GEICO review: Car insurance

My name is Gwendolyn Gabriel I have an auto insurance policy with GEICO. I have a 2011 Nissan Murano and I had a 2010 Honda CRV which I got rid of because it became disabled. I added my neice to my GEICO policy as a driver because she asked to drive it. I added her on as a driver for the Honda as Precaution for her and to protect myself with my policy. Once I got rid of the car, I contacted Geico told him that I turned the plates in assuming that they would remove my niece from my policy since I told them that she would be driving the Honda CRV. They didn’t remove her so now I’m fighting with them to have them remove her from my policy. and they are telling me that they are not going to remove her and that she had an accident and 2023 that I was not aware of and I said to them that if that was an issue, then it should’ve been brought to my attention at the time that I added her on now, they are making it an issue and they telling me that they are not going to remove her until she proves that she has auto insurance . So I’m explaining to them how can she have auto insurance if she doesn’t own a vehicle nor drives a vehicle she’s not driving my vehicle. She was driving the Honda and they know it because I specifically stated to them that I wanted To add her to drive the Honda CRV. So my complaint is to have them remove her from my policy she does not reside in my household I sent them proof. Now they are coming up with some craziness that don’t make sense that they are not removing her from my policy until she proves that she has auto insurance, which is ridiculous because how do you do that ?when she has no Vehicle no, does she drives my Nissan. none of this makes sense and I would like to have this resolved because it’s affecting me from getting insurance from anyone else because Stephanie‘s Ortega name comes up as a Driver on my auto insurance policy please help me resolve this issue.
