bad food
We ate at the shulas burger at the tampa int. Airport feb. 14. Got the 2 burgers with cheese and they were cold, even the cheese would not melt.
We also got an order of french fries that too were cold.
I know not to expect much and to over pay at a food court in any airport but this is really poor.
The staff were fine at the counter but I don't know what goes on behind the doors, in the kitchen
dunkin donuts service
I am complaining about a member of your staff team, Allia. I went to your Dunkin Donuts store on February 11th, and this worker was particularly very rude to me. I had to orders to make and had to get my mom for the second, my mom said what she wanted and 20 seconds later, her co-worker asked what she was making and Allia responded with "I don't even know right now" and rolled her eyes. Then in a very ride tone asked "what did you want" and I understand that 6:00 in the morning is kind of early but if it's not for them, I'd suggest that she be fired. I wasn't the only one that was complaining about her either. Her workers number is 356042.
untimely wait & given wrong size food
on [protected] we stopped for a quick bite on our trip at your Roy Rogers location was at the north somerset travel plaza, store id 4PASTA35. We had to wait a very long time for our food more than acceptable and it was a simple order, in my opinion. Finally, got our food and sat down to eat while others got in line to order and realized I was given the wrong size sandwhich. I was charged for a large roast beef and my order number was 1832. the young lady that waited on us was very kind but I don't think the person training her was really paying close attention. I do know what it was but there was some kind of incident that took place just before we walked up to the register. The wait was so long for our food and we were on a short schedule so I did not go back to the counter to let them know about them giving me the wrong size sandwhich. I enjoyed the sandwhich for the most part however I did think that it was a little over cooked and kind of on the dry side. I would have preferred to have had the correct size sandwhich since I think that would have satisfied my hunger more and would have held me over longer that evening. Something else that disappoints me and causes us to go to another restaurant usually and that is that the choice of a meal is not available only a la cart. I would appreciate receiving coupons since I love Roy Rogers but miss going there often since we can eat at a place nearby for a lot less however I prefer Roys food. The total of my bill was $19.36 We can go to the outback and get a real nice meal for the same amount or even just a few more dollars. I can provide a copy of the receipt however I don't have it here to photo.
poor product selection
Ardsley Service Plaza on southbound side of NY State Thruway. You have both a Burger King and a Popeyes at this location. Went to Burger King and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and was told they didn't have it. I asked what chicken do you have and was told we are out of chicken (this was at 3PM). I went next to the Popeyes and got a prepackaged chicken ceasar salad. I asked for dressing when I paid and was told we are all out everything except for Ranch and was given a packet of Ranch that had dried food remnants on it. The cashier said if you want to walk next door to Burger King they might have others. I paid $14.24 for this meal. Terrible management and service. Your complaint form asks the zip code of the restaurant. I am a traveler...how would I possibly know this. The store ID is 4NYPOP13. i don't know the Burger King number
lunch at houston airport
Ate at smash burger for the first time. Every ad I have seen said this is suppose to be the best burger ever.
My experience wasn't. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger fries and a half and half tea. They put the fries out right away under a light. My burger came about 5 minutes later. My fries where cold, burger had so much mustard and ketchup so that is all I tasted. The tea was mostly sweet rather than mixed.

On 1/22/17 we ordered two tall white hot chocolates beverages plus two more things Starbucks's at Boston Int Airport. They served us two tall white mocha. When we told the that the was the wrong order. Two associates there start to scream at us in a very rude way. Latoya the same that took our order was the ruddest of all. We hope somebody take action with this associate.

Jan 14, [protected]@6:14pm at monmouth travel plaza, new jersey. We ordered 1 cb xl bttr m, 1 sand fish, 1 chix fry m, they are cold, chix fry overcooked, dry and cold. Didn't bother to returned it we ate it on the way. Very disappointed. We paid $29.57 total and not worth it. , with the price we paid and our traveling time really not worth it. Actually this was the second time we bought food there on our way to our destination because since we were already there so might just buy the food. Should look into this food complaint assuring you we will not buy anymore food there.

This was the first time at steak&shake, it was busy, did not like seeing employees throwing around burgers, but my order was incorrect and did not have time to wait, I did not receive correct hamburger and milk shake was wrong along with our fries were very salty and un seasoned witch I paid for but the food was good accept for the appearance and over cooked
Would like to try again but not with that quality for that price

rude waitress
Waitress who took order was rude when I said I wanted to get order to go. I said I'm meeting the rest of my family at another terminal and we wanted to eat together because everyone wanted different food. I told her where we were waiting for each other. She then started talking bad about me to another waitress stating I didn't even know where I was going and that I'm not in another terminal. I could get her talking bad about me. Almost felt like asking for a refund. Then when she handed me the food she was cold and rolled her eyes when I asked if there was mayo in the bag. Rudely she said everything is there and walked away. Very unfriendly and rude.
cleanliness of the starbucks coffee shop inside, the mccarran international airport (las vegas nv.)
I have never been in a coffee shop or recognizable food chain that is so filthy. The floors right outside in the terminal are cleaner than the tables & countertops in this starbucks. (storeid: lassta13) these floors in this starbucks are disgusting. I have sat here for 40 minutes & heard the odd comment in regards to this. Believe me... It didn't get this way overnight... Nobody has cleaned a table or floor since i've been here.
If this was my 1st interduction to starbucks i'd get it a crappy review & not return... I know the many starbucks I visited are way more impressive than this location. Hire more staff... Or hire people that clean. The lady at the till stays busy & is friendly. Where's everybody else?!?

