Hebeos Returns near impossible

I wish I saw this site before I ordered the dress. And it also appears no one's problems have been resolved.

I was skeptical about ordering the dress as the pricing was very reasonable and the dresses so beautiful.

The site says returns are easy. They are on a completely different time zone so communication is slow. But basically they asked like 5 different questions over a week's time only to say, "Oh well you ordered the wrong size, sorry there's nothing we can do. Go to a tailor to see if you can have it altered". There is no returning the dress. I am stuck with it and it doesn't fit. The sizing is definitely not US sizing and I ordered a size up to be sure. Disappointed and angry.

Hebeos Wedding dress

My daughter purchased a wedding dress from Hebeos. She ordered 2 sizes bigger than she actually is just to be safe. The dress was so small we couldn't even do it up. I need to therefore return the dress but Hebeos are asking me to order a new dress before they will send a returns label. I cannot afford to do this. I need the refund to be able to pay for a new dress. Several emails have been sent, with considerable delay from Hebeos everytime. They still will not send a return label. My daughter is devastated and very stressed because of this.

Desired outcome: To be able to return dress and get a full refund.

Hebeos return policy

this company states that you can return an item within
14 days, but it is clear that they have no intention of sending you return instructions because they continue to ask you questions about why it doesn't fit, request photos of you wearing the dress, request your measurements and generally waste time with unnecessary correspondence so the time will run out for you to make this return.
It is not enough to simply state that it doesn't fit and you want to return it.

Hebeos Wedding Dress

Ordered a wedding dress on July 22, 2021 from Hebeos. When it arrived, it was not hemmed and there were rips and tears throughout the dress. I contacted the company to initiate a return for a refund and they sent me an email telling me to find a local dress alteration company to make some alterations. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. ALTERATIONS WILL NOT FIX THIS DRESS. I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Hebeos Return policy

As per the refund policy, it is stated that dresses will receive a full refund if the customer is not happy or the item is faulty. The item that I received was a completely different colour to what was shown in the picture. So I kindly asked for a refund and I was denied. This place just wants to take your money. Don't waste your time. I'm so upset, I've now lost $200. As you can see below they have copied the photo from white fox boutique and claimed that they used the same material which it is not. This is shown in the photo of both dresses next to eachother on the bed

Hebeos Product/Customer Service/Return Policy

My order number is U30210629170849550. I ordered PO16033PO1252 & PO16033PO1408. I placed my order 6/29/2021 paid $54 for expedite delivery and received them on 7/14/2021. I was so dissatisfied I emailed customer service the same day I received them. Since then I have over 20 emails back and forth without a positive resolution. Both dresses do not look like the picture they have on website. Dresses are cheaply made. Both dresses are A-line but they have to much volume and feel heavy. They have cheap lace not like the one on the picture. Last I heard is if I return dresses I would not get a refund instead I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and be responsible for all shipping fees.

Desired outcome: Return Dresses/They should make it clear on website you will not receive the exact dress they promote

My complaint is similar to the others I have read here. The website says easy returns, which is why I felt safe in ordering from them. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding in the size I usually get and based on their measurement guide. It did not fit me in the shoulders, so I initiated a return, just as I would with any other online retailer. They want me to measure the dress, send them pictures, measure myself, get a seamstress to fix it, etc. anything but allow a return and refund my money. They say it’s custom made, but it’s just made to a set of measurements for a certain size. These people are crooks who lure you in with false claims of easy orders and returns when they have no intention of ever returning your money if you aren’t satisfied. If I had their address I’d cut the dress into shreds and send it back to them. But I’m sure postage to China is pretty expensive. This experience has taught me to buy from reputable retailers based in the US who deal with their customers fairly. I’m just going to consider this a total loss and lesson learned.

Hebeos Poor quality

I had ordered a dress, which when received is of atrocious quality and definitely not worth the money paid. The company is not giving me a refund even though I have sent multiple emails including sending photographs. It's an awful dress which I do not want to keep and need a full refund for but won't get a return address or refund form from them

Hebeos Asian size confusion to u.S.A. Size gone wrong...

Do not buy from heboes y'all! they have the worst customer service ever! vivian was hella annoying asf to work with. Mark is full of [censored]. They don't mean what they say nor do. How you gonna tell a customer to pay for shipping fee and a 30% restock fee and not pull through with it? [censored] you heboes! do not shop with heboes, i repeat don't!

Hebeos Dress

I ordered a dress from hebeos they have a return policy . The dress that came was worn ripped with a broken zipper snd a different color and size. They argued over emails telling me they will give me only 10% back and to use that money to take it to a local person to fix ? I sent snails back until they send they will refund it but not my shipping which was $60 I sent it back and they send me fault emails saying "please confirm that you want us to refund your money " I say yes and the next day they write " should we confirm your refund " I wrote yes and this is going on for about 2 weeks and this scam is nuts ! Please tell me how to proceed and how I also go about the $60 shipping which I need refunded because this is not what I ordered!

Hebeos Prom dress

I ordered prom dress not realising they were based in China. It is poor quality and looks nothing like the picture and does not fit properly. I am told it was made to my sizes and I should pay a tailor to make it fit. Was offered 10% refund.
The website is misleading as makes out the refund process is simple but they will not refund.
I want my money back.

