I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich (meal). The person giving out the orders knocked mine over and obviously spilling out several of the waffle fries. She didn't bother replacing them or providing a new carton of them. When I reached a point in the airport where I could actually eat the food, I found the lemonade to be severely watered down. It tasted more like water with a little bit of lemon. We have a Chick-fil-A standalone restaurant near my home just outside of Denver, Colorado and always have a great experience wit them.

Visited this locale at Term A in DFW on 6/07. The product, a pizza The Works, was far from being The works. The size was not what I expected and the quality was below par from other franchises that I have visited. Would not recommend your restaurant to anybody. The price for the offering was not adequate either, too expensive. I was expecting the regular size pizza for that price.
At least the waitress was very friendly.

I might just be h-angery right now and making a big deal out of nothing, but I absolutely hate ordering all of my items $25 worth food and drinks for my daughter and myself and THEN being told they are not accepting CASH. There was no sign or anything. I felt bad for the barista who had already had our order done and made(great speediness btw) but the cashier who was covering whoever was on "break" needs to get a CASH register when covering. I'm very upset and hungry.

I bought 2 containers of milk. When I opened both of them they sour and chunky. It was disgusting! I took a picture of the milk and my receipt to show it was chunky minutes after my purchase. Thanks alot for keeping your product NOT up to date. Well the date on the milk says 6/12/19. And, I think its unfortunate that need to extend this complaint to reach the min character quota. Really.. maybe you the quality control department needs to explain to their distributors that thier refrigerator needs to be working as well. I hope complaint is long enough now.

In my long layover today in DFW Terminal A I was delighted to see a Cuban themed Tapas restaurant and stopped in. The food was great and hit the spot it was 8pm perhaps too late for most to have dinner but I'm my home time zone it was 6pm. While dinning I was the meal was disrupted by 2 female bartenders complaining loudly about their job and boss. While employee's have the right to complain it's unprofessional to do so in front of customers. When I finished my meal I was looking forward to ordering a piece of cake and a Cuban coffee. The server asked the bartenders and they told they shut the machine down and joked he'd have to go to Starbucks, that they were cleaning up the bar so they could leave on time, which was not until 10pm. My bill was only $21.53 before tip and this restaurant missed out on more revenue and a larger tip as I did indeed go spend my money elsewhere. I'd recommend some refresher training on good customer service and not assume that customers won't want coffee at 8pm. My server did try to talk the bartenders into making the coffee anyway and they responded with no way we are getting out of here on time tonight. I'm not in the restaurant business but I am in the customer service business and I know that every customer and every dollar matters, without my customers I'm without a job. I hoe this feedback is valuable in improving a restaurant which already had good food and a great menu.

I was at Shula's Steak House in the Miami International Airport StoreID: MIASHU01.
The food was alright but the waiter Enrique was awful. He did not even come back to ask how our food was or if we wanted another cocktail. The restaurant wasn't even busy. My food was only luke warm. When it was time to print the bill it took him 10 minutes to figure it out. Then I saw that 18% gratutity was already added, (I normally give over 20% if they are good). I guessed that is why he never came back to our table because he already knew he was automatically getting 18% so he didn't care. I would have only given him a couple of $ because he was so awful. I spent over $80 in your restaurant. I am from Orlando and if I ever go through Miami Airport again I would never go back to your restaurant.

First of all, we were told that Store STLSTA09 did not have Fraps. We walked all the way to the other Starbucks. They said they close at 8:00 and that the other group shouldn't have sent us. We walked all the way back to the first Starbucks because we wanted a drink of some kind. There were 6-7people behind the counter and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. What should have been white tea with strawberry infusion was most likely black tea. My son ordered a Mango dragonfruit refresher and got strawberry. I wasted stars on the purchase. Very disappointed.

Nothing on my nacho plate was warm, much less hot. Not even cheese sauce. Asked waitress for jalapeños. She said they were on the dish. I never saw any. I said I wanted extra. She busied herself with other customers, then started clearing a table next to me when I asked a second time. She then brought them out. It was not busy. BBQ pork on nachos was delicious, overall I'd give your restaurant a C-. Won't go back to Carolina Sle House, that's for sure.