At 2005 on January 2, 2017 I ordered the triple stack bacon cheese burger combo with chili and cheese added to my combo. First the all the beverage machines except one had ice but only one (Coke) machine actually had Coke BUT no carbonation. Demetria acknowledged my complaint at the counter and allowed me to swap my cup for a WARM bottle of Coke. These minor in comparison to the burger that I was served. Three patties so perfectly cooked to the point of n nearly becoming beef jerky and only one slice of bacon? If the first bite didn't expose the grey color of the obviously overcoooked or hour old patty the lack of moister forcing me to empty three packets of mayo onto a napkin to make this "burger" near the quality I have come to expect on my regular layover in the international terminal in Atlanta. In the past year I've eaten here four times and this was by far the worst I have ever had. If I had more time before my flight I would have walked back to ask for a refund.

Sir. During a recent trip my wife and I stopped at the Burger King #14960 Great LakesTravel Plaza on our way home. The date/time was 12/28/16 @ 1140 am. The store was not busy and when we approached the counter the young man behind the counter, Shawn 321595 was very put out about helping us and he was very rude. We ordered our food and cashier just dropped the receipt onto the counter, even though I had reached out for it. We then proceeded to adjacent counter and watched the other two crew people just complain about their hours and job. The food was finally provided and it was terrible. The whopper meal I got was thrown together and bun was very hard. My wife ordered a hotdog meal and bun was also hard and wiener was burnt. Both fries were just bad they were sitting, large number in holding area and tasted like they were dropped multiple times. The drinks tasted very bad, appeared to be a very dirty machine. We went to sbarro (Store id:4ohsba16) on dec 26th at 5:29 pm. We were extremely upset about our experience. When we first got in line in was very apparent that the 3 workers were unsure of how to run the stand and how to time when to make pizzas. They were piling old pizza that was still out on top of new pizza, when they clearly had enough of the same kind but were out of other options. When we got our pizza it was cold, even though we saw them put our items into the oven. This tells me they don't know how long to keep them in the oven. My mom had them reheat her pizza and it was edible after that. My stromboli was cold and dry. We will not visit this sbarro again as, like I said, we were very unhappy with our experience. When I am paying 24.79 for three pieces of pizza and a stromboli, I expect them to be better quality than what I received.
cheese quesadilla, overcharged.
I had ordered a steak breakfast burrito and only paid $6.99, plus. 20 for steak, then $1.00 for bacon. They charged me $8.00 for a simple +cheese quesadilla. This is absurd and we went back to let them know. They said that's what it costs. Really! That's robbery. Cheese quesadilla! Should only be $3.99 is about what it should be. You really need to take a look at your menu prices.

"Dora"...no greeting..."What do you want?" Barking commands at me "Want whip?" "and then has the nerve to call me "Mommy" and the guy behind me Pappy? I know this is ok in the latin culture but completely unprofessional! No thank you, no manners. I am spending $7.87 for a coffee and piece of cake you she can't even have the courtesy to say something nice? Completely disappointed. Then I wait for my order and it get's 'slid' to the edge of the counter by some other dingbat who mumbles the name of the drink.
Not what I come to expect from a starbucks ESPECIALLY when you are paying inflated airport prices.

I was one of relatively few customers in the restaurant when I ordered my lunch. I ordered a diet coke and a club sandwich. I waited over a half hour for the sandwich - and practically no one in the restaurant. When I asked for a glass of water (After finishing the sandwich and many of the tables were filled) the waitress walked right past my table and brought out one glass of water for another table. I had to ask a second time (Again waiting) for the glass of water.
I offer this comment to help improve customer service as mine was sorely in need of improvement!

Catching a flight out I grabbed a large latte, something I get all the time at various dd's. There was no one in line so no rush on the server. There is nothing worse then taking a sip of your drink only to discover it's not what you ordered ! It should be pretty simple, it's coffee from a coffee shop. I ordered a large hot latte, milk, creme' boulee, 4 swirls, 2 splenda; I order this all the time. What I got was... ? Straight up coffee ? - with a shot of expresso ? I didn't notice until I was on the plane and also noted I was charged for a latte $3.39 plus $1.09 expresso ?!?
As stated, this is a beverage I get all the time from dd and never had a coffee taste so bad as this !
I think I should get a refund or dd credit on this beverage I could not drink.

I ordered two slices of pizza the the server was busy paying attention to a female friend in the food court. Dropped the pepperoni off the slice put both slices in the oven and walked into the back. Another employee took out the slices about 30 seconds later I told him it was just put in he told me it was hot and asked me to touch it. Put it in another 30 seconds and gave it back to me. When I arrived at my work are the pizza was still cold. Service was really horrible for such a large Airport that boast about its service

I stopped at the Starbucks at theSouth Somerset rest stop on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate Grande. As I was in a hurry to get back on the road, I grabbed my drink and drove away. However, when I went to take a drink, I noticed it was light and did not feel warm less than halfway up the cup. This was my first sip. I popped the lid off and it was not even half full! This is not the first time I have had issues with the employees on the PA Turnpike, but that is another story. I am thoroughly fed up. I travel the turnpike often and always stop at the Starbucks, but this may have been the final straw.
