Dear Sir/Madam,

My relative Mr. Liton Shaha holding a bank account with IOB Ac count no.10357 SB Account was given an information that an amount of Rs. 24917.27/- was been transferred from HDFC bank DD no. 668688. Since it was transferred from HDFC in the date of 28th April 2017. I would request you to kindly check out the status as early as possible till now the amount has not been deposited in his IOB account.
Since it is a huge amount I would request you to kindly investigate the same.

Hi I am hemant goel from hapur. I am working with global telelinks gmbh at noida. My cell number is [protected].

I am receiving unwanted calls from hdfc bank collection department and he is asking for mr harish chandra negi, which I never know. I have told several times that I don't know harish chandra negi but they are not listening and start most worst abusing language.

I am getting around 40-50 calls per day from hdfc bank.

Please note down th number also 011-[protected], 011-[protected], 011-[protected].

I have called hdfc bank also regarding this matter but they are not ready to give the complaint no. I am doing night shift and because of this type of calls I am not feeling well also.

My family members (Bhabhi) has also picked up the phone and they are saying "we are coming to your home and we all will rape" this kind of language they are using.

I am shafique and my cell number is [protected]. Oh my god this is very bad from hdfc bank. I think hemant you should file a case in high court and consumer court and claim from rupees 5 lakh.

Now a days credit card company and banks are calling whole time, they did'nt see the times also. Now they are start using abusing language also.

This is the most ridiculous case i have ever seen. Now days these Credit card banks are creating harassment to the people. But while giving the Credit Cards they just do the simple verification. And HDFC bank give a ridiculous image on me. I think there should be some rules for these type of harassment.

I have taken Vehicle loan from HDFC bank unfortunately i failed to pay EMIs of 3 months, one bad day my vehicle was taken by recovery agent, after one day i paid full amount of my vehicle loan and i went to collect my vehicle from their estate then i found some of my vehicle parts are missing, for those i have consulted the branch manager, he did not give any reply. I think the branch manager is collaterally committed with those guys (recovery agents) and he is misusing his duties. Here i am not asking any recovery of my parts, just i am suggesting that NO OTHER CUSTOMER WILL SUFFER LIKE ME.

I have written a mail to customer care of HDFC credit cards, as under, I sure you all also faced the same problems.

The statement showing credit limit Rs. 15000/- but available Limit is 0.
2.Total dues showing Rs. 15592.23/- is also unacceptable & not understandable, I haven't used this card so far.
3.I have lodged a complaint 3 months back that I have lost my Credit card, though the card is blocked by you since last 6 months. I only have adon card in name of my wife and My city card and both of these has no use.
4. I am paying Rs. 750/- every month from last 6 months without using the card due to blocked, inspite you are charging me Rs. 892.71 per month against Late Fee+Finance Charges-Retail+Finance Chgs.- Cash on my account.. I have talked so many times to Mr. Arjun Sharma, Collection head of Pune.& he assured that you are not going to charge me any late fees, int. etc. after payment of Rs. 750/-, but its not happening & you are charging me approx. rs. 900/- every month.
5. As a customer I humbly request you to reverse all the Finance charges + Late fees immediately, the card though is not in use I will have option to cancel it with immediate effect. I have made a request to customer care services on tel. 2 months back for reversal of charges, they have assured to do so,but no action taken towards it till the date. I do not get good services from your end, I am fed up & cant afford to pay you such a huge amount outstanding, I am a salaried person & not a businessman to afford any kind of issues. The reward points are also disappeared from my credit card statement.

I am making request time by time, but there is nothing done in my favor, this does resolve the solution. So once again requested to reverse all the charges debited on my account, and send the zero balance statement. I am sending my grievance (this mail copy) also to your Chennai office, as you are not taking care of customers and just demanding for the payments only.

Stay away from HDFC Bank!

