I took the tire off the car because it was flat. The nail was in the sidewall so had to order new tire, and it wouldn't be there till Monday.

They called me and said tire was ready for pickup. I drive from the North end of town to get there before closing. When I arrive, the tire was sitting there. It hasn't been touched. Since the change of management and staff at the store at1303 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, Co. I left and said I would return tomorrow. When I came in to pick up the tire. No apologies were given. Just act like nothing happen. I ask when I drop the tire off. When I came back to pick it up if they could check other tires for nails. They just completely ignore that request. I have a trip to Denver Airport in the morning. I went to the store and ask if he had time to check my tires for nails. The response was NO ...we are too busy today. You have to schedule appointment... I schedule for August 1. I hope when I return from my trip. I don't have any flats tires. They are always too busy to help the customer out. Lee and Benito were great assets to this store. When the left it went downhill.

I am well satisfied with the Goodyear 6 gallon air compressors, but the other day while I was using it, it just kept running. I noticed that I was having to use a hammer to finish driving in nails. When I went and checked, the blue coiled air hose had burst. Had to finish my job, so off to the store I go. Like I mentioned, the air compressor so far has worked great, all the fittings are perfect. But I will not buy another coil hose again.

0N 05/22/2022 I bought my front tires from Walmart #03431 and on 05/27/2022 I bought the rear tires. on 07/06/2022 I got off work was heading home and my passenger rear tire shredded the side wall came apart. I took it back to Walmart they didn't even look at it because I didn't buy their road hazard. these tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. The guy at Walmart said there is nothing he can do but sell me another tire he didn't even look at my tire. I did not run over anything I was on the interstate I-20 . The incident happened on 07/06/2022 the millage at installation was 252506 the millage at incident was 256885 at 4:30pm. I had bought a complete set of these tires. I do have pictures of the tire after the incident. While I was driving I heard a loud roaring sound for a couple of seconds then it stopped when it stopped that's when it blew.

My front driver side tire blew out while driveing on the hwy and cause my truck to go off road and into the ditch out of control. Kal tire replaced the defected tire for free, but because of the incress of the price, $60.00 per tire didn't replace all four, just the one. Which I understand from there perspective, my main concern is the damage that was done to the body of the truck, and the front window, impound fee's, towing fee's etc. I'm not sure of the total cost from a defective tire would amount to, but I would assume it be atleast 2-3 thousand dollars. I am very impressed with Good year tire's but now i'm concerned about just how safe the other 3 are since all 4 where purched and installed at the same time. This happened around May 27th of 2022 in Clearwater B.C. I do not believe that my insurance shpuld or will cover any or all of the repairs that is needed. I'm hopeing that Good year can be of assitance to my situation. Thankyou for your time with this matter.

Purchased new 2022 Honda car on February 5, 2022 with Goodyear Eagle Touring tires. On April 3, with only 1700 miles on vehicle, we encounted a road hazard flat tire. The tire is unrepairable and car dealer says no road hazard on new car tires. What quality of tires do you supply on new cars? I think this is ridiculous that Goodyear will not warranty a tire with 1700 miles.

I bought a complete set of new good year tires on 2/28/22, than on 3/16/22 I had to purchase another tire. The place I took it to told me I had cut the tire on the inside and outside (the tire stayed totally inflated), which caused a knot on the tire. They said I hit a pothole or curve and did this, I tried to tell them I hadn't hit anything but they wouldn't listen to me and keep telling me it was my fault and not the tire. I was always told that goodyear was the best tire and always to get them but now I don't think so I feel like it was just a rip off to get more money from and not to have to take to fall for a faulty tire.

My parents bought good year tires for their travel trailer around May of 2021. They were living in Fl & were moving to a new state. As they got to their new destination in July, they had a flat tire on the travel trailer. My step dad had health issues but managed to get the tire changed & replaced. After they got settled into their new place, they put the travel trailer in storage. They would check on the trailer every so often & get belongings out of it. One day my mom noticed a tire on the trailer was flat again. My step dad was ill & in the hospital so my fiance & I went to take the tire off. As we were looking at the tire, we noticed wires sticking out of the sides of the tire & showing through other places.

After transmission line repairs, this vehicle was then brought in for service because the temperature and oil gauges would flash erratically.
As you can see from the records, the final bill came to an astounding $2546.02, which included$287.27 for a battery that had not previously been an issue.As the car was in excellent shape and had only 65, 906 miles on it, I authorized the repair on the reasonable assumption that the car would now be good for many thousand miles.
Sadly, I have now been advised that the car needs a NEW MOTOR estimated at $3, 500+ plus about $1, 400 in labor cost thus far. If my car was properly diagnosed in the beginning, I never would have gone ahead with any repairs. As a matter of simple fact, I am 85 years old and undergoing Radiology following a Mastectomy

I just made an appointment with a store in Albany Ny . Called to add on an oil change. Only allowed to leave a voicemail. Was called back by an exhausted and rude employee saying the online appointment system has "nothing to do with" the actual retail store and he could not get me in until mid January. What if I had actually driven to the store for my appointment? How can a company offer an on line appointment system that does not communicate with the retail store during a pandemic. Your poor employee must be constantly dealing with exasperated angry customers. I for one will never use Goodyear again. I'm shocked and angered by such bad corporate policy. Do you hate your retail employees or your customers? Or is your IT department just blowing smoke up managements [censored] telling them it's all under control. This is unsustainable- everyone who makes an appointment only to find out from a sullen employee that they in fact do not have an appointment will stop using your business.

