Homechoice appalling service

I've been trying to order from HC for over three months now. I'm getting calls and emails everyday telling me I have credit of R20789. Two days ago I ordered the Coca bedframe with side tables of which when I called on the 21st I was told I needed to send through my proof of residence as I had changed my address online, hence the failed order. I was on the phone for 37 minutes with a consultant by the name of Valencia who helped me with another order. She then called an hour later informing me my order was cancelled again. This morning I placed another order online seeing I had submitted the required documents. I then decided to call and confirm if the order was successful of which I was advised that my coca bedframe together with the petite 2seater couch order was successful and I should await the order in 7-14 days. Knowing how pathetic the service has been, I decided to logon to my online account just to check for my order only to find that I'm barred. Even when signign on using the USSD code, I get an error to contact customer services. I am appalled at the service! I cannot spend all my time on the line with HC because of your incompetence! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. If need be, let my account be closed off as I will not accept this kind of service and treatment... I am livid!

Homechoice service

Home choice your consultants call us 4-5 times every day. It is really annoying. Yes I understand the promotion and staff yall doing but call every day by 4 consultants even after telling them I do not want to order anything. Why not call us once a month?. It is really annoying. I cant wait to finish my account with you so you can stop calling me. I have had it serious.

Homechoice dvd and bedding

Good day I ordered a J C 2.0h DVD Micro Hi Fi BT 20w.
I received it late saterday afternoon on my invoice it says Gift Patriot 32gb flash drive that was not in my box. I ordered that specifically for a birthday present. My previous order I've ordered I haven't received my blankets with my set of Paris bedding. Only got a single ply fleece blanket that I did not ordered there was a reason ordering the full bedding with the 3ply blankets suited by the bedding.
Im very very unhappy with the service I've been receiving.
Please can you sort this out A. S. A. P. I need the flash drive that was supposed to be given with the DVD

Homechoice customer service and harassment

Good Day,

Please stop getting any homechoice member to call me. At least four different people at homechoice have called me everyday despite my protests to then not even have a chance to ask them to remove my contact detail and account and everything from your system FOREVER. Homechoice is now harassing me, please stop because even blocking your people's numbers don't deter you. I will go to whatever means necessary to get the harassment to stop. Someone even called me for a delivery that was cancelled because you even had the wrong address when I opened an account. Which means using my name and ID number someone else has been buying on my name and when I alerted you to the problem to go so far as to change my address and send new documents you do nothing about it.

It's enough now. Leave me alone and delete all my information.

7 September I paid the account in full and requested for the account to be closed and for a paid up letter
they furnished me with the letter and I was satisfied to my surprise I received a statement today saying my october balance is 25 rand? on a closed account?

Homechoice service

Good day,

My Account Number [protected]

I would hereby like to cancel my order as it was send out on 1 october to an address in East London and my address is in Hazyview.

I have been trying to communicate numerous times last week by calling every day and even speaking to one of the ‘managers' called Godfrey.

I have just phoned again, but up until now I have no idea as to when and if I will receive my order.

This is the very first time that I am ordering from Homechoice and it is the worst experience I have ever had with buying something online.

I was really looking forward to buying from Homechoice for the whole house, but it seems I will be going back to my local shops.

I will appreciate it if someone can come back to me with what to do now, because I will not pay anything towards a parcel that was send incorrectly by you guys.

Homechoice incorrect bedding set received

I placed an order on the 24th September 2018 for the Sierra Bedding Set which included a duvet inner, 2 x pillowcases and set of curtains. After placing order, I was notified that my order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. I was super excited. I received my order on the 28th September 2018 before 09 o' clock that day. I was impressed with the speedy delivery and service from Homechoice. I opened the packet and removed the bag that the bedding was in... Needless to say it looked nothing like what I ordered.

I was immediately upset and dissatisfied. I re examined the bedding and saw it had a Sierra Barcode stivker on it but there were other stickers on it. I removed it slighly only to see that the real bedding set barcode was revealed. Trisha Bedding Set. So basically the Sierra Sticker was just stuck over to cover it up and make seem like that was what I had ordered. I was fuming after this so I called Homechoice to follow the returns procedure as instructed on the leaflet/invoice I received attached. I spoke to a consultant and they apologized. I was then instructed to take the bedding set directly to a Post Office and pay the postage fee. I dont see how I should be liable for this when its not even my f...k up!

I demanded to speak to a manager and upon waiting the call got cut off afterwards.

Service from Homechoice so far was pathetic!

