Purchased a Centech 2/10/50 Amp Battery Charger, item#60653 on 6/15/2020 for $59.98, returned it when it wouldn’t work upon trying for only the second time. I received no refund/credit AT ALL! Thought it was very suspicious so I purchased exactly the same charger a second time for another $58.98 on 4/26/2021 and sure enough it failed to work on the second attempted use! Upon its return on 5/31/2021, I received only a $37.53 credit because Harbor Freight employees couldn’t figure out how to credit me the difference which I had paid with a gift card. On that same day I purchased a third battery charger, Viking brand item#56796, as I was told by a Harbor Freight employee that the Centech brand was repeatedly problematic. It ALSO failed to work on the second attempt to use it. I paid $40.79 for that one and only got a $37.53 credit upon return as well. In my long stretch of being a Harbor Freight customer, I have never had issues with such blatant incompetence. It was during the [protected] Covid era where many businesses were dysfunctional because of poor employee quality. My hope is Harbor Freight will finally right these wrongs done to me so I can resume being a loyal customer. Thank you.

Desired outcome: A credit for AT LEAST what been taken from. Additional credits for the four plus years you’ve had my money and the repeated efforts, time , and frustration it’s taken me to get it back, given I’ve been a loyal customer since 1995.
