Ordered Vente Mocca Frappuccino with the espresso shots. The kid who made it s knocked it over when sliding it on the pickup counter in my direction. Yip, you guessed it, all over my pants leg. These things happen. However his coworker made me another, and as I rushed to make my flight I took a sip at the gate, it was terrible. Zero coffee flavor, just a watery mess. Tossed it in the trash. HMS has a lot of nerve thinking they can run a Starbucks. They do a half baked job at best and must think it's ok because the have a captive clientele. I recommend they stick to food service for prisons, that's what they are fit for.

I am requesting a refund of $7.13. Meal was funky tasting, therefore did not eat much. But apparently I ate enough to get food poisoning. I did not ingest any other food on this date. Four hours later on my flight severe chills, stomach cramps; that evening, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cold sweats, dizziness, headache, fever, weakness.

I've never been so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service with a Chick—Fil A in my life. Everyone, including the managers, need to take another customer service class. They were more worried about joking around and their side conversations, rather than making sure orders are correct and customers have all the items that they ordered. I've been to many Chick-Fil A restaurants throughout the United States and I've never seen one quite like this.

October 3, 2019 went to travel plaza to get something to eat, was dirty extremely OVER PRICED! Employess that worked at Starbucks were talking as we ate at table near there and we could hear them talking about how they never wash anything just rinse it as they laughed. The whole place needs to be reevaluate as in the employees bad attitudes there are plenty people that would love to have their jobs that would have a positive attitude working with people.

Tried to buy breakfast for me and wife this morning ticket #265 at 526 wife ordered when the server(nativida) asked me I asked if this location served just morning food as oregon does both she instead of answering looked at my wife and said her total and preceded to pretend I was inaudible and invisible. You made a first in 39 years I have never felt the need to complain as I worked in the service industry and I'm lenient for bad days and crappy customers making good people short ect also there was none behind us in line at the start so wasn't in a hurry

It was a terrible experience. They were out of A&W root beer. How can A&W be out of A&W? It was also very poor customer service. The woman taking out order was not helpful and seems annoyed we were there. They got our order wrong and when we told them we were missing items they didn't seem to care. The sitting area was a mess. The tables were all dirty, and no one cleaned up the spilled soda. I will never be going back to this location.

Hello,
I got to Starbucks pretty often and I've never been treated the way I was treated at this particular location. Starbucks located at the Las Vegas airport near gate A5 and next to the restaurant. Let me start off by saying Marlene was very rude and was cursing and carrying on with another employee who looked to be off her shift. Marlene then goes to tell the cashier Eduard (from what my receipt) says that they can't make anything that requires pumpkin only lattes because "we are closing up early tonight I don't give a **##%" it was only 9:30pm. the customers in line were mortified just as I was and even walked out. Marlene was slamming things and cursing and the employee who seemed to be off duty was entertaining and yelling "oh Mrs. Marlene is just upset she has to stay late." that is not the customers problem The drink I ordered was very nasty I had to throw it away, all milk. This is not customer service and I will NEVER visit this Starbucks again.
burger king original chicken sandwich
I purchased the Burger King Original Chicken Sandwich on Sept. 24, 2019 at 11:20 a.m. It took about 10 minutes to get the sandwich and then the chicken was burnt. Completely burnt. I did not have time for them to make another sandwich before my flight. I did eat some because I was hungry. I would never stop at another fast food chain in an airport again. It is disgraceful that they burn something and then serve it to a customer. By the way, the soda was flat too! I spent $8.40 for these items, I would like a refund. My check number appears to be 2253.
veggie frittata
The frittata I was served was the driest eggs I have ever eaten. I would have asked for something else if anyone had even asked how my meal was. I was on a stool looking right at 3 employees standing by pizza oven, engaged in their own conversation. Really disappointing, as this is my home airport and I used to enjoy. Staff is indifferent and that is a reflection on management.

The worst starbucks ever. I stopped for coffee at CLT airport and the employee were abusive and not willing to make a pour over for me. I ordered a decaf pour over with an extra scoop and I was given a regular decaf from an empty pot (was not on the burner but set to the side. I refused the coffee and asked for my pour over as ordered. They acted as they didn't know what a pour over was. if anyone knew how to make one. Then they said they didn't have any decaf coffee. then another person came out of the back and made me a decaf with warm water and when the water would not filter down, she giggled the filter until she tore it and I was given a warm venti loaded with coffee grinds. this is unacceptable.
And this was not my first experience, before this I had stopped at another starbucks at the airport and received the same unwillingness to make my coffee. and so I left to go to this other starbucks closer to the gate.
They were not busy where is not excuse for this. These workers have given STARBUCKS a black eye and are hurting business and driving customers to your competitors

My daughter & I stopped at the Burger King #7152, Sloatsburg travel plaza, ticket # 8010, for a quick bite. What an awful mistake that was.
My daughter ordered first and then I started to give my order but Brian 406121, he excused himself a miute, went over and punched a door frame a few times, came back, mouthed a few bad words at the register & then started our odered over. Apparantly he thought my daughter was the only one ordering & closed it out before I ordered.
I ordered the bacon pretzel burger, stressed 3 times no mayo - after waiting quite a while with about 12 other people waiting on their order, we got ours. I checked my burger, it had mayo on it, that was almost all scraped off and then mustard on top. It had mayo on it!
I told them, I was quite annoyed, I wanted a new sandwich. Well, I did get a new sandwich in only a couple of minute, got back to our car, started to eat the burger & the 2 burger patties were raw - just browned on that outside. Not edible. I'm kind of hoping I get food poisoning so I can contact an attorney about you guys & the people cooking at your Burger King.
I'm really not expecting to hear from you guys at all because I do see you have over 400 complaints to deal with but I do really want you to contact me.

