So, I was using Honeygain.com to make some extra cash, but then my ISP went and banned my account. Apparently, the HoneyGain app was downloading some illegal files or something. I don't really know what happened, but I wish HoneyGain would just talk to my ISP and sort this mess out. It's not fair that I can't use their app anymore just because of some stupid mistake.

So, I thought Honeygain was just another survey site, but boy was I wrong. I ain't happy with their ways, and the fact that I can't delete my account is just not cool. I tried reaching out to their 'support' a bunch of times, but they ain't been helpful at all.

Honeygain.com is a good business that agreed to pay me once I reached the required amount. They clearly stated that it takes 2 days to payout to a PayPal account. I requested my payment 2 weeks ago, but now the business refuses to acknowledge, much less answer any inquiries regarding my payout ($20,00). I just want the business to pay me according to their own contract between them and me. They purchased data off my computer.

I've been using Honeygain for more than 2 years on 2 different devices and networks. However, I recently received an email saying that my account has been suspended, even though I didn't do anything wrong. I had a good amount of credits on my account, but now I can't access them. I tried emailing the support team, but I haven't received any response yet. I noticed that other people are also experiencing the same issue on Honeygain's Facebook page. It seems like they suspend accounts once users accumulate a good amount of credits. I really hope to get my account back or at least my earnings. This feels like a scam.

I asked for my money on the 2nd, they said I'd get it in 48 hours, but I didn't hear anything until the 5th. They just asked for info they could have asked for earlier, and then didn't pay me until the 7th. They didn't seem to care about my problems and only answered my support email after two days. I complained at midnight and they answered within an hour. I think they're a scam and they might be downloading illegal stuff on your computer. Don't use them.

Honeygain banned me for no reason. They say you can use 10 devices, so I did. I used 10 phones and logged in with the same account. But now, after two payments, they banned me and said I used a VM. How can you use a VM on a phone? They said it was network abuse, but that's not true. I asked for help, but they won't help me. They banned me on Feb 27th and I've been asking for help, but they won't help. They have a Reddit form where they help other people, but not me. They're cheating me. I earned two payouts and then they banned me for no reason. It's not fair. They unban other people, but not me. It's not fair. I want to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. They're cheating me.
