Even if we have experienced terrible services from you, from the start to the end of our 24-month term, I and my husband still decided to re-contract but with a lower plan...mine from 1799 and my husband from 799 both down to 599.
Early this year, we started to make our transactions with Globe SM Seaside, Cebu as your Ayala, Cebu branch is so crowded and majority of the staff seems not so well informed with how the network and everything else should go. So we came across with Mr. Dan Alia from the SM Seaside, Cebu and have found that our concerns were satisfactorily taken care of...but only with him, the rest are impossible.
So last August we went to SM SEASIDE, Cebu to re-contract just a day before the expiration of my husband's first contract. As we were still undecided on whether to get another Iphone or not, we just settled for the 6-month contract yet. Unfortunately, we were required by Ms. Eden Enad, the staff who served us, to buy P1, 000 worth of accessories for us to be granted our request for renewal of contract. We were, at first, hesitant but laughing at the thought of it. We even joked about it. Globe should be the one to reward us for deciding to stay with a plan. Anyways, we had little time to think and we wanted that the lower plan be billed on our next billing so that we were forced to buy a 4, 000 plus worth of camera for the two subscriptions -- mine and for my husband after Ms. Enad insisted that "IT WAS Globe's policy".
We chose the camera as we could not find any other item that would be of use to us. Well, we don't need the camera, at the moment, either. We thought that it was better than the cellphone covers and we had to buy, anyway, in order to have a globe subscription.
Then eventually, we passed by globe SM CITY, Cebu during one of our shopping moments. My children and my husband asked about the said policy if it really did exist in all Globe branches. The answer was IT IS NOT IN GLOBE 's policy. After a week, I visited GLOBE, Ayala, Cebu. Again, i was told it was never in the policy of GLOBE. At this juncture, I and my husband decided to return the said camera as there was deceit behind the transaction. The said camera was never been used nor did we try to check on it when we got home. It was just kept in its box and paper bag very intact and untouched. Mr. Dan Alia was the one who assisted us on this. At first, Mr. Alia told us that it was already beyond a month from the transaction date so that it could no longer be exchanged nor returned. But after some time of explaining to him about the deceit behind Ms. Enad's dealings, he decided to have this case escalated to Globe's head office. But since that day, Nov. 3 to date, we have not received any feedback from your office. I sent e-mails to Mr. Alia but never received any reply at all. I know that Globe is very powerful and could just do away with all its customers' negative feedbacks and disappointments with stolen loads and unjustifiable bills, but, we are still hoping that this could be
Globe messenger just advised me to contact the concerned store, instead. Can't they understand why we are elevating this matter? Come on, Globe!

I moved out from my house on November 1 but i am actually in the same building.I wanted to transfer my internet to my new apartment and went to the globe stores which the line never came to me (waited more than 1 hour).Then i tried to make it through phone but its been almost 10 days i did not get any feedback.I am always calling back but nothing happens.I work a lot I cannot come on weekdays and when you dont solve my problem i have to wait for another weekend.
I am in the same building how long will it take to just transfer the account.May be only settings to be done.It is really frustrating.
I ll close my account if i cannot get any feedback today.I am paying for nothing for 18days.I wont do it anymore.
a stranger's phone call harassing my mother
After my mom got her new number last november 8, 2017 which is [protected]. We send an info to her relatives that her old number should be deleted and save the new number she has. We didn't know our message went to [protected] because this number isn't saved in my mom's contacts!

Asking who is *mom's name* and I told him she's my mother, thinking she's my mother's relative but we confirmed he is not because he's from butuan. We told him it was just a mix up but he keeps calling my mom. He keeps texting. We threatened him we'll report him to the police but he doesn't care. He keeps on calling and texting. We blocked his number but mama seems restless every time she sees his phone number on her phone's screen.
Please block the guy's number. He doesn't care if my mom is old, he keeps callong and texting her. It troubles her greatly.

The first 2 months of my subscription was ok. The signal was too strong as if I am watching a television on the Youtube. But on my 3rd month, the signal slowly decreases, decreases and decreases. I paid my bill on time, the speed that I am supposedly enjoying is 10MBPS. But I think this is only true for the first 2 months. I assumed that the antenna will serve as one of the factors that would increase my internet signal, but I think it did not serve its purpose. Lately, I am getting a speed of about 0.48MBPS. This is as if I am paying 1, 832 pesos per month for nothing but a TURTLE NET.
I am hoping for an immediate and good response regarding this matter.

