terrible offer at clt location
Very disappointed in having to stop at this location, CLT on 07/05/2018 around 7:55PM. Just looking for a quick snack with coffee. Almost no offers on the window, terrible coffee, very ordinary options. Such a great location, so many people around and you guys have nothing at least good to offer. No even a espresso maker!
I am glad to know this location and will never stop there. I had to stop with my 80 Year old mom, to get a snack before an international flight. The coffee was terrible... almost nothing to offer as a muffin or croissant...nothing. The lady Norella who was working there, was just GREAT, very helpful, very polite and friendly, but poo girl, nothing much to work with. I would ask your store to close down and give the space to other merchant who can offer anything better. No even the receipt could be printed clear.

My co worker and I went for our lunch break at Quiznos and had a TERRIBLE experience. We demand compensation for the horrible customer service that Latosha provided us. She was rude, incompetent, and not helpful at all. She looked as if she hated her job and wanted to be anywhere else. She rolled her eyes at me and I was so disgusted that I could not even eat my sub.

I stopped at this location with some other people to grab a bite before our flight. (June 30th, 11:46am) They were busy, but not super busy. Maybe 15 people waiting to order or for food. I place an order for one burger. No special requests, just a plain bacon burger off the menu. 25 minutes later still no burger. I'm sorry but that is just plain ridiculous. Others were waiting longer than that. It was the worst managed place I have seen. Kids running back and forth with no Idea what to do and one older lady bagging food. Even when others tried to help she wouldn't let them. She was obviously the manager by the way she was talking to the staff. Me and others in my group had to leave without getting our food or a refund because we were going to miss out flight. We missed our spot in boarding because we waited so long. I don't know what the solution for your company is there at that location but you need to do something. I look forward to hearing a reply from you about this situation.

On Jul 2, 2018, I stopped at Burger King (CLTBKG02)(198312 Hong)before my flight. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, fries and a bottle of Fanta orange (easy enough). The guy in front of me is already pissed because his order is messed up. So I wait on mine, I should be next. But no, a guy come back from where ever, saying his order is wrong they take care of him. Them everyone behind me gets their order! Finally I get my order and it doesn't have bacon on it that I paid for. Mind you now my plane is boarding and I can't wait. This is the worst BK that I have encountered. No structure at all. You are taking people's money, knowing that you are just giving them bs meals, because we are at your mercy. My wife and I stopped at the Morton travel plaza for a Starbucks ice coffee
They said they could not make a skinny Frappuccino so she settled for a iced coffee sugar free which was awefull we also asked for medium drinks and got small ones. Then I asked her to just take a dollar off my Starbucks card and I would pay the difference well she took all my funds off the cards I will never get a drink at a travel place that has Starbucks in it. poor customer service
I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese from Iroquois Travel Plaza. When I got home and opened it and there was so little cream cheese on it that I couldn't even spread it around. I brought it back and showed it to Betty and she made me a new one. As she was making me a new one I was waiting at Dunkin for it and i hear an employee named Melanie complaining about Betty making a new bagel. Betty stated that she was making a new order for a customer and Melanie stated in front of other customers to Betty that your daughter doesn't count as a complaint. Just because I am Betty's daughter i am still a paying customer. This experience makes me feel as I am not welcome to Iroquois Travel Plaza to buy food or drinks. I am very disappointed by the customer service at Dunkin but as for Betty I am very proud on how she handed the situation as an employee and supervisor.

Flight delays at dinner time and fifty people in line and the workers couldn't figure out they should be making food. Instead they were asking every customer if they really wanted to order. Neither one acted to intrested in being there and must have been trying to get out early. And while I waited for my food I find out they don't have or won't serve any ice cream. Ice cream is half the menu! WTH?
Update. They are now out of fries and look at my nasty burger. Where is the LTO, juicy 1/2 pound patty, and bbq aioli? Terrible food, service, and employee attitudes.

Whatever happened to the good ole', "poyeye's" back in the day? My husband and I were so disappointed with the food. I ordered the cajn fish meal and he ordered the two piece spicy chicken meal. Yuckie, yuck!
My fish came with 3 small pieces of non - identifiable objects and fries, they were so hard as if they had been sitting under the light all day. It didn't taste like fish nor look like fish and everything was room temperature.
My husband's chicken was also room temperature, with 2 dried up pieces of wings that you could actually see the bone and a small dried up breast that looked like a thigh until you broke it open.
The experience, "disgussing!"
I wanted our money back but the line was too long and I decided I would complain to the company instead.
I understand I should probably, consider the source but I can say the same about the company.

roy rogers
Me and my family stopped at Roy Rogers at Indian Castle and decided to split a 10 piece chicken tender for lunch. The worker then in formed us the only have enough for a 5 piece. We were confused because it was 1 oclock on a Tuesday and they were out of chicken tenders. We felt that at lunch time they should have chicken when most of thier menu item are chicken. On 20 Jun 2018 6:25PM my Wife wanted to try eating at Popeye's at the Middle Ridge Travel Plaza. We don't have a Popeye's wear we live so it was our first time eating at one. The girl working the counter was Krystile #356217, she was great. who ever the guy in back was he would have to speed up to stop, I have never seen a guy move so slow. About the food, My wife got the popcorn shrimp and I got the fish and popcorn shrimp. The only thing missing was the fish and shrimp. I have never seen so much breading on food. You need to change your jingle to love my breading at Popeye's. Worst meal I have had in along time for $19.22. First and late time at Popeye's.

