On Dec 11 at 5:37am I went to the Starbucks in the airport my chk # was 9489 and the name on my receipt that I had to go back and ask for was 335336 Jessica. None of the members were wearing name tags so I do not know if that is her name. I told her that the cold case was warm and that the juice, sandwiches, yogurt, water were warm. Her only response was ok. She did not let anyone else know or make any attempt to remove the product. Either she already knew and did not care about selling spoiled product or she just didn't care, either way this was very unprofessional.

We ate at Landshark restaurant in the Ft Lauderdale airport and was served by Chrystyn at the bar. From the beginning when she found out we weren't drinking alcohol with our meal she was nothing but rude. Later we heard her tell a customer "her" bar was for only DRINKERS...no one who wanted to drink cokes and watch the game. We were sitting right there and heard her. We were drinking cokes with our meal and watching a game. Not just taking up a stool. Never felt so embarrassed and in the wrong place ever by a server. She should realize a non drinker could have tipped just as much if not more...but not today!
This person should not be allowed to treat guests this way if you choose not to drink in a restaurant. If she's relying on tips she needs to be a little nicer.
starbucks service
I was stopped on the turnpike at Brady's Leap plaza enjoying coffee at Starbucks in their seating area. I was working on some paperwork I needed to get done and the barista started flicking on and off the lights really fast. I am completely disgusted at their attitude and display of immaturity as they did it a couple more times, laughing and carrying along. I had to pack my things up and leave because I have epilepsy and it was causing me to get extremely upset. I am ashamed of this company, hiring such children on the turnpike. This happened on 11/23/16, and I want them to be reprimanded of their behavior, and take mind of others around them. This is a business, not a play area.
Hey, my name is Bill. I just want to let you guys know that there were two girls by The name of Brittany and I Ciara, their customers service was extremely excellent . As I sat down in Starbucks and drunk my coffee, I witness these two girl smiling and thanking every customer. The lines were super long and with the two of them the knock the line down. They are AWESOME ! Great work guys

We have 4 hours to kill between flights. Gladstones advertises as Seafood; but was mostly Mexican. Were seated very promptly, but it went downhill from there- waited 10 minutes to get water at our table, another 5 minutes for menus. Server was quite rude as well as inattentive. When food finally came, it was barely warm- the burger was incredibly overcooked-may have been leftovers from lunch served at dinner time. Fish taco were OK but again barely warm. Had to ask for water refills twice over the course of 45 minutes. Had to ask for our check. Price was ridiculous $17.00 for an overcooked burger and cold fries. Will NEVER go there again and will tell all my colleagues the same.
employees attitude
The employee was rude and nasty. When I asked for extra mushrooms on the 2 slices of pizza I wanted she said they were not allowed to do that. When I requested the 2 slices I wanted from the pie she said it didn't matter they are all the same size loudly enough for others to hear making it as if I was lookin for the bigger slices, which I was asking for the 2 that didn't look dried out
burger king: cold food
We stopped for lunch at the Burger King restaurant #15305 at the Henry Schriker Travel Plaza on the Indiana Toll Road on Saturday, November 5. When the fish sandwiches and french fries arrived, they were very cool and not very good. The restaurant appeared to be very short-staffed, and this could have been a factor. To her credit, Naomi (the person at the cash register) was the only one working with the public and did an admirable job of keeping up with the large number of customers. However, we doubt that we will (ever) return to a Burger King.

While waiting to catch my flight home, We decided to eat at the PGA Tour Grill at the Honolulu airport. First, when the wait staff finally came to our table ( 15 min later)to take our order, I asked her if the flatbed pizza Margherita was enough for two of us and she said yes. So, we ordered the pizza, upon seeing and receiving it, I was disappointed and shock by the size! It was no bigger than my hand and just enough for 7 year old child to eat! This place has the guts to charge a whopping $15 for this tiny pizza! I can get a personal pizza from Pizza Hut that is bigger and cost half the price! The service at place was fair at best! This eatery is very proud of their prices! A glass of wine (merlot) was $13.00 and a glass of the local beer was $10.50! The total cost of these items was a whopping $40.32 which is crazy! I will never eat or drink anything from this eatery ever again! We had two differ wait staff attend us! This took place on October 19, 2016, at 2:19 p.m. one of the wait staff name is Daryle, ticket number 9868. A partial refund would be nice!

After driving for 6 hours we stopped to get something to eat at the Plattersoneville Travel Plaza.
The girl with no name tag, long blondish hair was at her station making a chicken sandwich for a customer, after watching her man handle and make it the chicken sandwich I almost told the customer not to eat it. We stood there for a good 10 minutes before she or any one came over to wait on us. There were only a few burgers in the warming tray at 4:19 PM. My husband order a roast beef sandwich which seem to put her out because she had to make something. She picked up a bunch a roast beef tossed it on the bun, put the top of the bun on and wrapped it of which it came out wrapped on the tray. I grabbed a burger and ordered french fries. The burger was ice cold and the french fries were also ice cold. When I question the person, I was given a crappy look and told she couldn't do anything about it. That was a waste of $14.22.
My son worked for HMS HOST at the Westmoreland Travel Plaza for 6 years, and he would of been fired for treating customers in that way and shame on the manger who was walking around for not checking on the food in the warming bin. It was disgusting.
The travel stop was also very dirty, one of the employees walked out of the bathroom, walked right into me and didn't even say "excuse me" or "I am sorry".
Maybe a visit by the Department of Health will improve the food quality of this travel stop.
pei wei - disfunctional operation

The line at peiwei had about 6 customers ahead of me, and about 6 waiting for pick-up. Abdissa took an order from one customer at a time, then waited 8 minutes or so before taking the next order. During that idle time, he put a plastic bag & napkins near the food prep area. Nothing else. After waiting 20 minutes & nearing the cash register, he announced that there was a 20-30 minute wait time. So this is in addition to the 20 minutes i had already waited to place my order. Keep in mind that this is an airport, with connecting flights, etc.
It was obvious to several waiting for their completed orders, that none of the 4 workers behind the counter wanted to be at work or cared a bit about their job or the patrons. We had 15 minutes before boarding to inhale our food. It was quite tasty, but the experience was worth reporting.
Hopefully this is an isolated incident, but i doubt it. Won't be eating there again.

