Geisinger Health System review: Discrimination based on disability with Rebecca Costa

I received communication that Geisinger has "closed" my grievance. Sadly, the Geisinger team provided such poor feedback, I an uncertain which of my many grievances you believe you have closed.

Where you belive you have closed the matter, I hereby submit a revised complaint, with further details: The brain damage I suffer from Pregablin misuse (e.g. patient known allergy to gabapentinoids) has created a difficulty for my ability to process information. Rest assured, we'll get there together, in court!

FACTS / OFFICIAL POLICE REPORTING / PA STATE LICENSING REPORTING - MAX PELL; TIMOTHY DOBERSTEIN - request for license revocation!

Patton Township, State College, PA, Chief of Police Tyler Jolley advises I file the report with the PA State Police, as the Mt. Nittany Medical Center is under their jurisdiction. The Attorney General has yet to provide substantive feedback, and I have not yet filed with the PA State Police, as the Geisinger HealthPlex is in Patton Township, jurisdiction of the aforementioned Chief of Police.

According to my psychiatrist, Dr. K___ (Geisinger), it is more than possible but probable and likely that my brain damage is a direct result of an adverse reaction medication. The Emergency Room, after discovery of the medication reaction, recommended an MRI with DWI/ADC imaging (specific techniques to detect and assess areas in the brain where blood flow might be restricted, signs of a stroke, or other types of brain damage). The MRI is scheduled.

In late November 2023, I suffered fractures from a fall and was hospitalized for 3.5 days. During this time, I received conflicting care and was discharged on oral Toradol (an NSAID) to manage my pain. Days later, I returned to the hospital due to worsened symptoms and was again discharged without adequate intervention.

On December 6, 2023, I met with my primary care physician (PCP) to address my ongoing pain and worsening condition. However, my concerns were dismissed based on erroneous hospital documentation claiming I left against medical advice (AMA) and was intoxicated. These claims were not only untrue but also contradicted by BAC test results taken during my hospital visits. This dismissal marked the beginning of a pattern of discriminatory and negligent treatment.

Damage from Collapsed Lung surgery caused Neuropathy, resulting in need for pain management, which resulted in the brain damage.

AUGUST 2024 - CURRENT:
I was prescribed pregabalin (Lyrica™) for neuropathy pain. Before taking this medication, I informed my doctor of my documented intolerance to gabapentin, which had previously caused severe cognitive impairments. Despite this, my physician dismissed my concerns and insisted pregabalin was safe. Within weeks, I began experiencing hallucinations and confusion, which I traced to the medication. Even after reporting these symptoms, my physician insisted I continue the treatment.

I later learned these side effects are well-documented risks of pregabalin, making its prescription particularly reckless given my history with gabapentin.

DEFENDANT #2 Dr MAINALI (Greys Woods, family practice) - failed to acknowledge my gabapentin allegery, though did not scoff perhaps.
DEFENDANT #3 DR MAX PELL - when advised of "stroke like symptons" cased by his Pregabalin recommendation, THIS SPECIALIST IN PAIN MANAGEMENT scoffed a mocking reply to my concerns, "Ha! It doesn't do that!". He is the specialist, so I the recommendation of MAX PELL, and now suffer damage.
These medical decisions, combined with the earlier negligence and discrimination, have left me with lasting cognitive and neurological damage, severely impacting my quality of life and professional future as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer.

I have detailed medical records and correspondence to support my case, including MRI results that further substantiate the adverse effects of the medication on my brain. Your expertise in pursuing accountability for these events would be invaluable.
