HDFC Bank car loan

Sur this is ajay Kumar s/o Shri kishan lal.
I don't take any loan from hdfc Bank but my cibil told me that you have a car loan.
When I visit in hdfc car loan department they told there is same document provided when the loan disbursed.
They give me the contact number of that person who take this loan.
I cl him. I meet with that person his.
I request to him please show me your documents he easily show his documents they are totally different but his have a car which is provided by hdfc Bank.
Then I again meet in hdfc Bank they told me that I can't do any thing. He provide me these documents.
Iam applying a loan from Hdb financial services Ltd they show me cibil and they provide me loan number.
The loan number is - [protected].
And also a credit card - [protected].
Please resolve this.
Hadfc bank is not supporting about it..

HDFC Bank credit card

Dear Authorities,

I have been using HDFC credit card for the last one year. I terminated from the organization and not being able to Pay the dues on time. I had called the customer care to help me out in this regards, Stating that I want to close my card and convert all my outstanding dues into EMI's. However, They stated that there is no possibility of that. I even asked the possiblity to settle my card since in no way I can go ahead and pay my dues. The rude behaviour of the customer service associate startled me. They are not even listening to my statement. They are sending collectors to my home and are harrasing me as well.

HDFC Bank cheque rejected without information

Dear sir,

The response from the Hdfc bank jntu Kphb Hyderabad branch is very ridiculous, they were rejecting the cheque without verifying signatures and not making a call to given numbers for verification, I have been a customer to it since 2006.once upon a time Hdfc Moto was customer friendly now it's a customer enemy's..proudest employees are there ..banks are playing with customer or with customers money after demonetisation..bloody banking society..

HDFC Bank unethical behaviour

Respected Sir,
As per ref.no:-HDFC/Complain/01/18-19, dated:02/01/19 I have given a complain letter to the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank, G.T.Road, Burdwan, W.B. accordingly after Verbal discussion with him & he has committed me within seven days he will give me the details information.
But coincidentally today is 22/01/19, around 17 days I have got no information.
Sir pl.let me know seriously otherwise I will have to go to law department for my safety and security.
Please consider me.

HDFC Bank zero balance account but still getting alert message for low balance

I have salary account of number. [protected].
While opening account they told me that it is zero balance account and I got email also for same.
Now I'm using it and I withdrawed money and balance gone below Rs.5000.
So now I'm getting SMS showing that Account balance is below minimum balance limit of 5000.
I showed SMS to bank employe and he said that nothing to worry about it just system mistake and It won't come again.
But still I'm getting this SMS.

HDFC Bank poor poor poor branch service

Respected sir/madam
I have a account with your bank in the name of gautam fastners. I want to complaint about pathetic service in your badewal road, ludhiana, punjab branch. Today I went to the bank for withdrawal of funds at 9:30 am and to my surprise the cash counted did not opened till 9:50 am. The bank manager & deputy had no worries at all that customers are waiting, rather they were giving a [censored] like reaction busy in gossiping. This is not the first time that I have experienced this kinda 'hospitality'. The best part is when someone threatens to complaint, the reaction is pretty cool saying do what you wanna do. This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable or expected from a entity like hdfc bank. I hope you will look in to the matter and do the needful at your earliest

HDFC Bank without prior intimation, cheque submitted for tv loan first installment and collected fine:its practice by hdfc bank

Still not solved complaint no-hbl-[protected], dated january 05, 2019 6:46 pm

Complaint no-hbl-[protected], complaint: cheated by hdfc, loan number - [protected]. This is my first installment and I have not got any prior intimation message from hdfc for loan cheq deposited in the canara bank for the date 05/01/2019.
Only morning 9:27 am got message from my canara bank that loan cheq is presented by hdfc. Normally all finance company having intimation procedure. But hdfc cheating mechanism my check is bounced and I have paid 650 rs fine, even after arranging the fund within two hours in my canara bank account I want my hdfc fine money and bounce cheq charges 253 else you prove that you intimated me before 05/01/2019

HDFC Bank no one converse after receiving a call

Respected sir/mam,

I. Kehkasaha sayyed - [protected] contact no.. Kindly be informed that it has been twice I have face the situation, telecallers dial the number but do not talk as they are busy in talking with their colleagues.