I received a call from another consultant on the 02nd October 2018 and was instructed the same thing of having to go to a Post Office and pay postage fee with added sarcasm and rudeness too.

The reason why I ordered from Home Choice is due to it being convenient for me seeing I work 7 days a week, 08-00 to 17:00. Now I get told that I have to go to a Post Office to return the bedding. Please explain to me how this is possible?!

I request a courier to fetch this set and want a refund and I refuse to purchase from Home Choice again.

I will be laying complaints on all forms of social media!

Homechoice service

I am so annoyed with Homechoice, i made payment on the 31 July 2018 and to date have not received my parcel. Every time i call i am given a different story, i called today and after i asked to speak to someone in a more senior position, my call was cut. Can i just have me refund, i will never ever order from you ever again.

I cannot understand why i cannot get info about my parcel, where is it. And then consultants at customer care tell me to call courier company, is that not their job.

Homechoice carelessness of my phone

Good day
I mrs np sgwebela, id no:[protected] brought a phone for repairs at home-choice on the 20th of june. I have not even received any form of contact regarding the phone. I then took steps to inquire about my device. I contacted several phone-choice assistants, and none was willing to tell me the whereabouts of my phone. One said it is lost, another said I will receive an sms notification, yet even today I have not received one. I have started to suspect that there is a form of corruption within your company because none of your assistants have told me the truth. It has been several months now. This is not the first email I am sending. The first email was not responded to. I am extremely disappointed with your service and that has made me doubt to trust you.

Homechoice combo of kitchen staff

Hi

My name is Phumeza Belinda Gqencu [protected]

Three months one of your consultant by the name of Boniswa Hlutyana called me on Sartuday morning around 10;33 she offered that you have a special combo of kitchen staff, i place my order with her... till today i am still wating for my oder.

I have been going back and fourth to the post office but still nothing, today i have sent my uncle to the post office deppo to check for my parcel cause i was advised by one of the lady in the post office to go to the depo.they could see my name on the system but there is no parcel for me.This is very strange cause its not the first time i have orderded with you guys and this makes me even more worried cause when i call your contact centre to investigate this matter your consultant are very rude and unproffesional.

I am thinking of closing my account because i am not a happy customer at this moment.i pay my account every month but this is the service i get by being a loyal customer... my number is [protected]

Homechoice defective oven

on the 23/07 I wrote to Home Choice... have not heard from them since.

I am extremely disappointed with your service.

I received this oven last year November.
January it was faulty, called and I was told to courier it at my own expense yet it was delivered at my door steps.
Took it to my nearest branch in Maponya but they couldn't take it till March to be sent for repairs.
I received it back last weekend in a worse state because it has no legs, doesn't stand properly.
Had to return it to Maponya again so I still don't have if after 4 months.
Needless to say that I have never enjoyed it but I don't owe it.
Your receipt says it was replaced, that's not even my original stove because it extremely dirty and stained.
Surely I did not pay R4144.36 nothing?

Can I please have a new stove by the end of this week, delivered at my door steps as per initial agreement. I bought it because I need to use it on daily basis.

Homechoice complaining about service.

A sales consultant by the name of Ryan called me with promo in May (comforter set including curtains etc plus blanket and free towl). I was hesitant but he was trying hard to close the sale with me and I love the quality of home choice products so i agreed. A week later a parcel was delivered, this was still in May as I remember cause we were still moving offices. I asked him why there was only one parcel and he said that the other parcel was separated and will be delivered soon. He showed me the paperwork that I was signing for delivery, it said parcel 2 of 2 and he said I am only signing for the one parcel. Since the delivery I have called numerous times, I have had numerous calls from home choice consultants regarding payment for the purchase and i tell them all the same thing, why should I pay for something I don't have, and I wont! I tried calling Ryan the sales guy on the number he left [protected] but no answer, I sms return to [protected] but till now no one has called, I called the call centre and spoke to a manager and asked her to have the blanket and towl collected and credit my account but she gave me a long story of return policy. Why should I take the parcel to the post office and pay for the package to be returned and wait for my money to be refunded, does home choice think that I have the time or money? If that was the case wont I go shopping at Malls and not online like I do with home choice? Then i received a call from another consultant querying payment and she said that both parcels were delivered, I asked her REALLY? TO WHO? I keep on getting calls for payment but will someone please have this sorted out so I can make payment, yesterday as well someone called for payment and I repeated my story again, and this time I was told to go to police station and get affidavit etc. I really don't have the time for this nonsense, Firstly the blanket I received is not the color I ordered for, secondly the towl which was supposed to be the free gift looks so cheap it could pass for a kitchen towl, thirdly I have not received my full order so why am I not being assisted?We are no going to enter into August, two months gone and such a big company cannot sort out a problem? I doubt that anyone will even attend to this matter, my email is [protected]@gmail.com, my contact number is [protected], my phone is set to block all spam calls, so if it picks your number as spam it will block it, so please whoever is reading this ensure this matter is sorted out immediately as this is now affecting my credit score as well.

