HotelValues review: This website is a scam

This website is a scam, DO NOT USE. I made a reservation while driving to the hotel at 1am super tired and when i arrived at the front desk they had no reservation. i gave them the info i had and they told me that i was scammed. they had that happened with other people. i called the 1800 number and gave me the run arounds for an hour on the phone, the guy barely spoke any english. I suggest calling your bank or credit card company to cancel and reverse the charge. which that was my only option at that point. i ended up having to sleep in my car that night since no rooms where available at that location or near by.
