I signed up to try out the floorpan software for a free trial period. After trying the floorpan software and realizing it was not good (so many better options out there). I tried to cancel online during the free trial period. Then I saw I was still getting charged on my credit card so I canceled again but this time it was outside of the free cancelation period so they forced me into a one year contract. I used the program for one day and now they want to charge me $129/mo. They want $1548 for a service I tried for 24 hours and discovered was not good. I believe their "free trial" period is a total SCAM and you can not actually opt out it. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Desired outcome: Stop charging my credit card for services I do not use.