Homechoice account opened on my name

Dear Home choice I sent you emails about the account opened on my name can you please clear my name.

I requested my credit report from trans union and I found out that someone opened an account using my identity. I have never opened an Account with home choice I went to police station did an affidavit and sent to home choice they have never responded until today

Good day

I paid the outstanding amount on May 2018.I see I'm on a blacklist when will you remove it from my name. Its been almost two months and my name is still on a blacklist. They hand me over to NRB Risk Solution I paid all of there money and they don't respond to any of my emails or call.Its almost been three month and I see I'm still on a blacklist.

Homechoice i'm complaining about my account

i have ordered some duvet cover on line and it was a cash payment when i received the order the some pillow cases short and i did report it and i was told they will refund my money in to my account, last month i ordered a duvet it was on credit so now i was told that the was no payment done and yes i didn't pay cause i know the is money in my account they must take from there, and the price i have to pay has been changed
the total amount including transport was R783.30 now the say i have to pay R838.75
how come the price went up?

Homechoice I have a complete about payment at robert store.

was in store at Roberts Street West Saint Paul MN . I made a payment of $404.00 but receipts didn't match the amounts payed. I would like to speak with someone in claims. Today, I have contacted an accountant and lawyer to help resolve this issue. Carrol Eaton # [protected] today date 7/6/2018. The problem started on 03/13/2018 when approached Store manager, but yet I was not satisfied.

Homechoice 3 blankets for 2

Ive ordered the blankets that are on sales and my order was signed by my Aunt on my behalf as im not residing in Flagstaff when i received one of the blanket it was the total different as they were advertised (zinaqhuma) even the china shops blankets are way much better and i was told about the 14 days and i only received the blanket last week from my Aunt, please assist what can i do

Homechoice service

I would like to complain about Home Choice as they are charging me for the goods that I did not buy nor receive. I had an account with them which I finished paying but then realised that they continued to deduct money from my account and when I queried I saw that they added some goods that I did not order, even the address on the statement that they send me is not mine and have asked them several times to show me where did these get delivered to as I am staying in Port Elizabeth but the address they have is in Gauteng. I have tried to contact by calling them even sent affidavits and follow-up email but I have heard nothing from them, all that I was told was that they will investigate the matter. This has not happened and my name has been submitted to credit bureau for goods that I did not take.

I would like Home Choice to resolve this and to reverse the amount that they say I owe them as I never took nor received the goods.

This address is not mine and I don't know it as I am residing in the Eastern Cape(Port Elizabeth). I have also asked them to send me proof that these goods were delivered to my address.

Homechoice service complaint

Before I placed an order I confirmed with them will my package be send by courier or to the Post Office if they send it to the Post Office that I will not place an order. Due to the fact that it takes the Post Office 3months to sort out the packages and it is also not save at all to go there they confirmed that it will be send by courier. So I placed my order and 2days later I received an sms that my parcel will be send to the Post Office. I contacted them and I emailed them to please cancel my order as I stipulated that I do not want the goods being send to the Post Office. I received an email confirming that it was cancelled and my account will be credited in 7 days. Two day later I received an sms again that my parcel is out on its way to the Post Office. I phoned and emailed them again that with the confirmation email that my order was cancelled. They told me that I have to wait for the Post Office to send the package back before they can Credit my account. Which I told them is expectable because I will not pay for goods which I have not received and cancelled. Its been longer then a month and the Post Office still have not received my parcel. And know they are phoning me for payment on that order. Can you please assist me.

Homechoice evolution mixer

On 7/6 I received Evolution mixer from Homechoice. Meat grinder was not included as was supposed to. Hence the reason why I ordered the mixer. Since the 7/6 and 9 telephone calls later, no one has been returning calls to say what is going to happen. They are quick to send statement to pay but just ignore complaints. Evolution mixer is alsovery bad quality. I have been client since 1993 and does not expect such bad service and poor quality appliances from them.