Second time recieved a call same thing happen & she was not accepting that she was busy with some thing else & disconnected a call.

Its request as hdfc bank is renown bank kindly keep professionals telecallers & train them properly rather than harassing a customer as everytime everyone does not remain free.

HDFC Bank credit card bills

As I was using a credit card that I lost today and I received a mail also of some 1180Rs outstanding amount without using card for last few months..My grievance is that when I was offered this card it was said from HDFC executive that it is free for Life time..Then how one can raise a bill of 1180 rs on me..it's nonsense..please discontinue my services..Thank you..For lost of credit card I had already lodged my complaint to your goodself.

HDFC Bank deduction of money from my credit card without information

Hi Team,

I own HDFC international dine card.
It was told me last year from your bank associate that this card will be lifetime free with no maintenance fees.
I found that there was a deduction of 2500+450(gst) has been deducted from my credit card without getting an acknowledge from me and i did not get any message or email for the same after the deduction.

This is really unethical thing which has happened. Without the knowledge of customer money has been deducted and false information has been given at the time of applying which is really not acceptable.

After this incident i feel that my accounts and my information are not secure with your bank. Please address this as soon as possible, and refund the money which has been deducted. I am not going to make any payment for the unethical deduction or transaction done by you. I am going to pay only the ethical transactions done by me and i am doing it since a year without fail.

HDFC Bank credit card

Hi,

I m very upset and frustrated too related to your service. First you guys give credit card lyk chocolate than took valuable money from customer lyk nothing. Now I hv understood why your name is big why your bank is no.1 bank bcz u guys took money from customers in d name of interest. No issue if a customer has borrowed something he has to pay his bill but u guys took 2 times more than what he has borrowed.
I have to pay 27k but I have paid 35k, 6k - 7k extra in d name of interest isn't it a joke. M very upset plz do something.
What I expect from u is just bill statement of every month including everything lyk what was my due amount and what I hv paid, internet what u guys put on my credit card evry mnth, and now I hv paid whole my again u guys put min due amount. You guys think that customer has lots of money to pay customer is getting money from tree.
And you guys called my parents and misbehaved with that is d most hurting part I hv nvr expected such things from such reputated so called No.1 Bank [censored].

Plzzz it my humble request to you to rpl me soon.

HDFC Bank access payment against credit card is not repaid

I was using credit card no. [protected] and I paid access payment against said credit card. Later on I received telephonic call from HDFC customer executive informing that my card is blocked and the access payment will be sent to me through DD. But later on they said that the same will not be processed and for that I have to call on 01725230701-702. Last 5-6 days I have been trying to contact on said number but all in vain. Then I contacted on no.0172-26160616 for my grievance, but no satisfactory answer is provided to me. Kindly arrange to refund my access payment within 2 days i.e. till 19.01.2019 in my saving account no.[protected] maintained in SBI, branch high court, chandigarh IFSC Code SBIN0050306 in the name of Vijay Kumar Dogra, otherwise I am going to consumer court for harrasing me.

HDFC Bank personal loan fraud

Dear sir / madam

This is regarding my personal loan -[protected]. I have applied for personal loan online after that I got call from your representative miss nandini (ph no - 9964349331), she asked me about my amount requirements and told me to that she will get it approved my loan @11.5% and asked me to submit document after that for same intrest rate I submitted my documents, than I got mail from hdfc that my loan has been approved @13.99% intrest for 48 months, than again miss nandini called me and asked to submit 3 blank cheque, for that I told her that I don't want pl at 13.99% intrest rate because I was getting loan from other banks also in less intrest, I asked her to cancle this application... After 15 minutes again she called and his manager mr. Chauhan (ph no-8951441681) asked me why I am not taking this loan, same thing I told him that I don't want loan @13.99% intrest, because I was getting form sbi @12.05%... Than he told me that he will make it 11.5% for 60 months and 1% will be processing charge for which emi will be ₹3299/ month... I again asked him that if intrest will be more than @11.5% than I am not going to take this loan, than he assured me he will do it for @11.5% only... After that he send his executive for cheque collection and agreement sign... But now what happen without my knowledge they have credited amount to my account @13.99% intrest for 48 months and 2.5% processiong fee, which I can't afford, and now I am feeling trapped by hdfc.