I had transferred rs.40,000/- from hdfc bank - my husband's a/c to my icici bank a/c on 1st june 2017 for meeting some of my payments by cheque for house construction. But the fund was not credited to my a/c till 15th june and there was no proper response from the bank. I had to make several std calls and local calls and lodge a complaint in phone banking of hdfc but they were reluctant to take the complaint. I had a very stressful and undergone tension moment till it got credited. They had not given any explanation till date why there was a delay and meanwhile i had to make alternate arrangement to meet my cheque hitting the icici bank a/c.

I have got a credit card just one week before & then suddenly i got a sms to destroy my card,immediately when i contacted the customer care i was told to ignore the message.One day later when i again Contacted the customer care i was told to destroy my card.
Now if any transaction happen with my card without my consent what shall i do?

I have applied for Loans in HDFC bank , I have got a Very clear banking histiry for last 5 years .appreciating that bank executive from G.N chetty road agree to disburse my Loan in 4 working days . Then only i came to know, They dont know what documents are required and what is the process to get a Loan sanctioned . They jus look for application
for following two reasons
1.COMMISSION
2.TARGET FOR THAT MONTH
Every one goes to personal loan with emergency needs , but they give commitment for jus commision and then manage that and prolong and when ever they can process they try to force the customer to take the Loan. I logged a complaint against this service and cancelled the Loan , But no reply from Bank . better check about the executives before you process the Loan

This is to inform you that i.e. 18.02.2017 at 11.17 am, from your un-known branch vide telephone number [protected], a un-known person talk with me ARVIND GOEL regarding loan amount, he misbehave with me and and torcher me. He challanged me to take leagal action and recovery loan (given to arving goel) with me. He says to some criminal to send my house for murder me. I want to take action with un-known person, he working your any branch, otherwise i will take leagal action with yur HDFC BANK

Two months later one agent was come to my home and he collected cash Rs.5000/- from my wife and he said he will settlement of the dues and get the NOC (no objection certificate) from the bank, but he never turned back, where is that agent now? And where is that money now? Always agents are asking for cash only why? And later last month one more man had come and bargaining the same. I do not understand the bank people and agents are making frauds in this issue. And they are not willing to give Manager’s name and contact number. We done a big mistake are not got the NOC from the Bank that time. Please close my issue. But bank is multiple that amounts in a bigger way, and they are sending agents to our home and harassing my family, right now I am not in Bangalore. Please avoid this... this is not the way of collecting. How is that agent related to my credit card and want to know they are legally appointed by the government? And many times court also said about this issue. If they come again and again, I am going to take an action in legal manner.

My Name Is Narender Kumar, i'm a credit card holder oh HDFC Bank, I'm Also Using Used Car Loan, But The Issue Is that i am applying for personal loan, but after the Result of varification your concern person says i' a defaulter customer & i' used a credit card & Paying After Settelment Thatswhy my name listed in "CIVIL" & I'm nt. Three / Four years back i am using HDFC Credit card then it got expired. Now i taught to use credit card. So immd i have spoken to Hyd Credit card people over phone (Ph No.040-[protected]) they said i need to send a requisition letter for reusing credit card why because in your account showing i am having card. Then 25 days back i have faxed my request for resending my credit card. Agan today i have given a call for the status but i am not getting proper or correct answer.

If you can see my net salary in my account, getting more than 30 K per month.

Pls consider and help me

Otherwise i need to see alternative credit card

2. I have spoken speak to your call center on 3 Feb. 2017 they are told me different story. They said your application is under process.
3. I have to your call center 05 FEB. 2017 they are told me different story. They said your application is cancel due to wrong salary Slip.
4. I have call more than 5 time at your call center always they told me we riveted back in next 48 hours but that is not happened
Please let me now that if my paper is couriers my how my application is under process/cancel & how changing my salary slips.
Please send my papers back to me due to you are told me a different story all the time. If you are not sending document.
Please do the needful.

My complaint is with poor staff at HDFC BANK. I had submitted investment forms to make a few investments in Mutual Funds on 13 July 2017 at HDFC BANK, Koramangla Bangalore. I had personally did this to avoid any delay..as even a single day delay wud cause me a loss on the basis of that days NAV. After this I didnt receive any update on my mutual funds nor money was deducted from my account. After my n no. of phone calls I was told that one of my Application forms had a signature missing! Can u believe that they noticed this not then wen I was filing it in front of them..a week later they tell me that sign is missing! After, signature my MFs were assigned to me but this was certainly a great loss of money as share market was up in aweek and I got high rates. Utter loss!

