Just left the store. The regester personnel were very friendly and efficient. the cooks wore gloves, but their hair (which should have been in a net) was way too long and out of control.. One cook's hair was in braids and well below her waist. Her false eyebrows were exceptional long. The patron tables were filthy and the floor was dirty and sticky. Overall, the store appeared to be very unsanitary. Just thought you should know.

I am complaining of the rude and slow service.
Airport tims has the slowest service any where.
Management says they are always short staffed, and Sundays the crew is so IL trained IE.. they do not cut the bagels in half, every body walks around like zombies.
A suggestion it might be to HS host to have secret shopper, To truly confirm the slow and rude service of the staff.
The People who work at the Airport do not have a lot of the to wait 10-15mintes in line just to get a snack or a meal.
it is my opinion that slow and bad service it solely the fault of incompetent management.
food was not all the way cooked
I tried you guys food when y'all first came to the airport in terminal b I order the lemon chicken. Didn't check it because I figured it would be food fine> I get back to my store cut open my chicken in it was still pink. Now two months later I say let me give them another try, this time I asked the waitress to let the coo know I want it well done please... And again I didn't check it right then in there (which I should have) I get to my store again, outside looks perfectly cooked but when I cut it opened is was still under cooked (mad face) an the coo gave me the most smallest piece of chicken they had (because I asked for well done) y'all charge 23$ for that chicken in for the second time around my chicken wasn't done at all. I want a refund,

I ordered chick fil a last night at the dallas love field airport. I ordered chicken nugget meal. I didn't check the nuggets until I got on my plane. I tell you these were the worst nuggets I have ever received from chick fil a!
I must have got the bottom of the barrell because they were tiny tiny and no chicken. Mainly crumbs. It was shocking someone would even serve something like this to a customer!

Stopped for lunch while traveling. The employees were nasty! Downright rude! Grilled chicken sandwich was 1/4 inch thick, burnt and all dried out. Two sandwiches, 1 fries and 1 drink. Charged each thing separate instead of for a meal with an extra sandwich. On the fries was a coupon for a free coffee. "Take it someplace else we were told". Don't give out the containers with coupons if your not going to honor them. Store ID was ID4GSFC005. Check 2894. Then we walked over to the pretzel place and got one. Order Check 2912. Opened it in the car as we left. For $4.47 it was hard as a rock. Last time we will go to any Burger King! For $27.35 we got cold, terrible food with a bad attitude! Could have gone someplace else for a whole dinner for that price! Would be nice to get a refund. And now I have to agree to your cookies and have advertising sent to me!

Teresita (4842 on receipt) completely ignored me until someone else came along to place their order. I am in an electric scooter, but she had seen me when she gave the previous customer his food. I was about to leave when the other customer came up and she acknowledged him.
Missy on the other hand was very pleasant and made my drink correctly.
I didn't catch the name odd the other clerk that was filling everything and constantly getting onto her phone, and not acknowledging customers at all even though she was on the customer side.

We stopped in to eat at Shula Burger in Fort Lauderdale International Airport terminal on 11/30/2019 and found the service there to be terrible. Staff name on Receipt was Samantha, Check #6059. The line was long and moved at a snail's pace. Luckily we were not rushed to get on a flight, but many in the line were concerned about time for their flights. Staff seemed unmotivated to serve the customers. No sense of urgency or customer service. Took at least 15 minutes to receive 2 burgers, fries and soft drinks. Even noticed one staff member assembling order components with ungloved hands. Seating was also minimal.
If there was another viable option in this airport, I am confident this location would be a ghost town. Certainly not an operation that could survive in a competitive environment in the "real world" outside of the airport terminal.
Overall a poor option for eating while traveling. However, I will say that food quality was better than expected under the circumstances.
You can be assured that I will post these complaints on social media to warn the general public and to advise they eat before entering the airport.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

On Thursday, November 21, 2019 the manager on duty, Oiuda was extremely rude. Traveling is stressful enough and a meal before boarding a flight should be relaxing and enjoyable. Oiuda was call to our my table to discuss the quality of my dinner as it was presented from the kitchen. The kitchen omitted a condiment that was mentioned on the menu. She went to the kitchen to get the condiment but then nastily tossed it upon the table and quickly walk away. The original server apologized for her behavior. It was not nice to experience behavior like that before a 5 hour flight.

