Due to more Engine noise, I handed over my bike TN05 AB 0892 to service dealer of Honda at perambur in August 2011.( paid service) After completion of my service on the day the vehicle was handed over to me with noise.I was raised a query about that noise, They said that there is bend in crank shaft and stock also not available at their end hence they are not able to replace and resolve this complaint . so far I am not able to get the Crank Shaft from the service dealers for the re-placement in my Honda Activa. For the last three months this problems continues in my vehicle. I am more worried about the services which provided to the customer from Honda service centers.

I'm also facing the same issue for the past 5 months and was charged Rs 3000 and stil the problem exists

Sir . I also the same problem .. From april 2012.. When i went to service centre they told that whole crank has to be replaced and it would cost around 5000... Currently i am in a local repairing shop they opened activa and told that the whole activa was filled with dirt even the filter was gone.. Activa service centre is a sucker . They hardly do anything.. Now this shop is saying that it would cost around 1500rs to repair it . So i advice u to go to local shop