Since October after identifying what's causing the issue for the slow browsing and guess what up until now it's still not yet resolved and they just delayed the ticket. From time to time I'm calling to get an update and there's still no progress for 3 months?!

My sister, her boyfriend, and I wanted sim cards only for 2 days worth of data as we were going to el nido later in our vacation. my sister's boyfriend gets helped immediately and within 10 minutes his cellphone was ready for use. when we came up to be helped, it was with laine. she quoted us for 400p when my sister's boyfriend had been quoted 250p for his create your own plan. we told that to her and she went to the back, "to speak with a manager." ten minutes later, she shows up saying that she can do it for us. she rang us up and that was it. no explanation, no instruction, just took our money.
We tried to ask her to help us set up our phones, but she was already busy with another customer and refused to help us. my sister's boyfriend had to figure it out and we taught each other for the next 30 minutes how to set it up. a worker standing against the wall offered his coin to scratch the load cards for our codes. we had to go hunt laine down to borrow her pin to exchange our sim cards, she still did not bother to help us because she was "busy." this is poor customer service all around. first, she quoted us more money, then she did not fully finish the customer transaction, and would not help us when we asked. if she felt that her english was not competent, than she should have referred us to someone who spoke well. or, maybe she just did not want to help us just because we were fil-am - which is discrimination.
Also, there were 8 workers, only 3 were actively assisting customers. the rest were just standing around or talking to each other. please tell me they get paid to watch customers wait? there were about 20 customers in the store at the time.
Either way, we wasted an hour of our time at a store in a giant tourist destination with incompetent workers. next time we go back, we are only using smart.

Our service was disconnected on November 3, 2017, even though a payment was made on November 2, 2017 (see attached receipt).
We called up Customer Service previously three times for us to ask for areconnection, and on the third time, we were able to speak to a supervisor named Louie. Thiis was between 8 to 9 in the morning, November 4.
We were told and we were assured by Louie that our concern has already been forwarded to the proper department and he said that a feedback within 4 hours of the same day (about 12 or 1 in the afternoon).
However, when we made a follow up call was made at around 6:30 pm, a lady reresentative, Honey, told us that our concern was not processed accordingly, contrary to what Louie advise us. We were also told that she will be the one to process it but we need to wait for another 4 hours.
We're already inconvenienced with the disconnection but action or the inaction of the person or persons involved here added more to our inconvenience.
Hope to have this matter resolved and necessary actions provided.

Last Oct. 18, 2017 my phone got disconnected, when verified with Globe Telecom, I exceeded my spending limit of P1000 due to data charges. So we went to Globe Center immediately to pay half of the current charge, this is as per advise from their customer rep to get the line reconnected. Inspite of the payment we've made, my line's outgoing was deactivated the next day. When reported to Globe, they said that the system detecting the over on spending limit, maybe the payment was not yet posted and they manually activated it. Next day, it happened again, so we call again and still the same reason, that the system detects the over on the spending limit. How does that happen? We already paid half of the current charge. Looking at my account, it shows that I have a credit meaning, I have a negative balance which was coming from the payment we've made recently for reconnection. The frustrating part of our struggle with Globe is that we've been calling them and complaining but they didn't do any work around with my case. And they just let us call them everyday and they would manually activate my outgoing until my next billing cycle. Imagine for more than a week we're calling them as if they're very easy to contact. What if it happens 3 weeks before your next billing cycle, they will just let you call them everyday for 3 weeks. They should have done something to not deactivate my account since the currect charge is already negative balance. We were so frustrated and we were never this angry before. I thought my husband will get a heart attack every time he will call the Globe's customer service. GLOBE SUCKS. Very simple case and yet they were unable to handle it.

My experience with your customer service representatives is the worst. Last sept 25 2017 I ordered a mobile on a postpaid plan. I did it online. The first time i did a follow up is they said they are still waiting for my employer to verify my employment details. i then emailed my employer to facilitate the email verification. Every single time i follow up over the phone i keep on getting routed to the sales department which always refer me to call account specialist because according to them they dont handle follow up if the order was done online only the accounts specialist which i understand because i am also working for ta telco company. But what prompted me to file a complaint is the consultants from account specializing team who if not hung up on me will transfer me back to sales dept when i am only advised that i will just place on hold. That is very unacceptable because it didnt happened to me once but thrice.