As I approached to place my order the employee was seated on a stool. I ordered a mocha frappuccino. I was told "We are not doing that." I didn't fully understand, so I reviewed the menu, observed that there was a machine to make the order and asked again. I was told "We are just not doing that." I could have accepted something like - we don't have the supplies or the machine is broken, but I didn't get anything and the employee never moved from the stool. I placed my order and stepped aside to wait. As I was waiting I had an opportunity to observe the unit. I have been to many Starbucks throughout the US and I have never, EVER seen a unit that was as filthy and unkempt as this. This store was not busy. The plastic back splash around the machine was nasty with crud and dried drips all over. The back counter looked to have unwashed cups, tools etc sitting on top of crumbs, spilled cinnamon? trash. The customer area that keeps sugar, cream, etc had old, dried cream, spilled sugar and trash all over. I came back about 45 minutes later, the 2 employees were not busy, one on the stool and nothing was wiped or cleaned. DISAPPOINTING

Stopped at HMS Host/Chick-Fil-A in Orlando Airport Store MCOOFA1 and ordered two CFA sandwiches and a large Waffle Fries. Quickly received two sandwiches and two small fries . Everything was overcooked and dried out as if it was prepared much earlier. Not my ususal CFA experience. Time was 8:48 PM on 11/15/19, receipt 3834. Second (and last) poor experience at this location.

On Sunday, November 10th, I had ordered a 10" chx burrito and asked for it without the tortilla. Marian (425031) put the same amount that goes on a 10" burrito into the container and then proceeded to say that she was charging me for a burrito bowl (which is nowhere on the menu board) and that it is $8.69, instead of the $7.69 for the 10". I advised that she only put the portion amount for a 10" in the "bowl", so I should not be charged more. I also asked about getting the chips and salsa that comes with the burrito and she said that since I did not get the tortilla, I was not entitled to the chips and salsa. I asked to speak to the Manager and another woman came over and after Marian spoke to her in whatever language it was, she advised that she agreed with Marian. I then overpaid for my food and went back to work. As I work for Southwest Airlines at the airport, I will make sure to spread the word to my 400 co-workers here in Nashville about the service I received from your business. i went to go get my usual coffee and i told the woman which her name was nithya and i told her to make my coffee i told her to change it for me because it was old and too dark and she told me that she would only make me a new one after the one i had is finished i told her that it was too dark and sour to drink so she just said that it was a fresh one and that she would not make me a new one she i had to drink it and i told her it was too sour and she still would not change it so i called her superviser out and he was the one who had to do it since she was unwiling to do it for me that is not good customer survice and that is something u can clearly see in this situation people like her are not responsible enough to work in these places. i come there often and i have not seen someone like her and y'all are not suppost to treat your customer's like that and i know how hard other people would work to get these jobs but she seemed like she didnt even care please talk to her about this i dont want to experince something like that again. her number is 414157. this happened on november 7 at 7:16. at e34.

I work at the airport & was getting a sandwich to have for my dinner. I ordered the classic italian on rosemary parmesan. The employee asked what kind of cheese I would like & I said swiss. She picked up american & started to put it on the sandwich. I told her I said swiss but she didn't care, she put american on it anyways. I told her I wanted lettuce, tomato, pickle, banana pepper & cucumber on the sandwich. She said they were out of cucumber. She finished my sandwich but had to wait for another employee making a sandwich for a customer in line in front of me. That customer asked for cucumber & there were cucumber slices!
My food choices at the airport are limited but I will not get a sandwich from location again.

