebook the flights. We decided to rebook the trip for October 5-10th. We received multiple emails daily from Frontier on cheap flights. The emails also stated that we had until 6/12/20 to book flights. We tried for weeks to book flights and used confirmation numbers and were always kicked out. We made several phone calls but every number we dialed it was either fast busy or the number was no longer in service. We went to the airport (which is a 40 minute drive) on 6/12/20 with paperwork to show it expired on 6/12/20. The reservationist tried for 1 hour to book the flights with no success. She called home office and got voice mail so she left a message. Someone finally called her back and said because it was the 12th, the offer had expired @11:59 on the 11th. Showing that it expiredon the 12th, we figured we had through the 12th to book the flights. It's not our fault they have had layoffs and 1 reservationist at an airport the size of CVG and no employee's to answer the phones. 0 Stars. We have been making this annual trip for March Madness for the last 20+ years. For the last several years, we have flown Frontier. Needless to say, being out $370.00, my friends and I will be booking with a different airline.

Frontier Airlines Airline tickets

We bought Six (6) tickets from Frontier Airlines that we had to cancel due to Covid19. When we were trying to reschedule the tickets Frontier was not offering the flights for the dates we needed and then the gentleman made me aware that we only had until June 23, 2020 to rebook using the Airline Credit. I advised him that we wanted a refund so we could use the money with carrier that provided tickets for the travel times we currently have. He refused and refused to further escalate and hung up on me. His name is Edward ID 3322764

Were you able to resolve this? If so, how did you go about it? I am having similar issues and they are refusing to refund or reissue the credit that apparently has expired. I am LIVID.

Frontier Airlines No refund from cancelled flight.

Frontier promised to give me a voucher for $50 along with a credit for a flight I had to cancel due to covid-19. After creating an account to accept it, I thought everything would be ok. I learned my account was deleted. Then I received an email saying to accept 60, 000 miles in order to prolong the amount of time I can travel. I had to create a second account in order to do so. I was told the miles would be posted may 20. It's may 25 and I noticed I received no notification they were posted so I decided to log in. Low and behold I no longer have an account!

Frontier Airlines Being overcharged for flight and carry on

I left on March 10th flying out of Atlanta to Raeghl my charge was 173.80 for round trip and encluded carry on charges however coming back I was told ever was fine I had alredy paid for round trip she never said that I would e charge 90.00 for carryon this was an over charge I was told by your Agent told me today that 90.00 was for luggage but 173.00 was included carryon

Frontier Airlines No communication and bad customer services

Arrive at LAS at 10pm on Wednesday 18th for flight 1418 leaving at 12:54am Thursday the 19th first delayed until 1:54am. Second delayed 2:55am after that flight cancel, received new ticket for Friday 20th flight leaving out at 12:54am. Arrived at LAS at 10pm on Friday 19th received a Frontier alert flight has been cancelled. Received a new flight ticket leaving that morning at 8:46am taking me to Indianapolis airport then fly to Orlando airport then fly from Orlando to O'Hara. That was the longest uncomfortable flight and most confusing situation I ever experience. Then to top it off when we finally got to O'Hara airport Friday night our luggage was left in Orlando Florida and my car keys were in my luggage so we had to get a hotel room and wait for our luggage that came Saturday morning around 10:30am. loyalty program issues on gathering points
have not been resolved I have been trying since dec of 2019
credit card points were not credited for the month they were accrued.
weekly phone calls, have still no resolution I was 3, 000 points short to become a 50 k elite member.
I spent $7, 000., , in December and was told them would be credited toward December. they were not they were credited toward jan of 2020.
huge rip off I can get any card for an airlines you run a program and then don't follow thru to give what you promse

Frontier Airlines Flight cancelled t6cuui cancelled on 1/1/20 from atl - phl

Claim # [protected], was filed on 1/2/20. I have not heard anything from frontier please look into my complaint.

I am requesting a refund for the extra charge i had to pay when my frontier flight t6cuui, was cancelled on 1/1/20 in atlanta georgia. I had to purchase a flight on delta which cost me $355.00 which was double the amount of the frontier ticket. I had to purchase is ticket i had to get home and frontier was not booking any flights to philadelphia for several days.
This was the information i was given at the ticket counter that night.