Oct.17, 2017 received a text message from globe that to settle my overdue amount of 244.36 pesos, I paid right after and payment confirmation was successfully received to email add. Then Oct.21, 2017 they temporarily deactivated my line due to my overdue remains unpaid.

1. I wanted to highlight that, My DSL Home connection was installed on 11 October 2017 through Order No [protected], which lasted for just one day only and became unserviceable and till yet has not been recovered. My Acct number written on service payment receipt given by installation technician Mr Tomies is: [protected] which is not identifiable by your online / on internet help website.
2. Globe customers service rep once called, says this is normal to put off the connection after installation and comes ON after 3-5 days for checking efficiency of the system? I don't know what kind of efficiency check is this by putting off the internet service. But this is 6th day and internet connection is not functioning? neither any of your technician arrived yet.
3. I believe this speaks poor service and response by both Globe Customer Care and the technical support team at the onset and a source of absolute dissatisfaction.
Making Globe Customer Care Team understand about the problem and getting timely appropriate response generation has always been a issue. They are just extending lip-service to pacify the customer and necessary response by pushing technical support team is missing.

I have lodged an online order for plan 1499 with an iPhone 6 device on September 24, 2017. I submitted all required documents and was called by a representative after a few days. Documents were verified and was advised that the order will be processed in the next 3-5 business days. Indeed, on September 27, 2017, my order is already on process for employment verification. My company's HR had already facilitated such request. They have committed two (2) business days for approval. But of course, that was an empty promise made to make fool of their customers. I am hoping that Globe will take appropriate actions.

For 1 month I do not have good connection! Ever since the maintenance last Aug. 23, my internet was on and off! Then weeks of hell it was totally off! I called the customer service and the technician told me that my slot for internet was removed for other people's account! I'm paying regularly and how the hell are they removing my slot. 1 week passed with connection and then again my internet was off! Why do you not have enough slot for your clients?! 1 month and I'll be paying a crap internet connection! Just terminate my account for this problem to stop. This is irritating as I cannot even work at home and we're fighting over a single slot. Terminate my account as you can't even provide good service. That's the best action you can do.
I am not a whiner or a talker but today I experienced the worst kind of treatment from GLOBE TELECOM-BROADBAND for small business. It seems they're very supportive and encouraging from day 1 but wait till you are about 6 months old and you will know what kind of company they are. I do not know if they wanted 3 months advance payment or completely an extortion act. Duterte is right a 3rd party should come in already so the monopoly would not rest to three players only. Sa tagalog...hawak ka sa leeg gaya ng ginawa sa akin ngayong araw na ito.
From the start I smelled something fishy as their contractor was trying to charge me with extra; then came another contractor for installation..I do not know who won as I requested my nephew to manned the installation last year. Whoever is the first contractor he made sure I would have something difficult for me. He made sure I will be miserable by not giving me the right account number; such that it took me three months to be given an account number only when my internet was cut off for non payment. How can I make a payment when each Globe branch does not want to accept my payment as there is no account number for my subscription . This was last year. My business relies completely with broadband, today after paying religiously/continuously 1799 for 11 months, they cut off again my line (May 2) after making a payment on May 1 at 12:30nn, same branch SM East Ortigas Globe Branch. The branch said payment has been posted but the broadband globe dept told me repeatedly that there is no payment since March 2018 and that I have an over due of 3, 000 plus.That I should pay this in CASH or no Broadband for my business. I lost my earnings today because they cut off my internet.
I told them that I do not have pending dues based on my personal record as I have all my receipts and I am personally making payments to SM East Ortigas Globe, Sta. Lucia Globe and SM Bayad Center. I told them I have copies and should I am delinquent, they could have cut my line at the start of the year. Different Customer Associates have different stories, some say it was in November, March and worse this April.Whew. To my dismay, I was reverted to different persons;different lines and finally at 5PM today an Associate told me that they will only reconnect my subscription if I get to pay the 3, 000pesos over due. I said I do not have over dues as I have all the receipts and he asked me all those last digits of the receipts..I was able to provide all he need, he validated it as well. But he still insists that I have go to Globe Cafe branch again and bring my receipts.I told him I already went there thrice today and the remedy is to call 730-1000..I am like a ball. They're bad because they know their leverage is.our BUSINESS is already running for a year already with their broadband. Without the internet, there will be no income for the day. Requesting me to pay excessively is an act of of extortion.I belong from from Filipino masses. I am not a big business...I am an MSME maybe that is the reason. She is so impolite "bastos" she kept on posting impertinent concerns on facebook about her rivals. She kept on chatting rude and bad things to her enemy. If u can read the messages, i could say, where is the GMRC of this woman? She's like having mental disorder. Maam/ Sir. She's too much. And she's fond of making up stories to each and everyone. Even to her colleagues. Before, she showed impoliteness towards her manager (vonversa mobile roxas city manager, before) thru her bad messages and facebook posts. Conversa before, wasn't successful because of this mary grace bialen's big mouth. She lets all employees quarrel with each other. Now, as a dispatcher of tesco kalibo, she is also impolite to the customers everytime she receives call. Maybe she has a mental.disorder. She dont deserve to be an employee of your good vompany.