Very slow service, inadequate stock so choices were few, friendly but very slow cashier, little eye contact with ladies behind counter, product was cold with not enough butter to add flavor Really disappointing overall and last time I will shop here. Store ID: CLTGAB02. I hope you will do some training and better logistics so that people who wait 15 minutes on line can get the choices they expect and more cordial and efficient service. The people are not the problem but the training and supply system is grossly inadequate

They were unprofessional, rude, has the nerve to criticize me even though I am an employee at the airport too. One of the workers made a joke about my height, and were rude! One of them said oh tell her we busy even though they weren't. Took forever to make my drink, cause they were too busy laughing, and chit chatting. I was right there and they have the nerve to talk all that [censored] about me. Y'all seriously need to stop hiring just anybody. There so unprofessional, and rude no class or experience with customer service what so ever. This is located at Las Vegas Airport. Very rude worker, Danielle, blatantly told me that I was rude! I asked for a regular coffee, she asked, "latte?" I said no, regular coffee and pointed to the regular coffee behind the register. I have a low voice, so I must have sounded unfriendly. She proceeeded to loudly say, "I hate customers with attitude that put their attitude on me!" I was so shocked. I looked behind me and the two people in line behind me had big eyes, also shocked at what she was saying out loud. I wasn't having a bad day until she treated me as poorly as she did. She should be trained in how to treat customers or fired.
food poisoning
I had a bowl of Chicken enchilada soup and a crispy chicken salad at around 3:00 PM on May 8, 2019 while on a layover. When I arrived at my destination airport at 9:30 PM I was nauseous, sweaty, shaky and had bad stomach pain. The drive to the hotel was brutal as all I could think about was throwing up! I got into my hote room at 10:45 PM and spen the next 40 minutes vomiting the salad...no mistake what it was.
Perhpas the dressing or the slad mix had gotten too warm before serving...I don't know but I do know what I threw up and the timeline fits food poisoning. It was a shasme to pay for a meal that I didn't get to keep.

Service on may01, 2019. arrived to have order taken by cathy at 1:05p.m. liz started to fill order and ran out of product (order #5973). left order sit and filled six after ours, went to back room and did not return to fill our order. after 15 minutes we inquired about our order and cathy (who was working the register as someone else was cooking and who knows where order filler liz took off to) completed the order. the first part of the order tat was filled was by then no longer hot - it was 1:20. needless to say we will not be returning to popeye's!

Worst service experience I have ever witnessed/been subjected to. Bartender/waitress was the only person providing service to the entire outlet. Manager appeared twice in the 2 hours I was there and was ineffectual at best. I ordered food that was never received, multiple tables of guests sat upwards of 15 minutes without service, tables unbussed, absolutely awful

I visited on Monday, 4/29/19, at 1255pm, check #7581. Laura took my order and was friendly and efficiently. The rest of the experience was horrible. It took more than 15 minutes (my husband thinks it was closer to 30 minutes) to get my order of chicken tenders and fries. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. The chicken tenders were just marginally ok. This is not what I expect from Burger King in terms of food quality or speed of service. I was very disappointed and will likely not stop there again. In watching what was going on, my impression was that the cooking staff was poorly trained or managed and/or you need more help to handle the business.

This food was absolutely disgusting! The customer service horrible. I ordered a fish sandwich that looked like a soggy sponge on 2 hard old pieces of bread- no lettuce or tartar sauce as advertised in the pictures on the screen, had to use the tartar sauce in packets which was no big deal if it didn't taste like garbage and old like it was sitting there for 4 years and 2 hotdogs with cheese which were burnt to a crisp and cheese fries with a drop of cheese on them. The people tending to us as we were order seemed like that had no clue what the hell we were even talking about when we ordered. The only "ok" thing we got was the lemonade. This place is horrible.

Went to the aunt Anne's pretzels in the Columbia Airport terminal B.
I was told it would be a five-minute wait for a cinnamon pretzel so I went ahead and ordered it. At 4:49 p.m.
About 10 minutes later, I was told it would be 5 minutes.
I then got handed the wrong order, I told them what I ordered and was told it would be 5 minutes.
Finally at 30 minutes later I said I needed to go for my flight, and to give me a refund. The manager showed up I told him what went on. He give me the exact refund but made excuses on why I waited over 30 mins and then never got my product. He never apologized and never offered any other compensation.
avocado veggie wrap
This wrap was 99.9% lettuce/arugula. It contained one very small slice of avocado and a few tiny pieces of tomato. I paid $10.81 with tax for basically a lettuce wrap. I didn't open it until I was on the plane. Otherwise I would have requested a new wrap.
I would appreciate a refund or credit. A photo of my receipt is included below.

Advertised on board: Great Streak sandwich for $3.99. Directly below it: Make it a combo. You are led to believe your getting a combo for $3.99! I was charged $8.99 for the sandwich, which was reduced by $2.48 at the end of the receipt. That sandwich still cost $6.51. What happened to $3.99? Then $3.19 for fries and $3.29 for a drink. Total bill was $12.99 plus tax. What a rip off. Someone should sue these folks for false advertising and overcharging. Either put the correct pricing on your boards, or follow what is posted.
