I ordered two Lego MP3 Players from the website on 9th March 2013. I haven't received them so I emailed the company and never got a reply so I started a dispute with Paypal. GoGroopie then sent me an email stating they wouldn't send the goods until the dispute was closed. The reason I opened the dispute was because I hadn't received the goods. Seems dodgy to me

I've paid for a voucher to purchase an iPad on the 26 July and still received no confirmation nor a voucher, my bank confirmed that the monies was taken from my account on 27 July and I am still waiting a response.

I returned a pair of shoes on 19/08/22 because they were unsuitable and not as described,

The fitting was very bad.

I’m still waiting for my refund of £14.99 ,

I have been trying for weeks but All I get is voice Mail or a chat line !

If I don’t get my refund,

Then I have to seek some other help!

I placed an order with GoGroopie on 27.10.22 and was billed £9.99 the following day. I have not received an order confirmation and my item has not arrived. I contacted them last week and have not had a reply. I have been bombarded with marketing emails even though I didn't request them.

i ordered air pods on the 19th nov 2022 its now 13th dec and not received them these were a xmas gift every time i get hold of aftership bpost they say its in transit its been in transit since the 4th of dec they gave 14 days for delivery its now over 20 days

Rubbish website this *gogroopie and it'sfriend *binbangbosh. I asked for return because they sent a wrong bike so I bought another one. The absolutely refuse the return, is unbelievable how they scam people like this to make money. I report it to police fraud

I had not completed an order on 23 April but I have been charged for the item I like refund for £9.99 taken out of debit account This was an on line advert I pressed to order and by error but in my card details.

I do not wish to purchase the ear buds but I have been charged for these so am very unhappy.

I ordered a Video Doorbell which was supposed to include a Doorbell unit, Chime and SD card in the total price. The Chime was included in the price but not sent. No invoice was include. No return information either.