I am complaining about globe's unlimited surfing service
I availed the promo of Unlisurf and it was charged Php 50 for one day. The Globe texted me about Fair Policy the day i availed the promo while doing a movie streaming. I haven't finished watching because it was stopped by the network. The network messaged me due to my high consumption usage of data etc etc, they will slow the speed of my internet usage. Yes i understand about the policy, but the promo said unlimited. The mobile data was so slow that i couldn't use the internet even some searching or any social media. That promo was useless and they got my money. I therefore conclude i was scammed by the Globe network.

I have been complaining about intermittent internet connection issues for almost two months now and Globe COULDN'T FIX it. Their customer service sucks too. It takes a long time to get connected to a live customer service representative through the phone. And their Twitter customer service reps takes days to reply to a complaint. They ignore your issues and complaints most of the time. I wonder if these people are just lazy or have limited knowledge abour their job responsibilities. So disappointing and extremely dissatisfying.

They never activated my sim card, it's been 4 days so I can't speak for the cell phone stuff as of yet except you don't provide it yet take payment.
My DSL installers insisted that I needed a new wire to get to the 15mbps speeds that I purchased. They ran a new wire for 1500 pesos with no receipt. After they did their thing I noticed the internet service is slower than my smart prepaid 4g. I started to run speed tests and couldn't get over 2 mbps. This is over the course of a day and night.
Try to go online and it says my account is invalid.
Customer service consists of robots saying the same thing over and over.
If you like to be lied to, pay for services you cannot get and be extorted by globe employees this is a great company.

Wala na naman kaming internet since saturday past 6 pm. Ano'ng klase ba nama'ng service to? I've already paid for this month's subscription tapos wala na naman kami'ng internet connection for days now and worse, hindi pa kayo nagre-rebate nang maayos! When we (Customers) spend our time to complain, that means something is not working and you need to go and diagnose what the problem is. There should have been willingness to compensate for issues that are your fault and not ours.
We kept contacting you on sunday morning and luckily after 4 or 5 attempts, we got hold of 1 dumb agent na sa masyado'ng kabobohan, kailangan pang humingi nang kapatid ko nang supervisor para maintindihan lang ang point namin. Then, we had another stupid supervisor who was forced to provide a job order for us and promised that a technical guy/s will come to our house the following day, monday. Hiningi nyo pa number ko so I set my ringtone at full volume so I don't miss any messages or calls incase the assigned person calls. Namuti nalang mata namin lahat sa bahay, we didn't get any call or message and wala'ng globe personnel na pumunta to check ano'ng nangyari sa connection namin. Bwisit!
Until now, wala parin kaming internet connection sa bahay. All this monopoly is sickening! Globe, smart, pldt, veco and many other businesses that just don't care about people but always take advantage makes me hate to be in the philippines!

Good day, I just want to complain regarding your CSR who accepted our requests. Last Saturday, September 16, 2017, the Account Owner, requested to upgrade our plan from Plan1599 with upto 5mbps and 60gb data to Plan1599 with upto 10mbps and 400gb data. September 17, 2017, when we follow up our request, the CSR told us that, it is not available in our area that is why, she offered us the Plan1299 with upto 5mbps and 300gb data and we accepted that offer and she told us that we should monitor our internet speed within 24hrs. September 18, 2017, we follow up again and the CSR told us that, it is still in progress. Then, he requested the CSR to authorize his son on his behalf. Then, after another 24hrs, we follow up again our request and still in progress. But when we follow up again after few hours, the CSR told us that, the CSR who accepted our request for Plan1299 did not close our first request, which is the Plan1599. And the other CSR who accepted his request regarding his authorizing his son, she encoded the wrong person whom we didn't know. His son is authorized in behalf of an unknown person.