On june 21, 2018, I went to the burger king at calgary airport to get a cheeseburger before my flight. Trying to order from the inattentive employee who does not appear to know anything about burger king was quite a chore. First, she said they did not have cheeseburgers. Rather than argue as I had a flight in 30 minutes, I ordered a whopper. Without paying attention as I still annoyed by not being able to get a cheeseburger, I did not even notice she had placed my order as a double whopper! How this useless employee went from a cheeseburger to a double whopper is beyond me. Then I asked if they had root beer, to which she said no. I was surprised, but decided to order a coke instead. Naturally, when I received my cup, the options included root beer. Come on burger king, can you please hire staff that understand the products you sell? Actually, never mind, I will simply just not go there in the future. My own fault, there was a great canadian bagel right beside that I could have chosen to go to. I chose poorly, but that won't happen again!

We purchased 1 Deluxe & 1 Reg. sandwich & medium Waffle fries. The fries were "warm" at best & very "limp". The Deluxe sandwich was quite salty & the bun disintegrated into pieces while eating the sandwich.
Neither sandwich met our expectations of a Chick-Fil-A and we have eaten at others.
Very disappointing.

So I bought two naked mango juice since I had to wait for my flight to get there by the time it was time to board one of my juice got warm so I went back and asked the lady if I can exchange it for a cold one and she said no.tgen I asked her if I can talk to the manager and she said that she was the manager which she wants and if she she clearly didn't act like one.also I had to buy another item just to get an address of the store.

This is a BBQ rib restaurant in the airport and we were there between flights, decided on a BBQ plate with ribs, early in the day, about 5 PM, and the great Ray's BBQ Shack did not have any ribs! No restaurant should run out of their speciality item. With transportation as available as it is this restaurant should never run out of food items. It would be like Dairy Queen running out of ice cream. I received this email address from the receipt and thought it would be like one of those www.telltacobell.com or something that goes right to the business. Seems like this corperation is so large, running out of ribs at a teeny restaurant is no big deal
inattentive cashier
Today we stopped at Sloatsburg Travel Plaza, Burger King #7152, New York. The cashier was too busy speaking with her friend to understand my order, which I repeated 3 times, and when handing my wife the change the cashier did not even look at my wife. My wife's hand was outreached to receive the change but the cashier held it at least 10 inches away from my wife while looking at her friend still chatting in what I found out was speaking in Creole. My wife interrupted her by asking what language she was speaking in and only then did she look at my wife and get the change to her. Thought you might want to know.

So Starbucks located inside Mccarran international airport was very rude when asked to exchange a small bottle water for a larger one. Since there was no price around the water bottles I was not aware it was a better deal to buy the bigger one. The clerk (346233 Jubille) was so loud and rude about the whole process ...she didn't even thank us! We love Starbucks for their coffee and teas, the customer service we have gotten in the past is the cherry on top. However, the way we were treated while out of town was so disturbing.

I can't tell you how embarrassed and disappointed with the service I received at Starbucks, Store ID BWISTA06.
I felt like the baristas were inconvenienced with customers. I stood in line for at least 5 minutes to place my order, there were only 3 people ahead of me... I ordered a Grande Americano with 2 packets of honey. Nichole opened the packets with her teeth. Nichole looked like she's have me for lunch if I complained, she scared me. There also now 15 people in line and if my experience was bad, I didn't want to make it worse for them.
I work for Starbucks Corporate and was utterly embarrassed with the service. Everyone in line looked very unhappy with the slow, unfriendly service as well.
Please fix this... it was terrible...

I fly out of this airport just about every week and purchase my breakfast and coffe from this location most of the time as well. The stag today was incredibly lacking in customer service skills. The line was rather large no so I was unfortunate enough to witness this for longer than I would have liked. Any customer who presented their free coffe on the Starbucks app was informed they didn't accept it at this location. When customers inquired about the Starbucks protein box again not at this location. Even those just asking for hard boiled eggs revived the same answer. One time a customer was offered egg white bites and when she asked what they were she revived a blank stare. I spoke up and explained what they were an that they were my favorite so they were then ordered by the unknowing customer. She was about 20 or mor people ahead of me When I finally got to the front of the light e I had to repeat my order more than once as well as giving my name three times. Maybe they should turn the metal music they are listening to down so they can hear. I was waiting for my egg white bites and realized the woman who ordered them way head of me was still waiting she was quite flustered and commented maybe this crew needs to drink a little coffe to get their stuff together. Others chimed in. About five minutes later he bites finally arrived. I mentioned that I had some ordered as well. The. Barista snapped back. Their in the oven I'll get them when they are ready. I sat at gate sixteen waiting for my flight and witnessed the untrained and lack of customer service employees the entire time while listening to thei really loud music Maybe is they would learn to smile while taking orders and working with customers they would present a more positive experience for travelers
roy rogers rest stop lunch
This was my first visit to Roy Rogers. It was in a thruway setting in Massachusetts, so prices were ridiculously high. Thought I would be safe ordering a cheeseburger and fries. Found it was a lunchline cafeteria situation where I pick up a tray and take what I want. Hmm, ok, I found the cheeseburger stack and took closest one to me at bottom of line. Finally found french fries, took one of two standing. Found drinks and proceeded to check out. Was charged $12.17 for lunch. Wow! Got to my seat, opened burger and it was cold to touch. Tried french fries and same-cold and hard. Paid $5.29 for cold burger, $3.99 for cold, hard french fries and $1.99 for a tiny bottle of lemonade. Very unhappy. This was my first and last visit to Roy Rogers and your establishment.