I went to this place to order a grill cheese, I told the server Andrew #361435 I wanted grill cheeses sandwich with no fries, when it was served to me it had fries I told him I hadn't order the fries he said he thought I said with fries and that it didn't matter it was the same price with or without fries. I don't know if this is so or not. I got up to pay and I asked him if he was really going to charge me for something I didn't order he said I would have to pay. I told him he didn't even give me a fork or a napkin to eat with he said I didn't ask him. Really I said I paid but that was the worst service I have ever had there. Thank you for listen Joan Hachey

On October 21, 2019, my husband and I sat in your celebrity bistro the vibe your servers gave us was outstanding. Although work with back of the house and their negativity foul language, you can hear out of the window. Everything I asked of in alcoholic beverages you were completely out of including a couple food options. This was the 3rd place within Palm Springs Airport I came across and nothing to work with. I settled with the low options they left us with. I've run a business myself in the past; It takes everyone to make it run smoothly. When asked where the GM was just to give them a heads up a young lady, I believe by the Pearl mentioned they were sitting right behind us. I said forget it. That made it clear there was no care in business! Some advice customers do not want to hear complaints you have on your employees! Unprofessional and very unpleasant while you want to have a drink and enjoy a meal before your flight. Yes, the kitchen might only have 11 tickets, but are you aware of how many are hanging from your printer? I did not once see you 3 ladies check on your BOH for any help. A simple do you need anything? Let your staff know they did good for the little they had to work with. I apologize for the remarks they had to walk away from.

I was traveling home from Newark Airport and I stopped at a rest area serviced by HMS Host on October 21, 2019. I bought a bagel from Dunkin' Donuts, Store ID 4GSDDS06, at 5:52 pm. I was hoping to eat it on the rest of my way home, but it was so stale & hard, even though lightly toasted, that I couldn't eat it. It was a waste of money. It seemed apparent then that it must have been a bagel that was sitting there since the morning. I will not purchase something from them again since it seems the food is not fresh.
condition of restrooms
I travel often througout the states, and the rest rooms at ALL of the NJ Turnpike rest areas are awful. Particularly Woodrow Wilson on a recent trip. The areas are dirty, in need of updating and paint. There seems to be very little help to upkeep these. Autogrill should be ashamed. There seems to be some problem realizing that children and adults both are using these facilities. I saw parents walk out, willing to not have their children enter the rest room! Unsanitary condition exist here, and I believe the state should investigate. If this were an office building or public restroom it would be closed immediately. Those great people who the locations are named after must be turning in their graves.

Took forever to get waited on and he didn't smile and wasn't to friendly and acted like he didn't want to work everyone wasn't to friendly and landen wasn't much help letting my mom and I where the silverware was. Wasn't to impressed with everyone like they didn't want to wait on us. My mom asked a question about dressing for her salad if they had any thing else light besides Italian he said maranerra sauce in a not so happy voice.

Okt 18, 2019 : At 6:42pm I went into the Starbucks Store at Birmingham Airport Terminal A and ordered a cappuccino. Service was refused. The employee explained that the shop closes at 7pm and the cappuccino machine has been switched off already. I made her aware that it is a quarter to 7. However, although the employee confirmed that closing time is 7pm, she was not willing to serve cappuchino at 6:42pm anymore.
I asked the lady for a telephone number to file a complain. That was the moment she just walked away. I waited and asked again when she came back. Think she thought that I had left already. After some discussions she provided me with a certain phone number. I thanked her and tried that number. This was when I found out that the number she gave me does not even work.
I got back to the store once again and asked for a working number. Again, the employee just walked away. I waited for a couple of minutes. When I saw the employee in a restaurant next door I asked her once again. She turned her back to me. After several times of asking she finally gave me the HSM Host number.
Not only refused the store to provide service during its opening hours. But what frustrates me even more is a rude and absolutely unacceptable behavior towards customers.
