On Febuary19 2025 I realized my bank account was charged 175.00 for a product I did not order. I called customer service to have this charge removed. I explained to Katia the supervisor I spoke to that I did not finalize this order. She said there was no way to refund my money and offered me 50% off my charge. I denied that seeing all I did was inquire about the product. I was told when I inquired about this product a Dr. would text me to see if I was eligible for the product at that point I did not respond to the Dr. text since I decided against this product.
