I have called one customer care executive for credit card details, she has been very rude in replying back to my queries & was using bad language. Her Name is Rupali, she is from Pune customer care centre for credit cards, i told her i want to give complaint to your manager she refused saying this is a non transfereale line, i asked her to provide with number where i can esclate she refused to provide me that even, i asked her to give me her full name & address of the office where she is situated at, she refused to provide me details about that even saying its against our policy, however i know it well that i have full right to know full name of the person whom i am dealing with. She was shouting at me forno good reason.
I hope company doesnot teach her all this.
I am very disappointed with the attitude of your customer service representative, i want this issue to be escalated otherwise i am going to take further action into it. I hope company takes some action, give employees atleast training to deal with their customers.

I had an HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD, I have paid all dues for Settlement as cheque but also they haven't gave me an Letter and torturing me to pay more and also blocking my S/B Salary account and asking me to pay the card amount i have paid more than my limit i have for settlement but they cheated without giving any settlement letter and still they are asking me to pay every day they are torturing me.

I am getting cals from HDFC saying that i have been approved for Lifetime Credit Card seeing my transaction with HDFC. And after applying for the card they inform me that my card is not approved and they dont even give me reason for that. This is second time it happened to me. Even i get message in my netbanking that i have approve lifetime credit card. When HDFC dont want provide me card why keep calling me and asking me to apply. Atleast why they are not providing me the reason why the card is denied for me.
We put the credit cards machine in our premises for giving facility to our customers for pay the money through debit or credit cards. After settled the batch on evening, with two or three days we receive the cheque for the same, but we dont receive the details under which receive the cheque.

I have a platinum plus crdit card and did try to login at my registered Id and passwords b to see the account imformation but failed each time did try to registere of to generate new password but failed call on phone banking as well as visit to nearest branch of HDFC but problem not solved.
I had a credit card from HDFC Bank ([protected]) as far as I can remember and I done a sattlement with the bank for the amount and I have cleared the amount on specific date. Now they are again coming up with due amount of Rs12000 + taxes.

I, recieved a message (sms) on my mobile regarding transaction of 1usd in itunes at 04 jan 2011 at 0758 pm. the message was sent by vm-txnalert.This transaction was not done by me.I did not use my credit card for any transaction after 02 jan 2011.I request you to kindly look in to this and not charge this amount in my card statement.

I have lodged a complaint regarding excess payment vide letter dated 16.7.12, addressed to Manager, HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box No. 8654, Thiruvanmiyar, CHENNAI 600 041. I talked to customer care centre also in this regard. However, no response has been received till date.

Yes they are very rude and don't know how to talk, they don't how to talk, they are not polite and rather annoying, I made a complaint and the complaint team called me and was so defensive and apologised but I don't think they really for the behaviour of their executives, no standard just like taking to airtel.in customers service. just compare to citibank Customer services. Hdfcbank is pathetic