Sir/madam I am defence employee, I had a faith in hdfc banking, still I have faith that you will consider this issue and will take necessary action as soon as possible.

HDFC Bank retail banking

Dear bank
i am an account holder of your bank since 2015 my branch is that of kamala mills mumbai .. i am using your service from my home town branch of hdfc Madhupur Jharkhand .. off late due to change in your staff the branch located in rajbari road Madhupur has become worse than that of a state bank, there is lethargy lecherous behaviour, your employees are all the time looking for some ego massage from the customers, the standard has infact stooped so low that it feels like you are walking into a shoddy atmosphere where the rhetoric tone of your employees is " hdfc bank aaye hai, thoda to kasht uthana hi padega " bank which was a pioneer in delighting customer is on its way down hill, it fills my heart with disgust and mind with frustration everytime i have to visit bank for paltry banking services like a mere deposit or a simple RTGS, i am asked to go from this counter to another in a merry go round, straight from the old classic serials " office -office". Except that it was funny while your services here are pain in the arse !

kidnly take appropriate duly action otherwise i will close my account and move on, while your expansion in tier 3 towns and your plank strategy will go for a toss !

HDFC Bank credit card services

My name is Mrs.Jennet Chowalloor. I have been using the diners club card since2016. My card is due to expire on January 31st 2019. On January 5th I got a call from your customer service by someone named Pravin. I was asked to confirm my address. Since we had moved, I informed him the same. So he told me that the card would be delivered to my alternate address which was in your records, which is my work address within 4 to 5 business days. However, I did not receive it. On Saturday, January 12th I attempted to make a payment using the card I already have. But the payment didn't go through. Upon calling your helpline I was told that the card was blocked as the my new was returned back. And this was blocked without informing me. I am extremely disappointed by this. I was greatly inconvenienced. I am also told that the card cannot be sent to an alternate address even though I was informed it would be. I had not requested the card be sent to my alternate address. It was your customer service who told me they would do it. Atleast I should have been informed when the card was blocked. I would not have depended on it. I need an explanation for these casual approaches and I request my card be activated immediately.

HDFC Bank Deduction from my saving account

I am not going to pay credit card bill or transaction in account

I am unable to contact CUSTOMER care bcoz I have not debit card I dont have time to go branch my back bone broken even i have not able complain my mediclaim nor I am able to go esi
Even I have not Hdfc ergo complain money fully I mean to say Hdfc is cheater
No service and charge

HDFC Bank Money not received

Every month I have to ask your bank to look at my account when money is diposited in my account now it's been 9 month that I am having inconvince to use money so want to close my account worst banking service I want my account active today or I shall see what I can do at court because I have been complaining in all HDFC complaints box since one week and having problems at my day to day life

HDFC Bank unblocking my account

Dear,
Sir I am Abhishek Kumar from Jhajha (Bihar). My A/C No. is [protected]. Reg Mob no is [protected].
A cyber crime was made in my A/C on 14 Dec 2018 and i had seize my A/C by Cust Care of HDFC Bank.

Now i want to unblock my A/C. I have filled for unblocking my Account more than 3 time to Jhajha BM Neeraj Patel in my home branch Cardholder dispute form,
FIR copy,
Netbanking activation application and
New debit card form but till time i have not received any debit Card

My heartly request to you plz don't upset me and unblock my A/C
With New Debit Card & Net Banking.
