At 7:48pm, I ordered the "Fontina Scramble" with wheat bread, and with tomatoes instead of potatoes on the side. 23 minutes later, I asked Princess (who took my order) "How long does it take to make scrambled eggs?" She said, "I'll check." I saw her speak with the chef, who pointed to a container already done, that had been sitting there for awhile. She handed it to me, and as I walked away I noticed it had potatoes (and NOT the tomatoes I'd requested) and sour bread toast instead of the wheat I'd requested.

Good afternoon,
Yesterday I ate at the Pyramid Tap Room Oakland International Airport. I ordered a Pyramid Burger with Cole Slaw. The Cole Slaw cost $2.99 extra. It had a small quantity and tasted old. I was shocked to see that it cost an extra $2.99 for this. The burger was mediocre at best and certainly not worth nearly $16.00 but I understood that when I ordered it. The Cole Slaw was outrageous.

Complaint: The food here is just awful. We ordered the Flatbread Chix Ambrbck and it was very NASTY. The four pieces of "chicken" were not even real chicken. Flatbread tasted microwaved and had no flavor. The cook was on her phone all the while handling food items. We were in the establishment for one hour and the whole time she was on her phone. The cook had her phone in one hand and cooking with her other hand. I don't know how this is sanitary by any standards.

Went in to order Popeyes chicken at 7:35pm, asked if they were open, told yes. Only 2 pieces of mild chicken available for purchase and when I said I was looking for 6 pieces and was then told we close in 15 minutes and made it perfectly clear they had no intention of making more. I then ordered burger king, which i didn't want, and saw the sign that you discontinued the CDL rewards program due to price costs and sales drop. Maybe if you made sure product was available to buy right up till close you could make sales. I was very disappointed because I passed other truck stops to come to your location for Popeyes. So now I will be making serious decisions about stopping here in the future. And the idea of chasing away your current customer base of truck drivers will not help sales either. I took photos of the signs and plan on posting them on social media so my fellow drivers who utilize the rewards program will know it is no longer in effect and can also take that into account when deciding where to spend their money. I understand rising costs but chasing off your customer base, in my opinion, is not the answer.

Starbuck's at McCarran Airport's Rental Car facility... employee 'Sal' is rude, dismissive, and a very poor listener. She ignores the customer... if she does 'choose' to speak to you, she walks away as you are ordering (and then order is incorrect). Sal is as dismissive and rude as possible. Extremely poor representation of the Starbuck's 'brand'!

Every time I go to this star bucks inside this travel plaza .I have a hard LONG time waiting for my order. It is @ Waltham N.J. I went again this saturday. There was only 3 people ahead of me. That wait was about 5 mins. But after I order my drink which was only a ice tea and a coffee for my husband . I waited over an half hour. I was not the only 1 waiting that long. Other people was also complain ing how long the wait. And then the drink wasn't right anyway. I asked for green tea they have me black tea. So then my husband coffee was cold from waiting so long for my tea.
panda express at charlotte airport
I recently had the displeasure of dining at your Panda Express in the charlotte, NC airport. Staff was rude, slow, and disorganized. Terrible experience. The lady handling the cash register NEVER ONCE smiled or said thank you. The lady scooping the food was rude and unfriendly. She got frustrated when I could not hear her on the first question she asked. The cooks in the back weren't wearing gloves. The customers were tired and hungry... they shouldn't have to be treated this way.

I stood at the Starbucks counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by a worker who had just entered the area. There were 2 there originally, the barista and someone else who was doing stuff. They talked amongst themselves prior to the 3rd person acknowledging me. There were people waiting for their drinks, I feel like they were waiting just as long as I was and maybe more before I walked up. The back area was very messy and disorganized. When I thanked the girl for acknowledging me, they all looked shocked, and then they were rude and non apologetic. I must say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Never stopping there again.

The cashier Laaletha #350762 had no manners, no professionalism and no urgency to help out the line of customers. She and her manager who also had the same issue's said she didn't want to open up the other line because she was tired, so the line took aleast 10 minutes and I ended up eating my food in line. I would never go back there again. I went 5/24/18 at 7:56 to the Frank Farley travel plaza food court.

First of all the service was bad from this lady and than the chicken strips were rock hard I mean solid was a rock. When I complained to the server she said sometimes the chicken don't get cooked well so yeah it's well cooked that's how it comes out. I said to her the chicken strips are cooked straight from the freezer and not from the fridge ok? And they are over cooked. She just apologised and than they had a problem with the card we have the same business account but 2 different cards. One of the card she said flagged. And when I gave my card it worked. We just used these cards downstairs. She dint care what we say. Thats bad customer service. I asked for manager she said she is the manager and that's it. I said ok thank you
someone added $1.00 to my credit card
I ate at Max & Erma's, on Wedn May 23rd, at the Columbus Int'l airport. Check #5671; server 265506. After tip, the total I signed for was $17.09. I just checked my bank statement, and the amount charged on my card is $18.09. I understand that it is "only $1.00". However, if this happens with several customers a day, someone is pocketing quite a bit of cash.
Good catch. Please contact the company so they are aware of the problem. Don't just post here and dispute the charge. This information needs to get to the correct person.

