I have applied for Personal Loan vide application reference number is [protected] dated 10 Sep 2011 based pre-inquiry done with HDFC Bank. The rate of Interest was fixed as 15.5% after 4 stage of discussion i.e. preliminary inquiry with HDFC Bank rep, during documents collection and verification and during HDFC welcome call. Please note that the Welcome call has been telephonically recorded at HDFC side and the rate of interest of 15.5 was very well discussed during the time of discussion. At later stage, I have lodged complaint for vast delay in sanctioning loan as they promised within 3 days during initial commitment. However, HDFC later they came to me verbally and in writing that they have communicated to me only 16.75% during Welcome call. I have asked the HDFC to play the Welcome call recorded. They have denied to do so initially. After repeated complaints with HDFC PNO office, they have informed that they have not recorded the Welcome Call at all.
In view of the above, I understood that HDFC Bank is a fraud bank. Later on I have asked the Policy of Customer Complaint Handling, Compensation, Teleettiqutte and personal Loan processing procudure from the Bank to disclose the documents for Banking Transparancy. Tilldate Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh, Who is the PNO was not acknowlged my Complaint to his PNO office and not replied to the documents, Which i have sought.
In view above, I request all our friend do not even think of HDFC FRAUD BANK .

I am further convey my feelings to you that I never expect a PNO level officer can do a malpractice for a matter of small concern.
It is very simple to verify the recorded Welcome call and say, yes there is a mistake at HDFC end. No body is going to cut the head of PNO.
But, the denial of sharing the information and saying wrong information is off course is very poor in projecting the image of entire HDFC.

Further, I have made complaint with Banking Ombudsman, Bangalore for action. However, RBI's Banking Ombudsman, Bangalore manager is core to the corrupt. Even, he didn't hear the evidence, I have furnished to him. He closed the complaint as HDFC's explanation is deemed ft and correct without scrunity. Further, I sought him to do work as per Banking Ombudsman rules... He replied in writing, he need not follow Banking Ombudsman law. This ensures that RBI Banking Ombudsman officer's also core to the corrupt to support HDFC.. etc...
This county is like that... we have to live like this...

(2) Also, Complaint at http://www.core.nic.in/ with compensation of Rs10, 000/- or more for mental harassment.
(3) Start recording the tele conversation with HDFC
Don't expect any resolution from HDFC bank officers... all are fraud... in my experience...
Fight for your rights, at appropriate manner and screw them...

Dear Friends,
In lieue of the transparency and business conduct and malpractices from HDFC loan.
Same thing happened with me as well regarding the committed rate of interest and duration for disbursal.
When I denied to sign the disbursal loan agreement, surprisingly they asked me for processing fee. When I denied again they told me to issue the legal notice.
So, this is the kind of customer handling and business practices they are following.
Mr. Krunal and Mr. Ganesh (Both refered as Mgrs to me) were the culprits and i was the victim. Anyhow I avoided to get caught into thier net.
Please avoid HDFC loans. They are genuine fraudesters and non professional fellows with no sense of business conducts.

I am kapil Saraf, i have applied for personal loan and my loan account no - [protected].
I have got disbursement letter on July 18 2012 and amount is not transfer in my account till today (Aug 07 2012).
And My EMI (7500) has been started. When i asked to executive, i have not got money so how EMI can start. They said i will check and call back to you
and they don't call back.
Alpana was the HDFC executive and Sameer Joshi was her Boss, Both the person has provided me wrong information and commitment as well.
Its almost 20 days delayed in my amount, so i just want to know who is the right person to take action on these executives.
Request you to escalate this mail to higher management and take proper action.
