My friend visiting from Portugal and I visited the Fremont store in Jan. 2019 to purchase a lap top computer, the store was quiet with only a few customers. After looking at numerous computers we made our way to the check out and on the way there I slipped on some foreign substance on the floor. My left leg was behind me and my right leg in front of me (basically did the splits). My friend got the only person working the check out and told him what happened, he was not in the least bit concerned for my well being. As I am still on the ground unable to move she asked him for a chair and ice pack which he reluctantly supplied us with ice. I worked for a law firm that dealt with slip and fall cases all the time so I was aware of the process for filing a report, this was not offered to me at the time. Fast forward a few days and I began having issues with my with my hip, went to the doctor and he ordered an x-ray, my hip was fractured. To this day, 11/26/2024 I am still in pain and my doctor has ordered another x-ray. At no time did I feel the employee cared one way or another if I was ok. Leslie Fernandes, [protected]@GMAIL.COM