I just had a similar experience
I was finally told where to send it back for full refund ahd shipping
Now I get daily emails saying they won’t refund the $60 shipping and asking me to confirm I want a refund . This is confirmed daily for 2 weeks and evey day I get another snail from Cherry asking me if I want the refund abd to confirm

This company is taking people money from all over the world and not sending the right item to customer.they are very disrespectful in the customer support. Rogar and jason is disrespectful.they both told me that am not getting any refund back and I most pay extra money to get my dress fix.they told me nothing wrong with my dress.i explained to them I need to return it back so that I can get to buy another dress somewhere else but they don't want to send me an address.my wedding is put off because of this company heboes.they took my money and then send me crap in the mail.4 day ofter I reach the dress I reach out to this company non-stop.

Hebeos Refusing to refund payment

When I tried to return the dress within the stated timeframe returns could be made within 7 days. The agency gave me nothing but back and forth run around and refused to take the dress back and give a refund. I have spoken through email to at least 7 different people and as of today they state they are only willing to give 10% of the dress payment as a refund.which would be 17.00.
Do not buy from this website. They do not abide by what they state they will do for returns and they also falsely advertise their product. When shown the issue with the dress. They state it isn't a problem and discrepancies from the dress pictured on the website should be expected since the dress is tailored. Then why are they advertising a dress they will not be able to create? Buyer beware!

Hebeos princess bateau long sleeve dress short/mini chiffon dress

I purchased a dress on hebos.com 9/22/2019 and received my package 10/08/2019.

I opened the package to find the dress in orange color, and clearly very long in the sleeve and height. Dress did not compliment my daughter's complexion and it was long in height. See attached pictures to show the dress color and height/fit. Clearly the tule is missing on my dress vs the picture shown on the website.

I reached out to hebos customer service via emails(all of the emails are attached). Initial email was sent by me on 10/10/2019. Hebos stated that their colors can be different and I have to accept it as it is, even though their return policy states that they would offer refund. That is the only reason I purchased from this online merchant. So when I realized the fit and color was different, I was under the impression that they would stand by their return policy.

They asked for pictures and I sent it to them. They came back with "sorry to tell you that we cannot find out big problem of this dress from your pictures". They basically want me to accept their misrepresented product and unwearable dress due to the unproper fit and poorly made product. More over they had an unprofessional attitude and was unwilling to work with me. They never wanted to correct the problem.

I purchased with full confidence due to their pictorial representation on the site. They are not a reputable merchant, as the product varies in color and fit, and they are NOT willing to work with their clients.

Merchant did not try to correct this problem and basically told me I have to live with it.
I have not returned this dress as I am still waiting for return authorization from the merchant.

Be aware! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS MERCHANT, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT OR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

Hebeos service

I ordered dresses on the 7th September and paid £190 in total for 3 x dresses for a wedding, within that cost I paid £30 was for a quicker delivery 2-3 days. As it stands today 4th November I still don't have my dresses, and I have requested a refund on 14 x occasions which is my consumer rights in the uk when purchasing items online. All emails sent back from customer services are ignoring my request and I still don't not have my dresses.

I have now reported hebeos to the trading standards dept due to their business conduct, Im running out of patience asking for my money back, I purchased the dresses in good faith and expected them for a wedding that's why I paid an additional £30 at the time but didnt receive them.

I've emailed back and forth now 37 x emails, this service is the worst I have every experienced

Hebeos dress order #u301909201417

my daughter ordered this dress, but it doesn't fit properly (A-Line/Princess V-neck Chiffon Sleeveless Pleats Short/Mini Dresses) she has a small frame so this dress does not fit her right in the shoulders. Top part does not fit properly and straps where attach to lace back are crooked. Also she is not happy with the color. Dress is darker and more mauve than pink. This is not like the color on the website. your customer service reps are not helpful and apparently there is no phone number to contact anyone.
i am very unhappy with this company. i do not want to keep this ugly, cheaply made dress. i want to return it and i want a refund. your return policy has so many loop holes, customer service tells me that dress cannot be resold; which is crap because its a size 2 with no special modifications.
i still want to talk to a supervisor regarding this order. and i will be filing BBB claim against this company also.

I ordered two dresses in different sizes for my son's wedding. I received 4 dresses! The dresses were huge and very poorly constructed. I contacted the company and asked to return them. I was told to take pictures and send them, which I did. I have chatted with numerous different people about this problem, and have not gotten it resolved! I was told that I could not return them! Hebeos dress

If only I had found this site prior to ordering I never would have done business with this company. Dress arrived- wrong color. Dress was to be a dark green- the one that arrived was teal. Provided photos yet they insist the colors are the same. They are not. The dress is also a poor fit despite having sent measurements to their specifications. They refuse to remedy the situation so we are are stuck with a dress (not inexpensive by the way) that we cannot use and have to come up with some other dress in the next two weeks.

I was hesitant to order from an overseas company but had decent luck with one last year so thought I would give it a try at my daughter's Urging since she found something she loved. Huge mistake. Never again. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different company.

Hebeos do not purchase from hebeos.

This company is a rip off, and possibly the worst customer service ever. I'm really careful when I shop online to check if they allow refunds/exchanges. Their website shows they allow refunds, but they really don't. I contacted them after I noticed the quality of the product was very poor. I didn't expect too much, bit given the price of the dress I thought it would a little better. The straps were falling apart, and it's a heavy dress, so i contacted them to see if i could exchange (obviously I'd pay for shipping). After going back and forth arguing via email because they don't have a phone i simply gave up. I tried to get a refund thru my bank, but no luck. I'm just out $200 now... WORST BUSINESS EVER.

Ordered a dress on 8/10, received on 8/21, contacted them within minutes that the quality of the dress was terrible. After email exchanges back and forth they refuse to issue the return even though I did everything as indicated on their website to initiate the return. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.