I am done with all airport food, I will fast before I eat what you try to pass off as food. I served 10 years in the military and we had better food than what I was served at the Alaska Lodge.
poor service at starbucks c24 washington dulles
on May 24, 2018, I stopped at the Starbucks on C concourse, Store ID IADSTA31. Service time was 4 p.m. CHK 23 GST 2. The wait time was about 10 minutes to order/pay. It took another 15 minutes to receive the Americano decaf ordered which I had provided my own mug for (which allowed me to watch the barista skip over it at least twice). The employee, H. Ho was muttering the whole time that she worked "Don't look at me, I don't like to be looked at while I work"---not directly at me or any other customer, but to all of us in general. Ms. Ho was somewhat sloppily assembling the drinks and clearly was not tuned into swift customer service. It took another employee to intervene and finish my own drink, but in general, this employee needs to either be re-trained or re-assigned to another job. I asked for decaf and was offered only the Americano, for which I paid an Americano price even though most coffee places provide it at a regular decaf price.

smashburger san jose airport
The Smashburger at San Jose airport would not except my gift card. They would not grill onions! Nor did they have gluten-free buns! Store ID SJCSMA01. They should be ashamed to call themselves a Smashburger. There are much better places with better customer service at Mineta San Jose International Airport.

would not honor rewards
Smashburger, San Jose airport, May 20 2018. Decided to have lunch here because of a half birthday coupon for a shake from my smash burger app. Loaded the reward, which can't be reused once activated, ordered our meal and the shake and when I presented the scan screen to the clerk, was told that they don't honor them there. Cancelled the shake, but the reward is now gone and can't be used at another location. Seems if you're going to hang out the sign, you need to honor their rewards.

We stopped at the New Stanton Travel Plaza on Monday, May 22, 2018 around 1p.m.
Because these are fast food places, we wanted to get gas and a quick meal. After standing in line at Quiznos for 20 minutes, watching only one employee make sandwiches, we gave up, as did 4 other customers.
We then tried Burger King, and although there were a few more employees, the line was even longer. Two people left that line with us.
We went to the little convenience store, which served only soda and junk food. By the time we decided what we wanted, there was also a line of 5 people there.
A few locally-made tuna or ham sandwiches could easily be put in the refrigerators there in place of the fifty different kinds of soda.
We finally decided on ice cream at the Hershey stand, and after 10 minutes, we found the clerk for Hersheys making sandwiches for Quiznos! We spent over 40 minutes at the plaza getting only junk to eat. If we have to eat fast food, at the very least, it should be fast! We personally watched 6 customers in addition to ourselves walk away. I am sure countless others did too. It cannot be very good business practice to skimp on staff only to lose business. Even though they were seriously understaffed, all of the staff were very polite and apologetic.
I also will make a complaint to the Pennsylvania Turnpike so that they may reconsider the HMS contract.
The resolution would be to study the traffic patterns, and staff accordingly. The same staff taking orders, should not be making the sandwiches.
poor service
Smash burger san jose airport monday 21st 4pm good service by short man with beard taking order. Crappy service by woman who told me my order was a different number without checking slip. Manager (I think) told me it was not my order and the bag held something else. I watched it sit for 15 minutes getting cold. Finally after two. More later customers got their food they realized theirmistake. No apologies. These people are incompetent [censored] and I will spend a good portion of my airport time reviewing your [censored]. A simple number system is not that hard.

Ordered a ACBLT sandwich-avocado chicken bacon lettuce tomato sandwich.
My wait to receive a menu and place a drink order was approxiamately 15 minutes. My food order took over 1 hr and 15 minutes to arrive. The order was incorrect as I rec'd fries instead of what was ordered - chips. The fries were cold. The sandwich was almost enedible. The chicken was so tough I could barely chew it. The bacon was burnt. It was a lukewarm sandwich. UGH!
The major irritation was the wait. The waitress had to be flagged down so I could find out what was taking so long. She explained they had one cook. Why wasn't I told before I ordered so I had a chance to go elsewhere.
The table was sticky. The wall near my table was filthy. The salt and pepper shakers were grimy and sticky. It was very dirty!
I would not recommend this pace to anyone!
