Thought we were using the Marriott site as it looked very legitimate. As it turns out, it is not legitimate. Furthermore, the telephone number they give does not pick up. I was on hold for two hours and 14 minutes and have documented proof of that by screenshot shown below. They are very deceptive as well, telling me that they are associate with Priceline when Priceline denies any involvement with guestreservations.com Do not use this. This is a total scam, and it’s outrageous that they’re getting away with it. You need to take action immediately. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Let them know that this was a fraudulent transaction. Also, make noise about this online. Use social media and any platform you can to warn others about Guest Reservations and their deceptive practices. Don't let them get away with this. Stay firm and persistent until you get your money back and expose their scam. You deserve better, and they need to be held accountable.