Not coming back.

LOCATION: HMS Starbucks Palm Springs Airport
ISSUE:
I am a longtime loyal customer of yours.
However I was today appalled at your HMS Palm Springs Starbucks airport location.
My father passed so I was in Palm Springs this week. It was a hard week, so on my way back I stopped in your airport Starbucks for a "treat"
However, apparently I got on the wrong line.
After standing there for ten minutes and him not saying a word (he wasn't doing much) - I finally politely asked "Max" where I should be waiting.
He then inexplicably ripped into me, saying
"see that shiny machine with people handing money?
"That's called a "cash register!"
"And see those people, they are there deciding what they want?"
"THAT my friend is where you actually go to order!"
OMG! I was so surprised to be spoken to like that and very embarrassed. He made sure I looked like a fool. In front of everybody.
And that was just the tip of the iceberg for his rudeness.
He humiliated me, already upset about my recent personal family tragedy, unnecessarily in front of a store full of people.
Why?
Many of the people came up to me and remarked "you should complain." One said he had been similarly sadistically rude to a prior customer
I am not a squeaky wheel but he literally almost made me cry with his cruelty after the week I had had.
I would NEVER have expected that treatment from HMS or Starbucks, let alone a two bit diner.
I am just SO upset that HMS/Starbucks would allow this. Other customers remarked that he had been rude to them too .
I am not vindictive but I will not patronize HMS/Starbucks anymore if he is employed there.
It was THAT bad.
Your managers Deana and her supervisor were helpful but honestly to be seemed intimidated by him.
I truly love HMS/Starbucks and hope this atrocious incident was an anomaly and that you wiill remedy it. In my opinion if you value your customers at all, This "Max" should be fired.

My recent visit to Little Rock, Arkansas on 03/30/2016 was quiet a experience. I was there for business as usual and was cutting my trip short to head home to my family. I was at the Little Rock National Airport at the restaurant Whole Hog Cafe, which is an unusally name for a business, but I wanted some BBQ and it was delicious. I was happy with the young lady who took my order, she had a nice name and we laughed because it was not spelled by the way she said it. Mechia was her name. She is a Supervisor and very sweet young lady. Behind Mechia was a very inapproiate conversation between a older white lady and a young black lady. The older white lady was speaking to her employee in a disrespectful manner. This lady was yelling at the employee in front of customers to the point Mechia had to ask me three times for my order because she was distracted by the altercation. She did offer her apologies, but you can tell she and the other staff were very shocked on what was happening. She stated to both of them that their are customers here and they were being loud. They went through some door to finish yelling at each other about whatever it was they were arguing about. I found that to be disturbing and unprofessional. The way the older white lady handled herself was uncalled for and I would not want someone like her managing my employees. This company should really look into finding someone who is more professional. I am quiet sure this is not the first time this lady has received a bad review. This happened about 12:40pm. 03/30/2016.
unlawful termination
I had been working for this HMShost as a cook for 8 years. I was treated unfairly in this company. On 07/26/2015, I was sick in bed and vomited. I was scheduled to work on that day, so I told my husband to call HMShost at Norfolk International Airport. He spoke with Joane who was on duty on that day. She said it is OK. They are intending to terminate me many months ago. That is the reason I called Catherine Ortiz to clarify I am still OK to work there. She told me that you still can come on Tuesday to work, so I went there they didn't tell me what is their plan. Around 09:00 pm on that night, Louis Ayo who doesn't like me called me to his office to sign the termination notice letter. What is the reason I was not told to go home when I got there. They are supposed to tell me immediately. This is unfair and I was discriminated based on my national origin. According to the company policy which was written on the warning notice, I should get a warning but terminated without explanation could violate their policy. Please review this unfair practice and reverse this action. Thanks in advance.

general manager is a horrible person
I worked as her counter part before she became the general manager. I was the merch manager in charge of buying and displaying product. Her job at the time was as the ops. Manager. When I was hired, I had very a good background, I had been a buyer at nordstrom for 8 years and all she had ever done is work for this company. I have a lot of love for what I do and give it my all. I was not use to a counterpart who spent more time finding way to get out of work and because I was a worker she thought I made her look back. All I wanted was to do the best job I could and she worked so hard to find and make up things I made mistakes on. I even had her pretend to be nice to me just to see if she could get information to use against me. She worked so hard on our boss that because I was so busy doing my job and improving the branch (I must have done something right cause my bonus every year was between 15-20k) no help from her. She never did anything only reason she is still there is she has worked moved around for the company so much. This is just a heads up to anyone who is thinking off going to work for her.
You must be a "horrible person" yourself for judging someone this way and thinking you have a right to label people a "horrible person"
On new jersey tp clara barton stop . Eveytime i stop there the foyer on the sunoco side is dirty and smells like wet dirty dog. I usually stop there ai around 11 pm. Bathrooms are just as bad. Do they have anyone working their 3_11 shifts .
