On 2/18/2025 we took our RV to General RV in Fort Myers to get warranty work done. On 2/20/2025 the service dept said that they needed to replace the slide rack and sent to warranty department for the OK so parts could be ordered. I spoke to warranty department and they had no authorization for the work as of yet. I sent emails to General RV asking for Call back for from service department and General Manger. On 2/26/2025 I received a text from General RV that they did submit to warranty dept for authorization and parts. As of today 2/28/2025, the warranty dept has no request for authorization. The warranty department has been reaching out to General Rv and waiting for response. We have had issues since day.
