I ordered two Lego MP3 Players from the website on 9th March 2013. I haven't received them so I emailed the company and never got a reply so I started a dispute with Paypal. GoGroopie then sent me an email stating they wouldn't send the goods until the dispute was closed. The reason I opened the dispute was because I hadn't received the goods. Seems dodgy to me

I have just received the heated shoulder brace ,it is useless ,it woulnt get warm enough to melt butter .You should not sell this kind of rubbish from China to people spending hard earns money! I would like a refund please as I can ill afford this !I don’t care about loosing postage as they did their job.
