I have been trying to reach someone at Hobbytron by phone and email for several weeks. No one has responded, and I can't even get someone to answer the phone. I need to return an item that was never even removed from the box, but I am unable to without a return label or some information as to how to make a return. Hobbytron advertises easy returns, but in fact, it's impossible to make a return.

Desired outcome: Get in touch with me and tell me how to return the remote control car.