I purchased Goodyear, Eagle Support tyres size 215x60xR16, made in Turkey, for my new Toyota Altis Grande, model 2021 from Butt Tyres, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan in November, 2021. Manufacturing month 11/21 is written on tyres. From day first These, tyres are not giving smooth drive. I took wheel balancing twice but complaint still not resolved. Then, after thorough checking and trying by wheel allignment expert, it was revealed that tyre are imbalance and give jump on road. Pl find out its way out.

I completely cut my ties with Goodyear due to their changing business charge card practices 90 days same as cash/revolving account; now is whatever they want ! They also use other peoples cards whenever it's convenient for them & don't send statements expecting you to check on a paid off/dead account? When you use them as your auto service center for years on both your vehicles, they treat you like trash & ask for $117 to go near your door handle!
I called Citibank back to find out why they called me & they stated it was because I didn't pay on my Goodyear account for 2 months? I told them I had paid this off months ago & didn't know why I had a bill & asked for what was this charge? Of which they CAN'T tell me? Then I'm told I should call & check on my bill that I didn't make or charge anything to that account in months?
I want to file a complaint against you & want the form sent to me.
I didn't make a purchase nor did I get a bill or I would have sent this dispute sooner! My address is below. I don't want anything to do with Goodyear for many reasons & this takes the cake!

First let me state I have been a Goodyear customer for nearly 40 years.

Last week I took my 1998 Chevy S-10 to the local Goodyear store to have the wheel bearing replaced.

The mechanic evidently failed to press the bearings in correctly and they were 1/2 inches out of alignment causing the pion gear pins to shear and damaging the gears.

They also failed to reinsert one of the four drive shaft bolts resulting in extreme vibration and damaging the drive shaft support and bushings. One rubber support appeared to have been shave with a blade whether intentional or by accident.

My mechanic replaced the pinion gears, with new pins and spline.
He also put new bushings in the drive shaft support and installed a new bolt.

The total price to repair was $480.

Goodyear charged me $618. to replace the bearings.

I bought a Nissan pathfinder and December 2020 I had good tires on it but it was pouring a little bit so I brought it to get an alignment at Goodyear now that it's been aligned and I put a couple thousand miles on it all the tires on the inside or worn out bulb brought it back the manager said it was fine and the alignment was correct but now I have to go out and spend $1000 on new tires and an alignment

Hello my name is Ali. I'm writing this email because I've been treated very unfairly for many months at the specific location of Goodyear (I will leave below the address) by a particular person named "David" (chino) The discrimination that goes on in this location is preposterous. In this day and age this despicable act should not be tolerated in any establishment. Me and my family have not been able to get service and have been giving excuses to avoid service. We have been lied to countless amounts of times. We have been asked to give tips to get service by this individual. And once we refused to give tips we have been denied service indirectly. I have called numerous times within the last few months to try and buy tires for my mother and wife's car. I have bought tires at this location from this person for my moms car before and everything was fine as long as I paid tips to him which is now gone to far. I also have warranty on the tires I have purchased in the past. They have even taken my tires and never replace them. My wife is convinced that "David" (chino) has claimed the warranty and received the tires and sold it to somebody else. Chino is a very clever talking individual and has taken advantage of me being naïve. I don't know why me and my family should go through something like this but it breaks my heart. My mothers alignment has a three-year warranty which never can get attend it to. We have been given excuses of corona, excuses of being very busy, excuses of there's no tires in stock for us to purchase, we have went to a third-party to get other tires. And Chino has told us to bring the original tires to him and he will get them replaced with new ones. After bringing him the tires we never got any new ones and have been bamboozled. I still cannot believe such a big company can have someone like this taking advantage of people and stealing from them. I encourage you to call me so I can three-way the store so you can see first hand. I can guarantee you he will tell me he will call me back and never will. You can check your phone records of the store. Note this dose not include how many times my mom and wife have called. If you need records of that I can also send you please let me know. He always says he will call me back and never does. This will be phone records of my phone number. If you wish to see phone records of my mother calling and my wife I can also get those upon request. I assure you every time I have called I speak with "Chino" who is (David) and I told him I still want to buy tires and have an alignment done for my mother and wife car his response is always the same "let me call you right back and hangs up on my face as if he is super busy. Not a goodbye just a simple hang up on my face. I encourage you once again please call me so you can see for yourself I do not mind three way calling the store. I would like to also add that me and my family have never raised our voice or disrespected anyone at that store not even as to give an attitude to them. We are always humble respectful and very timid. This is why I thought I write this email to share the injustice we have been through. I would hate to have my friends and family and I to boycott a store because of the specific individual. I firmly believe this individual is stealing from me and taking advantage of me by forcing me to give tips and I am convinced that he's doing it to others. I have calculated today and I realized I have paid him over 500 in tips. Not to mention I had warranty for my alignment and should not have paid anything! I have been to the state street store in Schenectady NY 3 Or 4 times for about 1200-1300 dollars in repairs and my car is still not running right... I have an apt for May 1, 2021... And this is the 3rd time I have had to go back to receive work that I have already paid for... I am asking for help because I am a good customer and I pay my good year bill...