Sept. 4, 2019. Stopped on I-90 Eastbound to use the restroom and grab a bite. We did not expect to be there almost 40 minutes. Waited in line to order food, even though the travel plaza was not busy or crowded. Watched at least 8 people leave the line because it was taking so long to order. We finally ordered and waited over 20 minutes for a burger, fries, and nuggets - not a complicated meal. This location was seriously understaffed as there were only a couple of people working...I have made a note in my travel journal to not stop there.

I was just refused service at Starbucks Philadelphia airport. I ordered a decaf coffee and was told "we won't make that". Cashier Kasheem said he has decaf Americano so I said yes that's what I want. The barista making coffee have him that look like don't you dare. He then told me they don't have any decaf beans. My party & I had been waiting for almost 20 min for service. I finally got up to place my order on the food side with amber (who was extremely friendly & informative). I then proceeded to place a beer order to rashonda. She said to hold on 1 moment. Ms rashonda then went to the table (next to us!) & took their orders. Another 15 min, came to us.
Mind you, they came in 15 min after we did! Saddest part... She looked straight at us, didn't speak nor acknowledge us when we arrived.
Even after she brought my beer, got the next table extra napkins for their drinks. She gave us... Just the tab!
We are extremely big on tipping... Not this time. Maybe the young lady just had an issue with us! Thought the meal was delicious, but the service (on the alcohol side of things)... Sucked! If I had to go back & she would be hosting, I would rather leave. She needs to learn to treat everyone accordingly!

Inquired about menu item and was informed no oven at this location for an order of red pepper egg bites. Understood. Placed a non oven order and a beverage. After order was placed, attendant explained they had egg bites down by my gate. So, perhaps that information could have been given prior to placing the order. Moving on, I wanted to redeem points from a birthday reward. Pointed to my phone to ask if I needed to tap the reward option.
Was told he didn't know how to use my phone. So, I tapped the pay option. I was told I didn't have any rewards to use. I explained it was my birthday and I wanted to use the reward I had just received the e-mail that morning. Apparently, I wasn't savvy enough to know the ins and outs of the program, but your barista does and he chose to ignore the fact that he knows more about the program than I do. It had nothing to do with him knowing how to use my phone or not. You offer the birthday reward, why can't you help the client get what they need. I don't know your company policies and procedures or your company lingo. At this point, I am a bit frustrated and a lot embarrassed because of the drama your employee deems necessary to display at having to go get a manager to clear the cash register.
I was not going to say anything, just figured it was better to let it go. 0700 and a busy morning with lots of travelers in a rush to get to their gate. I wasn't wanting to be the one that held up the line. Yet, I was made to be that customer because 193805 decided he was too busy for the line of customers.
However, when I got to my gate and sat down to have my beverage and scone...The order was incorrect. I did not order coffee, I ordered a hot soy chai for my birthday.
I got coffee. I don't drink coffee. Happy Birthday to me.
I would like to get my birthday redemption offer back so that I may use it the way I want to.

This is in reference to check # 8478, Sep 01, 19 at 5:50 AM.
I went to this location because the Starbucks near Gates # 5 and 6 was very busy and backed up. So I walked up the concourse to # 89 and found no waiting line. Great!
I greeted the the young lady with, hello or good morning as is my nature, upon my arrival and was met with with a frown, then asked me, "What you want." I placed my order and was told to pick it up over there, and she pointed to my right. No other words were spoken by # 379559 Asia. Not even a have a nice day or even a thank you.
I could have received a thank you for a $10.37 LaBoulange Croiss Chocolate and Venti Mocha! The order was delivered very cheerily by another employee and she did say thank you.
The other issue is of a major cleanliness issue. A black woman, of medium build with very long corn rows, pretty I might add, down the middle of her back. What concerned me was, she was carrying several large (1/2 Gal) pitchers. you know the ones Starbucks uses to make or brew your ice tea in. Well, she dropped one of the lids to the floor, and picked it up an and hesitated just and second or two, then pick it up off the floor, and hesitated again, then turned to the sink and just ran some water over the lid. No soap and water, and did not even wipe it off with a clean towel. I think your sanitary procedures should be visited as a very important retraining opportunity.

Went to eat some Panda the employee from the coffee shop went right over to Panda grabbed a toothpick and grab some chicken. Ate it right there behind the one and went back to her coffee area with the toothpick still in her mouth she did not wash her hands and waited on customer. I thought is was gross lady with the pony tail you should of ate behind closed doors and at least washed your hands. Customers can see you