I Have a HDFC Bank Credit Card. I have some purchasing in the time period from 13th Dec-2017 to 31st March-2017. Total Purchsing amount is Rs.20316/- and Total amount paid by me is Rs.20500/-.

After that now the HDFC Banker calling me and says that your due payment is 4000/- something. I have totally details of payments deposite by me.

Now, Kindly rectify this problem, Otherwise I'm taking some other action on these.

I have been getting repeated calls from an HDFC agency [protected]) mentioning that I am using the above-mentioned HDFC card and that it was issued in my name in 2017 and I had made a transaction off some 551 Rs in 2017. The late payment / interest charged have now accumulated to 6043.

I would like to mention here that I never requested / received / used this card ever. When I ask for a POD for the card, my transaction, I am redirected to the bank, the customer care of which is pathetic in itself not to respond to the same. The request Id for my complaint was ([protected]) - no one has reverted.

I then mailed HDFC customer support and they also sent a couple of mails without actually resolving the issue.

All in all I am dragged into something for which I am not responsible for and I am being harassed every now and then for payment. The agent asks me to settle - why the hell should I? I get calls when I am driving / in the middle of meetings etc.

Hi

I do not have any kind of relationship with HDFC Bank but still I am getting harassment calls from HDFC Band Cedit Card Collection department.

Reason being My daughter has not made minimum payment of their credit card. As she is married and from last 2 years I dont have any contact with my daughter. I am getting threatening calls from HDFC Bank.

I want to know on which basis they can call me. Did they ask me before issuing credit card to her or Am i guarantor?

I request the bank not to call me again otherwise I have to take some action against them.

I wanted a locker from HDFC. I was told by Miyapur Hyderabad branch that I will have to open a SavingMax joint account and have 1, 00, 000 fixed deposit. He also told me that since I am making the fixed deposit i dont have to maintain a minimum balance. So I opened a joint saving account in my and my wife's name. I asked if the fixed deposit can be mede in my wife's name, he said ya its ok.
But after 2 months I got the statement where Rs 1680 was deducted for not maintaining minimum balance. I contacted customer care and the branch ... now they are saying fixed deposit should be name in primary account holder and my wife is secondary account holder so it will not be considered. When I told its you only who said before that I can open fixed deposit in my wife's name, then he said nothing can be done, once money is deducted it wont be reverted back in any case. I pointed out even you product litrature does not say fixed deposit should be in name of primary account holder on what basis you are claiming this. He said it are their internal rules, so nothing can be done now. This is the way HDFC bank cheats customers.

Ya it no use opening account with HDFC bank ... why to maintian high balance there when you can have same facilities in SBI, PNB or Andhra bank with minimum balance only Rs.500. In the name of min balance we are losing intrest if we had put same money in fixed deposit with SBI.

Dear Sir,

I took a personal loan from HDFC bank on the condition of debiting my a/c for EMI from ICICI bank every month, my 1st month's EMI was deducted sucessfully but since then from 2nd month they have called me saying they are not able to process my EMI so i need to call my bank and resolve my issue...they have not sent me any letter but keeping on calling me as if i am a defaulter and abusing me daily...on email of them says some issue with ECS and other says some issue with my signature...

They are now telling me to pay through a DD or cash or they will send a collection agency person to my house which i strongly object. Just because they are not able to deal with my bank for reasons which are unknown to me i am being dragged between issues with both the banks in spite of having sufficient amount in my a.c throughout the month...

I would sincerely request you to help me out of this kind of loose behavior from HDFC bank ...

