HotelValues review: Booking and fraud

I was booking the palace hotel dubai down town I search palace down town dubai and this site opened. I thought this is hotel website and I booked the room but when I received the email date was wrong I called same time on the number was in email they told me their will be no refund bcoz they charge me full . I told them no hotel in the world charge full until I check in they said no this is hotel policy. But we can raise the complaint and it will take 72 hrs for refund. So you book new booking and this will be refunded. I booked another booking then they send me email asking my nationality which I have them. Then next day they called and said the rate we given you that is for Euorpean national only you have to pay more , I replied them I will check in and will not pay a penny more. When I reached hotel their were no booking and funds were deducted from my account which showed the hotel they gave me temporary room until they have to solve this matter with them.This company and website is cheater and fraud