I am availing my account in HDFC Bank and applied for re-issuance of new DEBIT CARD in Dec., 09 starting. But till the end of the DECEMBER, 09, i have not received my new DEBIT CARD. Whenever, i had tried to customer service cell of this bank, they gave me a new complaint number and stated to wait for seven (07) working days on any revert of my complaint. This bank is just arseholls and nothing else.

hdfc bank (santoshi mata mandir road kalyan) has disclosing personal details to unknown person information such as mobile nos, personal account details, transactions.
this is second time when unknown person calling from unknown noumber on my mobile phone.he is having account details .But yesterday when enuired people in bank they are denying any source who is calling on the behalf of the bank.Today the person came again to collect cheue for account having many cheues in hand with hdfc slips . He is having all details of accounts but no personal id card.
the information very sure is correct but why bank is giving to unknown person.? also if such person recruited from bank then bank officers denying such kind of sources?
very bad reputation will create for hdfc bank

i totally agree regarding the services offered by HDFC bank. I had v worst experience with HDFC, besant nagar branch, chennai. They forced me to take up a mutual fund. After investment, they are least borthered about it. Whenever i enquire, they say go and contact mutual fund branch at mount road. i have given instructios to do SIP for HDFC top 200. BUT for 1 year they have invested in tax saver fund. Its clearly a mistake from their side, but they are not ready even to take action. Since the amount is small, they answer asif, what happened now, your money is not lost, its invested with a different fund. Too bad in customer service. we need to pass the message abt HDFC. I personally send a mail to my coropate PRO of my comany to stop recommending HDFC for opening accounts to freshers who join the company

I had taken a policy of 'Young star' with insurance coverage giving me so many dreams shown in excel sheet. It involved intial amount of Rs 5 lakhs investment, in the yr 2017, followed by payments of Rs. 50, 000 for 3 consequetive years. This was terms and condition agreed at the time of investment .I paid all these payments in NRE. In 2017 January, I got a cheque of approx Rs. 4 lakhs in Indian Rupees (that too not an NRE cheque) from ur bank, saying that all is closed.

You can clearly see that I have lost around Rs. 2.5 lakhs at the end of 4-5 yrs. It would have been a better choice to put it in fixed deposit else where which would have given me double the amount by now.

In the month of december I was purchasing about rs.96000. Since last 2 months till date I have not got my statement. I used to call their customer services lines at delhi but they told me they send the statement. If you will charge the interest I will not pay that interest. Plz send me statement... At my address or u can e-mail me simmi.8622@yahoo.co.in...

I was hold a credit card of HDFC BANK
[protected] AND HAVE BEEN PAYING MY DUES ON TIME.
ON 18 SEP, 2017 I GOT SETTLEMENT LETTER NO. S.0586947 FROM HDFC BANK.
TELLING ME THAT MY CARD IS SETTLEED AT RS.72200.00

SIR, WE HAVE MADE COMPLETE PAYMENT BUT 3-4 INSTALMENTS.

BUT I AM STILL GETTING REMINDERS FROM BANK ABOUT THE PAYMENT.

I WANT TO BE IN GOOD BOOKS OF BANK AND HENCE EACH PENNY I HAVE CLEARED.
THRU CHECKQUES. I GOT A CALL FROM HDFC BANK. THAT MY SETTLEMENT IS REJECTED.

COULD U PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ISSUE.

On dec 2017 azmat singh retire from the above said partnership and I only is a continue partner with this above said firm till now. I had original deeds of the above said firm with me and if need I will show. Sir, now it came to my knowledge that on date 20 oct 2017 mr azmat singh fraudulently take loan from your bank by proving himself owner of above said firm, loan account number is 3296316 and amount financed 531000.00 and bus registration number is ch03u-8081.
Sir, it’s a surprise for me that how can your bank issue loan without checking sufficient documents. Mr azmat singh compliance with rohit raghuvanshi file forged documents for obtaining loan, rohit raghuvanshi is a son of azmat singh and he is the only person who deals with bank agents so you are requested to kindly look into the matter.

I had been consulted by a person named Mr.Anil Goher who works in HDFC Bank. He assured me that i will get the sanction letter for the Loan within 7 working days of the bank. After submitting the documents to him i paid the owner of the flat nealy half the amount of that flat, but after 15 days Anil is refusing to give me the sanction letter and asking me apply in some other bank. Because of these the owner cancelled the deal and i had bear a lose of nearly a lac rupees.

Hi,

I lost my debit card in June 2017. I have been chasing HDFC customer service and Gujrawal Town - ring road branch and no one given any resolution to me yet.

I am running in circles but there is no avail. From CSE to branch Manager no one knows there job properly and due to there irresponsible behavior I am left with no money and no debit card.

HDFC is doing wrong for their customers by deducting for unwanted charges atleast without informing to customers.

This week i, e 22, 23 & 24 they have deducted the 1100 rs from my account without my permissions which is illegal & we take action for this.

Hence need explaintion for this & need to return back the deducted amount within 24 hrs.

Because this has happened second time without notice.

I had taken a Mutual fund from HDFC bank jakkasandra branch on 9th november 2017, they have given me a slip for that after a long time i came to know they have lost that form and cheque what i had given to them they didnt even inform abot this to me, i came to know about this when i visited the branch on 26th december 2017, and when filling my investment i have mentioned that as an investment, later i blocked that cheque it cost another 110 rupees to me.

It was really a painful experience while dealing with HDFC bank employees i got very rude responces from them.

Greetings for the day

I am having an salaried account with HDFC bank since last 2 years also having a credit card issued by them.

My complaint is that on 1st of this Feb, when my salary got transferred into the salary account the bank holds the funds and block my money till the time I was having no clue why did they do so? when inquired about the same I got to know that due to non-payment of my dues towards the outstanding amount of credit card the credit card department has seized the amount from my account - this was really weird as I don't have any knowledge that bank has any right to do this...kindly correct me if I am wrong? else nobody will trust the banks and put their money inside the accounts?

secondly if they would like to do anything hard on the costumer front they should talk to the customer first why he/she is not paying the dues on time, even just to mention here I got a msg from my brother that a bank representative call him and ask him to pass a msg to me in order to make the payment for which my brother told them that I am out of town and in a day or so I’ll pay the amount after returning back to town... but that also goes in vein as without allowing me to make the payment they seized my bank account! now I am having a big problem as I am also having a running loan from the HDFC bank for which the EMI is deducted from the same account - if in any case the EMI is not paid by the due date I'll have to pay the chq bouncing charges as well as other dues... even I have not paid the rent where I am residing currently...

I have called them number of times but getting no positive response from their side at least they should release the money from my account after deducting the minimum payment due for credit card so that I can manage to pay other dues

I also wrote them the same on "talktous@hdfcbank.com" so that they can also be aware about the same but got a failure notice from the said email id...

Kindly help me out...

I want to say that my card no is [protected] now, I want to say that your department is constantly misleding me from last three months, regarding closure of my c/c . firstly they gave me a policy and change my payments into emi mode.and In turn I want to settle the whole amount. Now when I want a preclose of the same, these people not able to give me any address of your department to deal the same. If u people d’ont have any place to work for these complaint, how do u work on roads.
If this letter reaches up to any kind of ur bank authority please give me solution to tackle this situation. I m mentally very much disturbed with this, and not able to handle stress any more.please provide me following information
1. address of c/c department in delhi.
2. phone no of concern authority for closure and settlement of c/c
3. procedure to close and settle the c/c
4. how do the policy given to me forcefully be returned an refunded
5. how much amount I have to pay for settlement, in case when I had already pay around 2 lac rs on usage of mere 50 thousand

I had withdrawn an amount of rs.7000. but instead of getting rs.7000 I got rs.5000 and the receipt was genereted for rs.7000. i. e instead of getting five (5) 500rs notes I got five (5) 100rs notes. that is 500rs notes were replaced by 100rs notes in tha atm at hyderabad. the atm where I had withdrawn the amount is dcb. I made a call and informed to the customer care executive of dcb and they asked me to inform to the respective bank the atm card belongs to. the atm card is of hdfc. so can any one let me know how to get back the lost amount of rs.2017. am having the notes with me for any further proof and the transaction number also. can any one please help me out in this issue.
